Reviews From google play store

Since the September 8th update mirroring of Gmail notifications for new emails no longer works on my Pixel 2 running Android 10. I see the "Syncing mail" notification from the Gmail app OK, but not the rest. All other mirroring works as before, and no settings have been changed to cause this issue. UPDATE: I had hoped the latest (September 28th) version had fixed this issue when the first gmail notification on my phone was mirrored successfully but alas, it was a false dawn - mirroring of gmail notifications has not worked since that one instance. This needs to be fixed properly, and soon, if I am to continue with Pushbullet. UPDATE 2: Even the gmail "Syncing mail" notification isn't mirrored now after the latest PB update on Android 10. I have a spare phone, a Nexus 5X running Android 8.1, and PB mirrors ALL Gmail notifications on this even after the latest updates, so this issue is definitely related to Android 10. UPDATE 3: Gmail notifications issue now fixed with latest version. Thank you.

I'm very pleased with push bullet. One thing i don't like is that it has resurrected an automatic text response i made multiple years ago and used for a week, then deleted. Somehow it sends to people now when they text me while I'm using Pushbullet on my computer. I don't even use the phone or messenger app associated with that auto reply anymore, so this is really baffling

Using as a replacement for Verizon Message+ because of a lack of support for Windows 7. It syncs between all devices relatively quickly. There are a few limitations of the clients but that was expected. I would definitely recommend people evaluate this as a replacement for default SMS apps.

A couple of weeks ago (right around the time my tablet upgraded to Android 9), some notifications are being automatically dismissed on my Win 10. The notification flashes on the computer and disappears before I can see what it was. Most other notifications work just fine.

I like getting all my notifs, & I like the Remote Access feature, but it doesn't look like it will access all parts of the PC that I'd like. Also, I can't find a way to to search for feeds other than those already listed.

I use this mainly so I can text from my computer. The only issue is that it frequently gets suck pending, and I have to open the app on my phone to get it to send. I do have it set to not kill the background process, as far as I can tell, but it still drops. Even with that, though, in willing to pay for it because I'm on my computer all day and having the chrome extension is a lifesaver, especially after switching from an iPhone and using the messages app.

Great app. But I miss the ability to add tags and organize in folders. One large feed is hard to navigate and find what you're looking for

The best of the best. I have used this apps over 4 years and use it extensively. Here is the pros: 1. Very fast; 2. Consistent; 3. Reliable; 4. Very little downtime; 4. for API users, this is a great apps and second to none; 5. Able to support any business that requires high volume of text interactions; 6. It is worth a lot more than $39 a year. Cons: 1. Pushbullet hides texts sent are stuck; 2. It shows only 30 texts; 3. it has no schedule text feature; it has no ability to search.

Been using push bullet for more than a year, working flawlessly. But after changing device notification mirroring not working. Please fix

Awesome tool to quickly transfer text/websites from my Surface Pro or Work Laptop to my Note 8 😁 However, when downloading images, it nonsensically takes forever to save to my Note 8's download folder, even though it's already downloaded within the app (I can tell cause I can view the full res image within the app). Please fix this bug.

Until last update it would've been 5 stars. The update seemingly changed the order of the devices when pushing, which meant that my most used (Chrome) went from third place to next to last and I now have to scroll to get to it. A way to change the order would've been nice! Edit: Now it seems like the latest or lost used is on the left again. 5 stars!

Is the file transfering feature supposed to work with the free version? I am receiving a " Downloading File" notification, a process which takes too long and eventually it says that the download has been unsuccessful,, what am I missing? I really do appreciate the concept however. Solved: the vpn hindered the download

This ap was outstanding, and I used it just about every single day. But then they updated it and now they want to charge a monthly price in order to send as many messages as you want. I am not going to pay monthly for this, and instead the minute I hit my "monthly limit" I am uninstalling it and finding a new one. I would even pay a price upfront, but it's the same price as Spotify so there is no way I'm paying monthly.

As an Android app developer, I find this a great tool to help share files and screenshots between my PC and my phone.

The app is ok, although texts always get stuck pending. Now, they want to charge $5 a month to text, you can send 500 texts before they force you to pay to continue using. No thanks, I'll download a different app. There are plenty of free apps to text. Today I'll be uninstalling pushbullet after using it for over 5 years. What a shame.

Hi team - there is a bug in your Android app build. Sending files via Android to any destination currently fails with a red exclamation mark - It seems that there is a file size restriction when sending from Android, limited to 2.5mb (instead of 25mb). This must be a config error in your app code, accidentally set to 2.5mb instead of 25mb. Sending from browser works as expected. This seems to be an Android app config issue on the file size limit. Please try to fix this! Thank you

SMS from PC won't work since last update. Stuck on "pending". The app won't uninstall, either, so I can't even complete troubleshooting steps to try and fix. As a pro user for years, not happy about recent update. UPDATE: (removed another star) finally got it uninstalled/reinstalled. It worked for a day, now this morning, every text from PC stuck as "pending."

