    Good service, but the app is very buggy. First of all, most interactions are super slow and laggy. Lately, whenever I click to add an item, it doubles the quantity. If I click to add 1 it adds 2, 4 to 8, etc. I have bought extra items on accident due to this bug. Sometimes when I go to the cart it doesn't show all my items, I have to return to home and then go back to the cart to see everything. Sometimes all that loads is a blank white screen. This app needs serious work.

    This app sucks... Keeps hanging, keeps losing data (shows blank screen instead of existing items in order and works only after kill and restart), and now keeps telling me "There is a problem with the Prime Now app". Yeah, I'm well aware of that! On top of that (though can't really blame the app for this), since the last few months, didn't ever show me a single available delivery slot for Whole Foods so i couldn't use it for groceries (whereas Instacart has been working fine all through)

    App works OK but service still clunky, might work better outside of pandemic period. Need option to amend orders at least 12hrs before delivery, and too few delivery slots. Paper bags not suitable for some heavy items or bottles; some of the suggested alternatives when your items are out of stock are completely off the mark. If an item you have added to your basket is removed because it is not in stock, would be good to see which item has been removed than having to go through list to figure out

    All fine, but when answering the feedback summary/question, "how likely are you to recommend Prime Now to others" after the order is fulfilled, there is no visual except the words 'not very likely' 'very likely'. i.e. there's no button, slider, or other sound or graphic to let you know you've made a choice before hitting 'submit'. I just tap on 'very likely' side of the screen. (Android phone- (nothing happens and no visual, just dead to touch) and hope the survey / feedback's done. Can you fix?

    This app is terrible. The cart doesn't update when you add items, it regularly adds 2 items for no reason, and it doesn't tell you when things are out of stock until you place your order. It then takes you back to the cart and automatically removes the unavailable items without telling you what was removed. If you're ordering a lot of groceries, it's a huge pain to go through and figure out what's missing. An all-around horrible user experience.

    I love the this app for the ability to find things quickly and place my orders. Even using past purchases makes it easier to pick out the items we like. The delivery is always good and the people are friendly. The only problem I've experienced is substituting 7-Up for Diet 7-Up, which are completely different. One is a diet drink, the other full of high fructose corn syrup. Both are unhealthy, but I wish they would just not choose a substituting item like this when it's from Amazon.

    Biggest gripe has to be the small choice of Morrison items and unlike all the other online shopping apps you don't get access to the on shop floor offers. Like "2 for £2.50" or "3 for 2". I also suspect that at times prices seem to be higher with Amazon Prime than the actual on line Morrison site. Good points friendly drivers who normally arrive on time.

    Things that are available in the store (eg, supplements) are not available on the app. Recently I have checked in (multiple times) but the app has failed to notify the store, so twice my toddler and I have had to wait 20-40 minutes for our order to be brought out, and it only came because i notified an employee. My poor rating is NOT for the store but for the app

    Life Saver! Especially now with the corinavirus pandemic. Going to the grocery store is more of a luxury 😆. Staying home, looking up through this app, most of the times I'm able to find better prices then the actual physical grocery stores. Either way this app has been a blessing. Thank You for working at a time like this.

    Decent for shopping for store cupboard essentials and fresh fruit/veg. Can't get frozen or refrigerated goods though. The item replacement is hit and miss. You get a message to ask if the replacement is OK for each item. But on one of my items (6cans of 38p soup) I didn't get a message, and instead got a notification that I had accepted the replacement which was 6 cans of soup at 97p each. So it went from £2.40 to £6. Something I definitely would not have accepted but now can't stop

    Buggy, poor features. Go to "previous orders" and page just loads a map of the area you ordered from, no list whatsoever. Browsing and adding to cart on "Amazon shopping" will not update to the "prime now" cart. But browsing experience on "Amazon shopping" is better. No way to leave notes for shopper (ie, "please have the salmon scaled or skinned, I don't want to eat scales") No way to save favorite items. Search for a previous item they no longer carry, and they never acknowledge it. List goe

    App itself isnt too bad but the Amazon Prime now service from Morrisons is shocking. Send out completely wrong items or items are missing. The app makes it next to impossible to request a refund. Doesnt have the option of 'missing item' just 'part missing'. Considering how rubbish they are it should be top of the list. I wouldnt bother downloading and using Prime Now for Morrisons as it is more hassle than it's worth!

    Absolutely love Prime Now! I use it regularly to order some shopping, and was even more helpful during the start of the pandemic because it allowed me to order items I couldn't find in stores.

    Confusing, ticked to shop via morrisons, adding things to basket but some things appeared on Amazon shop and others in Morrison. Both have delivery charges and minimum orders which would add to cost. Seems to randomly add items to Amazon even though I was browsing Morrison store. DUnable to see delivery options until AFTER shop is complete. Ended up by abandoning whole shop. Confusing waste of time and nowhere to query with Amazon. Will stick with Asda, Tesco or Sainsbury.

