It's all right but lots of restaurants scam the delivery time. They give themselves like an hour more of time and deliver way faster than that. They don't even use food tracker. Which I believe is because of them scamming the time or delivering a couple of orders at once.

I do have a couple issues with application. First of all app let you know in advance how long it will take you restaurant to deliver. If delivery time is too long you look somewhere else, on couple occasions we ordered pizza and it arrived 4 hours later. If I would know they are so late I would cancel order which I can't do either. Secondly you have discounts within the app which don't auto apply to your orders which makes zero sense since application controls some of the discount content.

Set a different location that you previous set up and that makes the restaurant send the order to a different address

When ordering, each time I try to use any Voucher the application gives me error and I have to reorder again and when I order again it gives error for Voucher, contacted customer service and they said that voucher got blocked for 24 hours because of that transaction, tried different voucher and the same thing happened, Customer service said that they can't do anything and I just need to wait, and guess what I ordered without using the voucher and it went through, seems to be a scam from Pyszne.

I keep leaving and then coming up to this app. There're moments when things seem to be working ok, but mostly something is always buggy. Usually something minor. However, after the latest update something went really wrong in the payments department. G Pay doesn't work at all and after paying with Blik and coming back to the app, I get a message the payment was cancelled because I hit the back button. In fact the payment does go through and the order is placed, but who needs all this confusion?

Can't checkout, it constantly sends me back to the homepage. Wanted to use a coupon, can't do that on the website, only available for mobile app - but since the app ain't working, I can't use it.

Horrible delivery always late. Customer service is garbage as well I would recommend glovo or Uber eats or bolt food. I ordered food yesterday and it came after 3 hours instead of just one hour

Broken payment with GPay. GPay opens and then nothing. Reinstalling does not help. Nothing they say helps.

Why do you even add language selection option if it doesn't change anything? 40 minutes to order something cause you have to Google translate manually everything
