QNB Has the worst apps and websites I have ever used. Their stuff is just glitchy. It takes minutes to send authorization pins and by the time the arrive on my phone or email they are no longer valid. Also where is the PayPal transfer on the app??? It's on the website buy not the app. Why? Totally useless.

Edit: Why QNB keeps their App running on foreground even if not in use or when you reboot your device. That is reallylnot needed. Please fix your app. App needs system maintenance and upgrade. Whenever my phone restarted or booted up it keeps running on the background without even opening it. I am resolving the issue by going to the app settings and forcing it to stop. Installing and uninstalling won't help. Good app, snappy but needs improvement.

Not the best user experience when it comes to the UI. Also, ever since the update a month or two ago, there is an incessant, uncloseable notification in the notification drawer saying "Application is running in foreground". I believe this is a bug. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

Loving the new QNB pay. Initially I was sad as it did not work. Kept wondering what went wrong for a week maybe. Then I looked up the internal components of my device & realized that my NFC is located by the camera, not the center of the back. Today tried it & worked perfectly. We are so close to not carrying more than one item to do everything.

Why we always must insert the password and fill the OTP and there is no fingertips access... this app still in 2012. Regardless the slowness and the basic graphics.. QNB should develop their app.

Very obnoxious forcing the app to run in the foreground, even when not in use. Please disable this function. Incredibly annoying.

Cannot login since resetting my phone.. have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times...the app keeps running in the background... continues giving errors.. requires some critical bug fixes...

Worst experience ever faced with qnb customer care they don't know anything about banks and accounts they will simply wasting time and money of customers I have spent two days of time to opening accounts still they didn't given a proper response from customer care
