I had very bad experience with prasanna purple. I had booked tickets of platinum nearly 20 days before and suddle one day before depature i got call for information about bus cancellation. They provide me ticket of Grand but its worst seat no. 4 was so small even i cant sleep. Bus was late by 40 min. Even i cant get differance fare ammount of platinum and grand. From next journey i will avoid this travel service....

i booked a ticket for purple platinum where my seat number was 25 26 but they cancelled that bus and gave me tickets to purple grand whuch are the last seat in that bus.. it was one of the worst rides ever. go for orange travels much more reliable and better. i uninstalled the app. never going for this service provider again. you will go hoping for a Mercedes and instead you will get maruti 800.

Worst service ever. Operators misleading passengers that bus will go non-stop and the bus will leave in 5 mins from the starting point. Boarded the bus at 8.30pm. Reached wakad by 10.45. Took 2 hours to reach wakad. And waiting at every boarding stop at least half hour for passengers. Reaching out to every public platform to give the worst reviews ever for this operator. That frustrated I am by the service.

Really useful. Purple maintains standard. Most of their buses are timely. Most of the time they provide flat 10 to 15% discounts through this app. App is smooth to operate. Purple is much better than their rivals like rachna, royal, etc.

Pathetic app or managed pathetically. everytime you look for booking a bus trip. it doesnt have any trip available. please fix it and dont waste passengers time. seems more like a fake app

Worst service. Opt for purple only if you want to suffer as these people are just fooling public and don't value your time. Look for alternative modes of transport especially on Pune-Mumbai-Pune route.

Mumbai-Pune bus was 40 mins late but what's more surprising is that even after bus being late after we reached rest stop we were told bus will halt for 15mins but it halted for more than 30mins getting us more late. Pathetic experience. No value for time.

I don't care about the app , but the parcel services provided by the purple bus are pathetic. The employees are very rude and never helpful for resolving issue especially in Sangamwadi parking Pune.
