The process to upload receipts changed in the last few weeks. More than half of my receipts from participating business now get rejected with a message stating my receipt is not from an eligible store. I'm really REALLY tired of fighting this battle. I've been a user for years and have helped Swagbucks profit from the demographics I've supplied (which they sell), as well as buying items from vendors via their site (which they profit from). But no more. I'm through with this nonsense.

Multiple issues with surveys not working in the app. This appears to simply be the same surveys that are on the website. Not all of them are geared towards mobile devices and result in the inability to complete surveys. Reporting an issue with a survey is a problem as well considering you may not be able to get all the requisite information for verification. So you end up wasting time on a chance that the survey will not have any app compatibility issues or being able to properly report it.

Receipt upload has changed and now uses the same method as uploading Magic Receipts. The app indicates any receipt and SB Help lists many stores but when I try to upload a receipt from one of those stores, I receive a message stating it cannot verify any offers. The current upload process is entirely different from the way it previously worked. Is it broke or can you only upload those used in the Magic Receipts list which have an offer? Ex: I tried to upload a receipt from Subway

So far it works well. I don't always qualify, but I haven't had any issues. Edit: As of 10/16/21, I have not been able to take pictures of receipts or participate in surveys. I originally gave it 4 stars.. I had to decrease the rating to 2 stars. I can't use the app. I am not sure what the issue is.

some surveys are only meant for desk/laptop but show up on the mobile smartphone list- any that are 'started' are lost and unable to reopen from desk/laptop. Others open by accident -as u are scrolling- once again 'lost' becuz u may not have wanted to open one that takes 30 minutes since u know u r leaving a wifi location & not near another wifi for 8 hrs- that will "time out" . Swagbucks can do better programming.

... total useless...There is always a 40 mins Surveys.. which says you can Earn 225sb ...but whenever I start it ..after 2 mins It says Sorry you didn't qualify For the Survey!! It has Happened 5 times..! If You don't want to give just say it clearly..we don't Want to give!...why the hell We are wasting our Data..!

Gold Surveys are not available so many times... & most of the times Surveys are not completed & will only give 1SB instead of help to provide full length survey & all amount of SB shown. But otherwise Rewards Redeem options are good. But would be better if can redeem at 5$ through PayPal

Never had an issue with cashing out, and I earn points fast. Definitely my go to website AND app when it comes to cash back offers and paid surveys. Plus I've discovered some really cool games, free trials, and sample products their paid offers section.

It's an easy way to earn money with the daily polls when we haven't yet had any survey's.... but i feel that it's an safest method.. even though i haven't earned anything till now.. as i have started it just few days back... I suggest every teen or adult who have any wish to earn money can start installing this app.. :)

Easy to acces and use. My only frustration is there is sometimes alot of questions to go through to then not qualify for the survey. Otherwise I would rate as 5 stars.