    The interface is good, except they completely destroy the user experience by removing items from your cart, sometimes without even telling you what has been removed. They do this because "items are no longer available." Instead of putting them in a "saved for later", like every other shopping cart out there, they make you guess and go find those items again. If you make a cart with the intention of ordering later in the week, all items that go out of stock between now and then are removed

    The service is great, the app is dismal. Like so many other Amazon apps it takes a long time to load, and regularly freezes or doesn't load content below the header. Frustrating. Checking out often involves several minutes of clicking around and restarting the app just to persuade it to load the basket contents. I don't know why this affects so many Amazon apps. Maybe they're packed with unnecessary tracking code.

    Fine if you enjoy shopping, and never getting your items. App needs the ability to reserve a spot for delivery, then give you a timer to complete your cart. More often than not you spend an hour picking out shopping items, only to find out there's no delivery available day after day. Buggy slow crashes and freezes a LOT. Be careful! there's no way to change a payment after you've submitted an order and no way to just directly rerun an order. You have to manually select each item again

    Love the service, absolutely hate the app. Besides the things covered in other reviews (bugginess, white screens, slowness), need a way to move items to a "saved for later" section for out of stocks instead of just removing from the cart. I will frequently start an order, and come back to it later only to find half my items were removed when I go to place the order due to out of stocks. I have to take screenshots so I can remember what disappeared & find my own replacements. Infuriating!

    Yes, this app is buggy as Hell and I have experienced several issues other users have described. The very worst for me was the random removal of items from my cart. I say random because in my case they were not all items that were out of stock because I could re-add them to my cart. Very annoyed after I placed my order I realised that something I really wanted had been removed and of course once the order had been placed no chance to add to it. And it was in stock! Please sort your app out.

    This app hasn't improved in years. Still shows white screens all the time, randomly shows a map, runs slowly... Hard to believe this is an Amazon product. Now clicking checkout just logs me out every time. Pretty frustrating, but at least now I know the app is totally unusable at all.

    Garbage app. You can't select a delivery time until after you add the items to the basket, and then there are no delivery slots. Orders cancelled for no reason after the delivery window with no explanation. No way to contact customer service. Appalling service and I'll be cancelling Prime and suggest you do the same.

    Logged in, app tells me "thanks for signing up, no locations around you, check back next time. And gives me the option of choosing another store. I choose that and it takes me back. I can't shop at all. This app is terrible. Why would any developer let this go live?

    Disappointing features. Not possible to search only for whole foods (relevant for pick up). Changing zip code makes items disappear from the cart with no easy way to bring them back (e.g. a "favorites" or "saved" list). The map that loads for an active order is slow. Etc.

    The latest version is buggy. I have used Prime Now for long time. It was fast and stable, until I updated it the lasted version yesterday. It kept stuck. "Return to cart" button never worked if there is not delivery slot.

    Pickup experience excellent, except when I looked for the app on my phone I couldn't find it. So I had to go into the app store, look up Amazon Prime Now and open it from there. I don't know why there's no icon on my phone for Amazon Prime Now.

    Great app, HORRENDOUS servers!!! Ever since I got this app, no matter how fast and how high quality my connection is, the app is slow and loads blank pages. The servers can't keep up with the workload. This was not ready for release and despite the fact that this has been an issue for a long long time, they've apparently done nothing to improve it. It's only gotten worse! One time I placed a Whole Foods order but it wouldn't connect with Amazon and load the next screen for almost an hour!

    Unable to open the basket after adding products. I have to force close the app and reopen it every single time I want to see what's in the basket. This has caused me to miss my delivery window because I've wasted my time force closing the app each time.

    The only positive experience is that I get whole foods delivered. Every single experience within the app is frustrating, unintuitive, and lacking. There is no list features, or the ability to star anything, so each time you need to go through to find what you are looking for. You can see your previous purchases, but lists or stars would be much easier. Reviews can only have 500 characters, so I can't go into every terrible experience I have with this, but it's terrible

    Love the service hate this app. I cannot believe Amazon would allow such a low quality product be released with their name on it. Slow, bad error handling, blank white screens, etc. Especially bad during the COVID pandemic as the backend is clearly struggling. Is it using AWS? Spin up more instances!

    Update: As of today, 1/4/2020, I'm still having issues with the app. The shopping cart won't open and when it did, after restarting my phone several times, it duplicated 2 items I ordered from Whole Foods and Amazon but Gian in CS refunded the items I didn't order. Until today, I would have rated this app with 5 stars but it won't open for me even though I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and restarted my phone several times. If I ever get it to open, then I'll update my rating.

