I love the content provided within the app. There is a growing variety of things to stream. But I get frustrated with how slow the app performs and it's bugs. For example upon opening, it's slow to populate content.. also there is always these sorry something went wrong messages that lock up the app in the middle of streaming. I have to force close it and start fresh again. In thought by now these things would be remedied. 🙏 I pray they do soon.

I love the idea of this app. And I've enjoyed the few movies I've actually gotten to watch. But this app is very disappointing because it doesn't work half the time. It logs me out and won't let me log back in, it closes on its own, it doesn't open and reload, the movies freeze up, I tap one thing and it does something else, etc..... It's just very frustrating. I'm paying for something I don't get to use very often because it doesn't work. I want to be able to use this app. Please fix it.

Too many steps to get to the home page and all the genres. I just went over other reviews and please forgive me, but I'm not the only one having problems. I didn't mention the times the app wouldn't load causing frustration and I'm a paying customer. I brag about Pure Flix. It's clean, has lots of great movies and tv shows, and lots of inspiration. I just don't want trouble getting to it. I promise I mean no offense to you at all.

The movies and shows play without any problems. No issues with buffering. The app itself is slow to load and crashes while browsing. I've only watched from my phone so it might be better on an actual tv. I assume that it's still growing. I think it's very good now on its way to great!

Absolutely LOVE this app! It has awesome family shows with many different kinds of genres to choose from. I truly appreciate the time taken to eliminate inappropriate language from modern family shows. I haven't had any of the tech issues described and have been using the app for a couple years now. I left a review on 7/20/20, so over a year ago and y'all are still having the same issues. I love the idea of this app however it's pretty much hit or miss on being able to watch it without freezing or not working at all. I know that apps mess up so I did it for a couple of months and nothing changed. Please fix y'alls issues so I can go back to watching. Will try sometime soon. I can't afford to waste 14.00 dollar a month..I have been able to watch some, but with lots of issues

The app has always been clunky, hard to find what I want or even what I was in the middle of watching, but suddenly now it will only play a few minutes at a time then pop up with an "error-something went wrong" message. Then it reminds you a few seconds, then plays a few seconds more before showing the error again. An hour into a movie and watching it in less that one minute increments isn't worth seeing the end. I like a lot of the content (some is very weird) but I'm not interested in only see

I can get on Netflix, start watching something, have to turn it off for hours and come back to it later and still be able to play it. I turned PureFlix off for 5 min and nothing would load. No matter how hard I tried. No matter how many times i pushed that retry button. It took me more effort to watch a movie on this app than Netflix. Did you build an app to be a library of Godly content or a tool for the temptation and frustrations of the Devil?

Hello , I don't know what the problem is but seems like I have a big problem with this app. I have Uninstaller and stalled it back twice and I still have the same problem. Keeps giving me SOMETHING IS WRONG RETRY. I keep retrying and still give me the same thing. Never had a problem before can you please fix. Thank you I love this app . But if it can't be fix I will drop it.

I would like to give the app 0 stars for functionality.. Because of that I gave only 2 stars for the content. gived error message "something went wrong' ;gets locked up & circles; messes up if you attempt to go back within what you are watching. These things happen 99% of the time & continually the error message populates when watching something. I am a subscriber this has not been a pleasant experience! I clean cache, restart my phone. I do not have these issues with any other app.
