Update everything seems to be working fine now they must have fixed all the bugs!!I do like all the added options...but they need to work every time, not just sometime. For example, in the "services" tab, when I press "Bill pay" it only worked the first time the day after the new app launched. Now it never works, just goes back to menu. But the one time it did work, it seemed to take you out of the app to the https address for bill pay as if you were using a desktop. The UI needs attention badly.

The previous Proponant app loaded faster and was easier to use. It wasn't broke (so far as I know,) so they "fixed" it. Considering that Proponent Federal Credit Union charges more interest on loans and pays less interest on deposit accounts compared to other credit unions, I would have expected better. Where's that money going? Not to members for sure. Apparently not to IT/Mobile app development, either.

I cannot get this Check Deposit function to work , no matter what I do. It's frustrating since I have used other credit union apps and it works effortlessly. The crappy error says it cannot read the image. It's worthless . The only way I can deposit is to do an external deposit from my other external accounts. Otherwise, I have to drive all the way to Burlington to deposit my check. At least when we had the satellite offices locally , it made it easier but now they are closed . Frustrating.

If you are using this app, good luck LOL! This app is worthless for depositing checks even if you can find the drop down for it. Even after holding a flashlight over multiple checks, app still can't see a clear image for deposit. What used to be a great Credit Union has become a nonexistent banking problem. The bright side is my accounts will soon be move to a bank that actually can do more than collect direct deposits.

The only thing I don't like is when you make a transfer before it would let you review it before you confirm it. When you make transfers no once you click on transfer it goes right thru without a review. I liked the review because if you made a mistake you can go back and make changes. When are you going to open up your Nutley branch ? A lot of surrounding towns have there banks open. Drive thru waits are sometimes half hour or longer.

I do not like it. Have trouble logging in. Also when logging in from a website it still goes to the app. You should also look into being able to transfer to all accounts. Especially to the IRA, it would be so helpful if I could.

more nicely designed than the last app they had. But some of the menus are a bit cluttered or hidden. I mainly just use the app to deposit checks, or check my accounts, if I need to do something important I still use the website.

After update I can not perform mobile deposit. Tried with three different checks. Also tried deposit checks using 3 different cell phones and still I get an error message telling me it can not read account numbers at the bottom of the check. Older app was much better .

It's kind of difficult and when you change your password and makes it difficult to setup the fingerprint recognition again and then they changed the way to view it so that sucks

I like the older version better. I do not like the text notifications that tell you to login. I want to know the amount of the transaction right then in the text.
