terrible customer service. I have no idea how to change shipping option and email for help have been 1 week and no response. when i call them for they told me to email. I email again and there is still no response. Qoo10 charge $100 to set up a shop but they cannot even answer a simple question I will use shoppe and lazada instead.

is not in sync with the pc verison. missed many orders due to late notification. still need to keep logging in to the pc verison to double check for new orders. updated postage but does not reflect on system and was deducted for points.

I have similar problem from the users n include the latest ones that Qoo10 did not even response if they have fixed since june 2019. Looking forward to that. And also, why Chinese? Shouldn't that be language selective option by user since it is Pte Ltd, I assume is

Needs improvement. Not a very good app. Items can't be updated in 1 shot. You have to update 1 by 1. Plus it always hang half way thru. Very annoying. Prefer to use on desktop.

For Push notificatiion for orders , sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. Please get it fix.