    The app itself is fine but Im rarely able to use it because it limits the quantity of many items to one. Often times I want to buy 4 of each flavor of a particular yogurt. Nope! You can only order 1 even though there is plenty in store stock. Instead I have to use "Instacart" or "Favor" to get what I want. I would prefer to use Prime Now.

    App is very confusing, please run a usability test on it. Having the choice to shop between two stores is great, but it's not great that your carts are separate. Given the 40£ you will obviously chose one, so you start searching only on that store. There isn't an option to search only on ONE store, this is INSANE. The app itself is full of bugs and quirks like the cart becoming blank and having you force close the app in order to work again.

    Pretty much everytime I switch tabs/screens within the app, I get a blank white screen and have to go back to home or kill the app/restart it and redo the steps. Considering how widely this app is used, the quality is incredibly poor and should be a priority to fix. The UX is clunky and the features ill-designed and implemented, whole thing needs an overhaul.

    So incredibly buggy. I've used this service for years and it seems it just gets worse and worse over time. UI glitches out constantly and ends up with a blank white screen, Amazon brings my drivers to the wrong place every single time (causing me to call and tell them to use Google maps).     App will not refresh unless you close and reopen. I have missed several messages in the past because I've been naive enough to think I'll get the messages I should. I know how that is not the case. Once I place my order, I have to completely close out of the all and reopen if I want to check the status of my order. As my order moves through the process, this is also the case. This has happened on 2 different phones with the latest version of Android. Disappointing.

    Unreliable. Often renders incorrectly, showing a full size web page inside the app (not mobile responsive). Spits out errors often with no explanation that requires restarting the app. Forgets what's in your shopping basket. And then the service itself, so wasteful packaging. Seperate bags for things that should be packed together, excessive ice packs that are not recyclable. Lame from Amazon, a company that should be doing much better.

    App crashes all the time. Also the no replacement feature either never works or isn't honored. Annoyingly awful. I only order organic food. When I check 'no replacements' for my items, it never goes through. I then have to watch for texts from the shopper to make sure he/she doesn't replace everything with cheaper non organics. It's happened before many times and they never refund you the price difference!

    I have been using this app for many months. Everytime I click on a past order for more information it takes me to a map. Ridiculous. This month the app has been freezing and repeatedly showing a blank screen. I currently am missing an item from my order but I can't open the contact us tab and even if I could, I can't get my past order number to give to customer service because when I click on a previous order, it only takes me to a map. Again. Ridiculous.

    The app gives me a white screen while trying to load my cart contents, trying to load the Whole Foods lists, and trying to look at past orders. Boy, does this app need some work. I also don't understand why if you accidentally add the wrong card, it won't notify you that your order cancelled and won't let you just open it back up with new delivery time options and fix the card number. Amazon keeps defaulting to my closed debit card and it's maddening. I'd like to have better app features.

    Hands down the slowest and least responsive app I use. Examples: press Edit Tip. Nothing happens. Zero feedback for 5+ seconds. Try again and again, same thing. Track your order: nothing for several seconds, then goes to the same location on the map every time, 50+ miles from where I live and where the store and shopper are (or were). Then.... Nothing. Oh, a spinner appears. Then a DIFFERENT spinner appears. After 10 or so seconds (on a pixel 3xl) it finally shows my order still at the store.

    The app itself is a little quirky in parts but is basically sound. The service it supports is less sound. The Amazon side of things is very occasionally useful and meets my expectations of an Amazon branded service. I order, it arrives. The Morrisons side of things is less useful and indeed is harmful to the Amazon brand. I order, it might arrive. I expect goods that are in stock at checkout to be delivered. What is the point of replicating a retailer's own delivery service?

    I am really surprised by so low quality of the app from Amazon. It has usability on the level of a student's homework: web-forms resetting all fields once you made a mistake, a product page full of useless information ("Date First Available", a customer review block without customer reviews), poor navigation (try to go somewhere from product page), no "same brand"/similar recommendations on a product page. If you want to message to customer service regarding an order, you should go to your the order page and _write the order number down_ somewhere, because copy function doesn't work. And be ready to see a white screen in 20% cases when you open your cart. Ironically, this app is the only option Amazon provides in Singapore for grocery as the web version doesn't work here. I am curious, what Amazon Leadership Principle is used here? Definitely not "Customer obsession" and "Insist on the highest standards". On the bright side, this is the only grocery delivery service providing 2-hours delivery in Singapore.

    Notifications problems. The app keeps replacing my items for things that I did not get notified to choose or it cancels out items and doesn't tell me they're out of stock. Also has scripting errors with shopping cart and it will not load. You have to clear the app or go to different home screens and then try to jump back into the shopping cart to properly load and view the items. When checking out the boxes to adjust tip or payment method, they have to be clicked many times before they open.

