It would be really nice to have a feature to automatically shut down the app after a given period (configurable) of inactivity. Like this: after 1h, if the screen/button has not been touched, display a message that the app will stop itself if nothing is done (touch screen/use volume button). It should be an option of course. Thank you!


This app doesn't work on my phones - crashes on both Pixel3 and Oneplus 1. Based on reviews, it looks like most are facing the issues. Proxymus is wasting customer's time by giving buggy apps. Looks like customers is their software testing team. Reply - I don't want to debug the issues. Your team can simulate the App on AVD manager and can reproduce the issue.


App doesn't work and I WILL NOT INSTALL FACEBOOK MESSENGER in order to talk to the developers, I am sorry! The app doesn't load and when I push the TV Guide it shuts down immediately. I have an S10+ running Android 9


Since update appears unable to record programmes or series on e.g. BBC or NPO from TV guide (still works for Belgian TV). Now I have to remember to do this at home...

The last update shows 'recommendations' in french but i am a dutch speaking customer since years??? Customer experience glitch?

Bugs 90% of the time.


Does a decent job. Tends to disconnect at random times. Navigation is slow, even on a brand new high-end phone.

Updated: Initially there were issues that now seem to be addressed with the combination of latest app update and OS update. Would be nice to have a search function for channels and shows and also potentially the option to operate your phone as a remote for the digicorder.


Does not work on Android TV correctly. You see the app in a horizontal way (non portrait). So navigating is horrible. Once you can play the content it is OK, it jumps to portrait. As I can not stream it from my phone to my TV it is horrible to use. I do not understand they can't display it in portrait side. Today more and more people use Android TV. And I have a feeling they don't have the idea to solve the issue. Or don't have the intention.


The new interface is harder to use, with the tv guide requiring some 30 swipes to get to 3 digit channels, and no search function in sight. It also removes useful, if rarely-used features, such as the remote control interface and the watch on tv button. To round it all up, the app also uses data while not in use (1GB in a night for no apparent reason). Worse than the previous version by any metric other than looks.


It's incredible that this app doesn't have a search box to find channels quicker. You have to scroll and scroll to find them. Also, it doesn't have last channels viewed, so you don't have to go and find that last-accessed channel again. And finally, it doesn't have a favorites feature so that you can add only your favorite channels to this list. Other than that, channels play properly and look very good quality.


Why changing something that was working quite fine for something that is clearly unfinished and not well designed ... ? keep this new version for alpha testers until it's completely working ...


Again a lot of issues...This app was better before. Sad, please improve again. Looks like this here : in a lot of cases no reaction when trying to max. screen or reposition at particular point in recording. After a while you get a popup where you can close app or wait. The app also doesn't recall where you stopped watching a recording you partly viewed earlier, very annoying.Moreover it is very hard to reposition at right spot then, please add functionality to REW/FF in blocks of 10 or 30 secs


After logging in, app keep on crashing.. Using Huawei Pro 30.. And also Xiaomi..


The tv guide doesn't give you an overview of what's airing (it did in the past)... Not practical Edit: Thanks for the feedback, however, I actually meant that you don't have a grid to compare multiple channels at once, it was pretty useful in the previous app versions.


after login, the app crashes on samsung galaxy s8 EDIT: proximus worked with me on twitter and sorted the problem out for me. Finally able to view tv on my smartphone now, after several attempts to find the problem with the telephone helpdesk, Charlotte from Twitter helpdesk managed to help me without any efforts. Love the app now. It works great!


Previous version has been blocked by provider, forcing me to upgrade to the new crappy version. New user interface is unusable, a textbook example of poor design. If this new user interface is a preview of things to come, then you should be deeply ashamed.


App crashes at startup on Asus android tablet. This is not credible for proximus. You should rapidly improve the reliability of the app. Your competitor VOOmotion be a vastly superior application.....your SW quality assurance team is not testing properly on multiple client environments. zero stars guys!!!!


The app immediately closes after logging in (phone: Oneplus 3T). it seems to force quit itself. Have tried multiple fresh installs, reboots, ... and nothing works. Hope this is resolved soon, just became a new customer and this is a bad start...


Missing the remote ability... It seems to me that this update is 3 steps backwards in terms of functionalityies and then you promess 1 steps forward in the next updates!!! Looking forward to the future update.


The casting feature is back. Thank you. Unfortunately it would be nice to be able to chose the language while casting as you can do with the bbox.


Such a disappointing app. Can't get any of the channels to load via the app ("Stream not available"). Tried with mobile data and WiFi. Channels load on the website, though.

Geen gebruiksvriendelijke app. Bij casten valt de app vaak weg waardoor er niet doorgespoeld kan worden. Doorspoelen in het algemeen is al een uitdaging op zich. Een doorspoelknop, waarbij je het beeld versnelt ziet, zou een grote verbetering zijn.

Wat als iedere klant maar zou betalen voor wat hij krijgt in plaats voor wat er ons voorgelogen wordt? 100 Mbits/ sec? Wij krijgen nog niet de helft van de snelheid. Ik zal vanaf nu maar € 27 betalen. De helft van onze snelheid. De rest krijgen ze als ik de volle snelheid haal. Wie zal ook maar een deel van de factuur betalen? Samen staan we sterk. Gelukkig werkt de app nu redelijk.


