Worst app I paid 1k to start uploaded all documents but after 10 day's also there is no response...sad customer service please shut it down if you are not able to manage it.

Too many bugs and issues with orders, payin/payout. App layout is also not user friendly. Customer care is very bad. Backend branch login also doesn't work often and even when the server is accessible it gives reports with many errors or incomplete data. There is no support to franchise(branch) owner, so don't even expect support for traders(end user). They don't even pick up phone calls most of the time. If these issues are not addressed, I'll stop doing business with them and close the branch

Update has few good points as well as few bad points. Issues - session ending very frequently, even if you change from sim 1 to sim 2 network or even no data connection for few minutes. So u have to log in very frequently. Earlier it was showing ask n bid qty in watchlist, which was very useful. Please try to give same feature again and improve session duration or provide MPIN like feature. Rest the app is gud with current updates.

For the latest version. chart not working after 3pm. we have to lot of circus by rotate mobile and zoom in and scroll left every time when you open chart. no OCO order option.sometimes orders and displaying.. if you put again it wil be double order if you dont out order then no guarantee previous order is preseny so its very dangerous..

This is a very slow application that gets stops repeatedly whenever the volume increases. the application gets a hang, lots of lagging, freezing and hanging issues. Please resolved this problem as soon as possible, otherwise we will loose all our customers very soon. Customer has a lot of options available in the market. Compaire your application with other application and see what is the different....

Poor interface and performance. We even cannot get a one month chart. Chart is available only for the present day

Very slow and hangs.Even square off market orders don't get executed and show 'open pending' which may or may not get executed for long.Algo trades through tradetron may not get executed, leading to requirement of management of multiple legs manually, any trades executed through for some reason don't get any sms alerts which makes it hard to know if order got executed or not. Payouts may not be done at all or may be randomly changed. Customer support unprofessional arrogant private individuals

App and borker both are not good , deserve less than star. 1. Shows weird MTM figure . 2. You can't check your holding or balance on weekends. 3. Can't withdraw amount on weekend. 4. Pathetic customer support, call on mumbai call center they will suggest you to call pune no . ...then technical support team.... keep running in loop.
