My actual rating is 'Zero'. The app gets disabled if not used for more than a month. Once it gets disabled, Banks each channel fails in enabling it. At last, after several failed attempts by bank branch, email channel, etc. customer give up... Very worst & pathetic app.

There is an error while transferring money it does not send OTP. Though it asks to enter OTP. Kindly look into it will edit the ratings once issue is resolved. Thanks

For last 4 days at starting of month, QuickMobile is neither getting updated nor it is active, causing lot of incovenience to me. Pl look into. Already complained to customer care but no responce.

its really tough accessing the app... its asks for registration after every update and now the mobile banking app disabled for this device.... its just a headache.. the team really and seriously needs to work on this and leave the casual approach aside... hope this feedback calls for an immediate action.

when I am registring in quickmobil the messege comes showing " mobile bank registration is disable for the device, try forget password link or kindly contact bank." but in other phone it was get registred jn one go. kindly fix this and reply with solution. best regard

Asked to update app on updation it again asks to register, post filling data for registration it says you cannot register from this device , contact bank or use forgot password link. The toll free number for support just keeps ringing with no response.