Used to work great for years. Worked for a couple weeks with new Samsung, then stopped. I jumped through the hoops to no avail. Also - I hate that it makes you use Facebook or Google to log in!! Why can't we use our Pushbullet login???

So far so good, just. What I wanted so much from a PC sms app was not hijacking my native text app and leaving me with redundant software like Google's own Messenger does it. Pushbullet works so seamlessly. I just hated its standalone PC software. It did not work and kept on freezing all through. I use the chrome extension.

It's no longer the best app out there..... The functionality is matched with Chrome introducing link pushing to devices, and Microsoft's "Your Phone" is best for messages/notifications and even viewing files of your phone on PC.

It's really useful, and I'm looking forward to being able to text from my iPad soon with the next update. I looked in to upgrading to Premium today, but was suprised it was so expensive - if it was less I might have upgraded.

Was nice while it lasted, but I just cancelled my pro subscription due to SMS messages being sent twice on internet, browser extension, and messages app. After messaging support twice last week, I have yet to hear back. Will be looking for alternatives.

I just downloaded this app, and so far I'm pretty impressed! When i first got my computer, i was not able to link my phone to my computer bc my OS on my phone is not new enough. so this works out great for me!

Does the job in a trustworthy way. I would like to have even better selection/filter on the notifications i get as it gets tiring some times. Could also be cheaper.

Excelent! I use it all the time to share webpages and pdfs. I also love that it allows me to reply to texts from my computer and that I can make a quick and easy transition from PC to phone and vice versa with whatever I am doing.

was working fine but last 5 months of use i would have to wake my phone up to get it to send messages from my pc. checked settings and there was no power save or turn off option engaged. it was just clunky at the end.

It doesn't give a great impression on the app, if you spam a notification every minute about logging into your account. Let the user log himself in when he wants..

I am now able to text and send files and photos from my PC as well as my Android device. Had to tweak some settings in Windows 10, but I now have exactly the functionality I was looking for. Well done, superheroes!

Fantastic, feature rich with encryption. Works out of the box. Paid version is worth my money. Once I started texting through it daily it was a no brainer.

Very helpful app..specially to office workers...thank you developer!

One of the best apps to seamlessly send files/ links etc from my mobile to laptop or vice versa. Simple to use and has been a lifesaver in many situations.

I'm using this for my IOT project and it's very easy to use. Only downside is the free version can only handle up to 500 push messages per month.

Kept getting "stuck pending" for outgoing messages. Tried uninstalling and installing, but it didn't help. Now it doesn't work at all.

The application refuse to log in or perform any action even after reinstallation

Shows a push notification everyone my raspberry pi calls the API URL. Neat service

everything working exactly as description but can't send photos, taken from camera even the size of the file is not bigger than limitation. Why..

This is a great app that allows you to connect multiple devices then sent Things between them

Wonderful app with great features to unify a desktop, a mobile device, and a web browser. Can be a mite cumbersome without Pro access, but it's a good app for free for what it provides.

Useful app to help better connect your PC to your phone. Almost no flaws, and works seamlessly.

Great! Love the fact that I can send texts from my computer - far easier, for me, than texting on the phone.

Lifesaver. Helps me actually respond to friends now that there's a way to type out responses on a computer. Sad that free tier is only 100 free messages, which always bites me in the butt

Use it everyday. Really helpful to check notifications and reply quickly, or to share links/notes among devices.

Love it and I have had zero problems. Would love a dark mode for the notifications on pc.

Works very well with my Samsung Galaxy S4 and S9 and my Windows 10 computer. Very much recommended, and makes sharing between my devices incredibly easy.

Great app. Thumbs up. Kudos. Hope there must also be an offline version so i can send docs/pics/files even without internet connection

An absolute must-have if you find yourself transferring a few files now and then from your phone to your computer and vise versa.

Best option for sending from Android to pc & vise versa

Should be included into android source code. Using it since years and it works flawless. Highly recommend it.

Overall good. It would be nice if the paid version really offered some special features.

Amazing app.very convenient. Would be perfect if can sync notification not just among PC and phone ,but also android tablet

helpful to be able to get notifications across platforms. nicely done.

I have a Windows laptop, an outdated hand me down Apple iPad 4 and an Android phone which makes Pushbullet indispensable for moving links and information between the various devices!

This app is terrible. The SMS feature is not working well. Comes snd goes from list.

Used to work perfectly well but after Android 10 update, it does not mirror gmail notifications.

Have been a subscriber since day 1 and still the best solution.