Slechte app. Vanaf je de app opent krijg je gewoon een eindeloos laad scherm.

App blijft heel vaak hangen thans de juiste hardware. Al minstens 10 keer contact gehad met proximus maar die krijgen het ook niet opgelost. Zou vlekkeloos moeten werken want er wordt voor betaald. Voor de 11de keer? Nee dank u


Nog steeds geen Chromecast ondersteuning. Dat zal wel voor jaar einde 2019 zijn zeker? Schoolvoorbeeld van incompetentie. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn om die integratie in orde te krijgen? echt beschamend. En Proximus, laat die acherlijke commentaar van een toekomstige update maar achterwege. dazr zit hier niemand op te wachten. FU Patrick.


Sinds het een nieuwe naam heeft werkt het niet meer (Priximus abo). Neen Patrick, ik kan u noch op Facebook noch Twitter contacteren. Ik kan wel in mijn Proximus account inloggen.


Juillet 2019 : Toujours autant d'images inutiles.. et donc autant de lenteurs sur un vieux téléphone.. Toujours un TV Guide inutilisable sur un petit écran... Et maintenant l'obligation de faire les mises à jour qui sont excessivement fréquentes => si on rentre en retard, impossible de vite prendre l'appli pour programmer un enregistrement histoire de ne pas rater le début. => Toujours une seule étoile, ca ne vaut pas +... Aout 2018 : Comment est-il possible de baisser autant la qualité d'une application en une mise à jour. 2 versions avant celle d'aujourd'hui (pas celle durant la coupe de foot, celle d'avant), si j'étais gentil, j'irais jusqu'à dire que cette appli frôlait la perfection. La mise à jour que je découvre aujourd'hui est inutilisable : des images partout qui prennent tout l'écran, plus moyen d'avoir le "tv guilde" avec + que 1 chaine affichée à la fois, plus de n° de chaine affiché, une interface devenue peu intuitive... La version actuelle est peut-être plus "sexy", mais elle est inutilisable. Y a-t-il moyen que vous remettiez l'ancienne version ?? Si j'avais su, je n'aurais pas fait la mise à jour !

Wanneer worden er knoppen toegevoegd om vlot te kunnen doorspoelen en terugspoelen ? Elke video-app heeft dat. Cfr. Netflix of nu ook VTM Go.


Très bonne app mais ça serait bien de la rendre compatible avec Android TV pour pouvoir l'installer sans devoir utiliser un décodeur ou la Chromecast


Ne fonctionne absolument pas. Avant de lancer un produit entièrement basé sur l'appli mobile, assurez-vous au moins qu'on puisse l'utiliser !!

Nog steeds geen Chromecast functionaliteit. Dan schrikken ze ervan dat de mensen massaal afstappen van klassieke tv en de kijkuren verschuiven naar Netflix en Youtube. Hoe komt dat nu toch?


verplichte upgrade door de strot geduwt en de nieuwe versie doet het niet. telkens opnieuw begint de reklame te spelen voor het programma en daarna "stream not available". de oude versie kan je niet meer gebruiken


Wij kunnen geen proximus tv ontvangen via de pc, de app verteld mij het is geïnstalleerd op mijn android maar niet op de pc. Vroeger konden wij rechtstreeks kijken, cromecast werkt ook niet, wij betalen nochtans genoeg voor ons abonnement. . Wij kunnen enkel nog in Belgie kijken de rest is mijn inziens toch slechte publiciteit voor jullie.


dan wil je eens iets kijken via tablet op zaterdagavond en wil de app noch live noch opnames laden. net zoals de keren ervoor...


Chromecastondersteuning blijft uit. Van voorloper naar zware achterkomer... Zwak!

Not only you can not cast on chromecast anymore, but even if I try to mirror the screen on TV while playing something, the app immediately stops streaming. I do not understand why is it not allowed to put the tv from my phone on other screen.

This app is so bloody slow.... It takes forever to open and show anything and then barely manages to play anything either live or recorded whilst BEING CONNECTED TO PROXIMUS INTERNET!!!!!! expensive service that is so glitchy... Absolute waste of money


Verschrikkelijk slechte lay-out tvgids in de laatste versies (vanaf +/- juli 2018). Geen overzicht en EINDELOOS scrollen. Heb de update gezien op tablet en gelukkig kunnen tegenhouden op mijn telefoon. Gebruik van tvgids (en opname programmeren) is voor mij 95% van gebruik vd app. Update 13/10/2018: ik zou liever min-5 ster geven. 3 maand later en Tv-gids is nog altijd een RAMP. Als je geïnteresseerd bent in kanaal 220 moet je zo'n 2-3 MINUTEN opzij scrollen om er te geraken. En dan een paar minuten terug naar kanaal 1 enzovoort. FRUSTRATIE FRUSTRATIE FRUSTRATIE. DOE EENS IETS, Proximus. Oh ja opnames bekijken werkt degelijk, maar als je in het midden wil hernemen is er GEEN handige manier van scrollen naar een specifiek tijdspunt.


Depuis la mise à jour il y a quelques mois, il n'est plus possible de ce conecter. L'application ne fonctionne plus. Très décevant ! 😧