    I love being able to order from Whole Foods and have stuff delivered. But this app and the supporting system is notably inferior to instacart. For one thing, I can't add an item if shopping has started. So if I forgot one thing I have to make a separate order with the delivery fee. And they don't track what the shopper actually buys. If an item is substituted, it just disappears: the shoppers keep sending me cream cheese instead of sour cream with no evidence of what I ordered. Ugh!

    That app is technically fine, but the concept of what it's trying to deliver, two totally separate checkout baskets for what is in effect, two separate stores (Morrison's UK andAmazon) is a at best silly.

    UI very unreliable. Screens regularly don't load. Quantity drop-down often won't scroll. No consistency to messages. Some come through SMS, some by email and some as notifications. No logic at all. Keeps switching back to Amazon when trying to shop on Morrison's meaning you have to go back through order switching retailer on lines.

Android Note 8 Update 02-10-2020 ... I open the app to a blank screen even when i click on the home screen .. PLEASE FIX... Update 02-17-2020 viewing the shopping cart is still hit and miss ... sometimes it works but most times it doesn't

    Well, I did like this app, but now it keeps fudging on the delivery times by telling me there are none open in my area. Even paying $5 delivery charge for a free delivery doesn't get me an open slot for the same day. And the app stalls and lags. All mishaps are on every device used so it is a technical problem on Amazon's behalf. Fix it, or lose a household of customers. This has been going on for 2 weeks now

    I love Amazon. I've been a prime member forever. Whenever a new prime perk crops up I'm utilizing it. Im a bit frustrated that the two areas where I would use prime now, they are not currently offering prime now services. So the app encouraged me to keep it, and they will notify me when it's in my areas. Nope not worth it at the moment. Sorry Amazon.

    Darn. This delivery model is a great idea and when app works it makes ordering easy BUT my word, the IT guys, coders clearly don't actually use this app or test drive it. I'm SO tired of it constantly freezing (at only crucial times of course smh) which forces me to click the home button and then proceed to cart or search. Just awful UI, design bulky...unappealing, difficult and confusing. Way better design is a must! The constant freezing and stuck moments and everpresent glitches are annoying.

    This app doesn't compare to instacart. Doesn't allow you to choose the proper quantity and over sells what you need. Ie: wanted 3 chicken breasts got 3lbs for $25. Made me split between 2 separate deliveries charging me 2x the tip etc. Last time I will ever use it. Lesson learned.

    Items with no stocks should not be available for ordering but updated with stock status. If items run out when customers have not checked out the cart, item status should be updated but keep the items in the cart until customers remove them. Only charge for those available items upon checkout. For delivery slots, let customers choose future available delivery dates say up to 5 days ahead instead of just the next 2 or 3 days. In this way you encourage customers to plan ahead.

    App has been near useless for about a week now. Pages stop loading and just left with a black screen after navigating through the app. The nth page it tries to load doesn't load. Frustrating. Had damaged item and I was trying to leave a review and request refund but can't even do that.

    First time using this I booked a slot and haven't received my groceries buy the money was taken from my account. I haven't been able to get in touch with customer service and the driver assigned isn't picking up. The app doesn't refresh it goes blank. This is bad coming from a company of this standard.

    Not bad but very confusing with multiple carts. Very easy to add to your general cart thinking it's going in your Whole Foods delivery cart. Maybe a separate Whole Foods delivery app would be better.

    While the service itself may be legit, the all often freezes ignore input, etc. Generally, this all was only halfway consider and halfway made. Evem today, ibe attempts to load the app & order, but yet get a frozen unresponsive blank screen over and over again....

    Mostly well designed app but it fails to load pages every time I use it. I have to force close it several times just to be able to see previous orders, and the map widget always shows a city 40 minutes away from mine instead of my actual city.

    All of a sudden I can't place any orders. Keep getting told that there are no delivery options in my area, even though I've ordered things to this address multiple times. Problem has been happening for a week now. Thought I needed an update but that's not the case, and now everything that I had in my cart has doubled in price because of the freaking virus hit NYC. So much for convenience.

    Terrible. Quality has declined dramatically in just the last months. **Instacart is 100% better." PN ignores replacement requests, can't adjust orders, and their messaging feature is all show; it doesn't do anything because the shoppers don't read it. What's worse is that when they mess up your order, which they always do, they won't fix it by having the correct items delivered ASAP, like Instacart would. Instead, they make u re order. It's sad they have a monopoly on Whole Foods delivery.

    Great service, terrible app. The first button press always results in a white screen, eventually it will be responsive. But since android 10 it freezes often (including freezing my home and tab gestures).

    App is really bad, and didn't work for me until I restarted my phone. Seem to work okay but products available at my location are scarce, hope that will improve.