Most useful app. I've used it multiple times every day for the last 6 years.

perfect when working, service stopped lately and website cannot be reached

Absolutely amazing. I've been using Pushbullet for a couple years

Usually this app works wonderfully for me but now I can't login with Facebook. It simply doesn't do anything

Works intermittently. Concept is great but execution is...not so great

Very useful for transferring files and photos between my phone and laptop

After Pushing to mobile device from pc ...I am not able to download the file. In the notification it just showing "File is downloading" and noting happens then

Simple Amazing! Use it every day, so useful.

not easy to find friends from search section in the mobile app even when I know their gmail address.

Great and very helpful app.. But i can't get whatssap notifications on my Pc

Awesome works great on every device!

Occasionally stops working. No idea why.

Wish it has a feature to link for multiple different devices such smarphone to smartphone notification.

Love the app and all the features that come with the free version.

i cant see any friends so i can add one.Tried both on my phone and my wife's but no luck.I type the name or the email but nothing happens.

Great app to share links between phone and pc

Can't login with my Facebook account.. :/

Still the best, if not only, 3rd party mirror notifications

Login with Facebook is not working.

When they say this is the app you never knew you needed they weren't kidding. I use this everyday.

Very unreliable and doesn't always connect

Excellent app to keep everything!

Useful tool between all devices!

It's Awesome. Try this app on your mobile and use pushbullet extension on ur pc's browser and share links and files on the go. It has lot of awesome features. You will know them when you will start to use this awesome app. Because of its mind blowing features, I am giving it a 5 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟 rating.

I have not kept this app too long maybe one week I wouldn't know much about it I needed it one time only short time.

This app was great when I started using it a few years ago. There weren't many alternatives and this seemed to be the best option. In the last 6 months I have encountered several issues that require attention. I tried reaching out to the developer on several occasions but after months of trying I have received 0 response. I am now downgrading from the Pro version and uninstalling, will look elsewhere for similar services.

It saves time jumping between mobile and pc

Facebook Sign-In doesn't work.

Mulitiple possibilities with a simple user interface. Loved this app❤️

Can no longer push or receive from phone to pc?

So glad I found this app after a few frustrating months trying to get Microsoft's own Phone Companion app to work. It's only been a few days but so far Pushbullet is running great on my Windows, Android, and iOS devices (yes, I have all three). Giving it 5 stars may be a little premature but I'm optimistic it will meet my expectations.

this app is absolutely useless. Ok so I installed it in the afternoon and it was working fine. It give me all the notifications from my phone on my PC. But after that, it just stop giving me any notifications. It only give me SMS notifications, which are basically of no use these days. And it did not give me a single notification from WhatsApp or Instagram or any other App. Total waste

Essential app. I use it only for sharing links & files between devices - it is perfect for that. Can do so many more things which I have no need for...

Great tool for working between machines

This seem to work well on my three devices; Win 10 PC, Android smart phone, and my Laptop running Android x86. A bit annoying default settings with pop-ups that don't go away and thus cluttering the screen (On PC), and on Android there seem to be no "Select all"-button. I also experience double "pushbullets", meaning notification windows. Perhaps a setting I missed. But, no annoying commercials popping up, and for that, I reward this review with one extra star. Big plus! So, normal rating: 3 out of 5, plus one for no commercials.

Similar apps (eg. Pulse SMS) give users an alternative to monthly subscriptions, by paying a larger sum once for a lifetime licence. Pushbullet does not and is therefore not worth the storage space on my phone. Everything else has been said by previous customers: the features are nice but rather standard these days, whereas charging users repeatedly is something that others make optional, but not compulsory to unlock their software's full functionality. What's next? Micro-payments for every dot and comma, like the greedy pest that games have become on Android? The program also requires far more permissions than competitors.

Made cross devices share so comfortable. Thanks

I purchased the Pro version of Pushbullet through the Android app in order to remove some of the API rate limitations. The purchase went through but my Pushbullet account was not upgraded to Pro. Multiple contact attempts to Pushbullet support through their web form and directly emailed to their support address have been completely ignored. I've attempted to get tech assistance and ultimately a refund (within the 72 hour refund window they promise) and have gotten no response whatsoever. There doesn't appear to be any way to get support or a refund if you have problems. I've cancelled the subscription through Google Play, but appear to be out the initial subscription payment with no way to have the Pro benefits go into effect.

Easy to use and very convenient in do so

I have the free version so that I can text on my TAB S4. I really wish there was a quick reply feature though. I see we can quick reply on windows.. how come we dont have that in the tablet edition? other than that, its a great app. Would be amazing if we could send pictures from our linked devices.

Earlier it was great but nowadays it's useless. If we can't find friends and add them then why is there even "+"add friend button available? Search doesn't work at all. Channels are waste and very useless! The main focus is push which works well. I tried tons of times to push it to my friends but doesn't work.

A very functional and productive app

Unable to login via Facebook

Very handy app. I use it everyday.

Best Android app I have probably ever used. I love sending pictures and web links directly to my Windows PC from my phone.
