QiBrd free synthesizer allows to unleash your potential even if you don't know how to play a musical instrument. This synth is not only free, it also has got no ads! Why? Just because I made it for myself and I use it! Unlike apps that copy classic instruments like Moog, Korg, DSI, Roland or Clavia, QiBrd synthesizer has been designed to: + be powerful and controllable without exposing the synth engine + have the most possible controls on screen + assign the most possible dramatic timbral change to each control + show an easy interface to make the sounds evolve and change even with one single hand. We wanted the most expressive electronic synthesizer that we could ever program. We followed this idea while creating this musical instrument, avoiding all what can be difficult or tricky, like complex sound generation parameters. Instead, we included all what appeared to have a direct and immediate impact on the sound timbre and evolution. That's the idea behind QiBrd synth. It has become a very powerful and yet incredibly easy synthesizer, with virtual analog synth sounds, vintage timbres, electronic techno and trance sounds, and even a small drum machine. The free 20 included sounds use multiple synthesis techniques and span from progressive rock to modern techno, from melodic to noisy, from classic to contemporary, from vintage to trance. Great fun! The tutorial (which I didn't watch at first 🤓) helped a great deal. I relax with this after work. Some cool sounds, I've got 3 or 4 go to's, plus a couple others on the presets. I'll be purchasing the recorder soon to create some atmosphere when I play my acoustic guitar. I haven't seen any ads yet and have had the app for quite some time. Thanks for the app, QiBrd!👍

I was absolutely looking for a synth just like this, something I could just finger jam on with syrupy slurpy synth sounds....and boom...QiBrd. Super excited to have this in my arsenal. And there are chord buttons and scales. If you are some sort of interactive synth mutant then you should be downloading this.

So far you won't let a person try it on for size long enough to be honest! Also how many times do I have to open the damm thing ?So just fun sounds however I have been playing analog synths since the 70"s started with arp 2600 even though I'm know for percussion (mingo Lewis) I dig way deep so I will let you guys know.

Very nice synth audio tool. Fairly straightforward interface, the main action occurs on the X-Y axis pad. NEED MORE PRESET TONES!! Play around for a bit and you'll most likely get some shredding sounds. ✓

Hey, I wanna tell you this app is great but this has 1 flaw. When I want to record music, it tells me to download the recording module, but I can't. I can't afford it...WHYY??????? Anyways great app! 😊

The sounds generated by this x y pad synthesizer are pretty cool and for another 5 bucks, you can add a record module (not needed if you have external recording apps, sorry qbird) and the truly badass metal chaos soundpack for .99 cents. I love this thing for samples and for just playing around on.

I like it so far.. which has only been 45 seconds before it requested the review. Why does every app do that? If I do bother to respond I'm usually 3 more degrees of resentful at the pushy immediacy of the request for ratings.
