    I like this one as I can get what I need the same day in some instances, or next day. My only gripe is that the delivery person, forgets to close my outer door, yet there is a sign telling them to, then package is safer, anc they leave the gate open which is a shame because otherwise I am happy.

    monoprix I love this app - please don't migrate to Amazon app! I saw that Amazon is going to stop supporting this app, but it's SO much easier using this app to do my grocery shopping compared to on the Amazon app because when you search for food, it frequently switched you out of the store you're shopping, making you select "Whole Foods" or "Fresh" for every single item - that sucks. Please keep this app separate!

    apk Made an order that was supposed to arrive by 1-3pm. I received no updates on the order so I contacted customer support at 4pm (already 1-3hrs late) - they said they were having system issues so they couldn't look up my order. I called again 30min later, it's now 5:10pm and I'm finally getting confirmation that they messed up and need to cancel my order. No compensation aside from a refund which they should obviously give. service here is just non-existent and they do not value their customers

    uk You will lose your basket. By the time you do your shop all delivery slots will often have gone. Plus you'll then find items silently disappear from your basket until very little is left, because at different hours in the day different items will be out of stock and removed possibly without notice. Lose, lose!

    spesa This app use to be good. Now it crashes when you check in for curbside pickup. Amazon is trying to push you to their main site. Now ording off the Amazon is also horrendous as you cant just do WF. Its just a bad user experience.

    customer service Missing baby food items past 3 orders, giving up and sticking to more reliable services. Its not hard to check an order is complete before sending out. Unless you want to constantly be asking for refunds. AVOID

    I've always preferred this app. Since they started trying to force everyone to use the regular Amazon app, there have been a TON of issues though. So, now neither of them work for groceries correctly and I now buy my groceries from either Sprouts or Natural Grocers.

    I ordered something through them and I had to return it cuz the description was a lie. I dropped it off about a month ago and it's still at ups. If you order anything they may need to be returned make sure it isn't small, cuz it will sit where you dropped it off forever

    Prime Now works well and has a decent selection. Please stop trying to force us to "Fresh" which has essentially no selection - I can't even get regular Pepsi in reclosable bottles except for obscenely overpriced 3rd party sellers who have a 5 day delivery schedule!

    Really bad app. It removes items from your basket as your shopping so by the time you've finished and go to checkout if you don't remember to re-add the items it takes out you'll be very disappointed when it's delivered

    I really wish Amazon would study Instacart for ideas on how to improve customer experience. From the buggy user experience, to the random (almost always non-existent) delivery/pickup options, to the inability to make changes in an order coming >24 hours away, there is SO much room for improvement. Since this is the only way to get Whole Foods delivered, I guess they know we have to deal with it.

    Very disappointed, Amazon. Bugs in the basic purchase process, like updating the cart and numerous blank pages, have persisted for months (or maybe it's years already?) The app also has bad usability. I have to go through the lengthy process of filling my cart just to find out that I can't order the stuff anyway because no delivery windows are available.

    Poorly designed for ordering meat. When I go to the store i order by item count depending on how many people I'm feeding. For example, I'd order 2 steaks for 2 people. This app doesn't let you do that. You have to guess how much each steak weighs which is quite impossible. Not even a place for you to leave a comment for the shopper. Other store apps are much easier to use in this regard.

    Won't deliver, won't refund I cannot cancel an order they cannot prepare. I cannot put my phone number into the "contact us" phone box for us codes. (2 digits) (2 digits) (4 digits) Amazon knows US phone numbers are 3 digit area code + 3 digit local code + 4 digits number.

    Still Horrible. They limit items at whim and tell you at the last minute during check out. Fix your service!! Crashes, a big tech company like Amazon needs to do much better. Let me get a slot to deliver 1lemon but nothing else. Fix it Amazon. I made the hard decision and decided to stop wasting my valuable time and energy on Amazon Prime Now and support my local shops until Amazon Prime Now can get their act together.

    Love the 2 hour delivery thing but there's a serious flaw. People shouldn't be allowed to take things out of your basket. You wouldnt do it in the supermarket or there'd be hell on. I find everytime I'm doing a shop then go to pay for it I find that someone has taken items out of my basket without amazon letting me know..then it's out of stock. It's absolutely infuriating. They should at least let you know what items have been taken from your basket before you pay for it like asda etc. do.

    I have been using Amazon Prime for over a year but at the beginning of 2020 I moved into a newly constructed home and the address was not showing up either on Google Maps or the navigator used by Amazon. I had to use the address from a neighbor house and write instructions for the driver on how to get to my house. After a few months the address started showing up on Google Maps but not on Amazon's navigator. I keep having issues with drivers leaving my order at the wrong place.

    This app is a near total failure. It has cost WFM hundreds or possibly thousands of dollars in my business alone. First, good luck getting logged in: terrible setup. Then, more importantly, good luck ordering anything. Only the tiniest fraction of what the store actually has is available on the app. You wanted Bell & Evans frozen chicken tenders for your kids. You know the store has a massive walk-in freezer full of them. But the app only offers the habanero-nutmeg crusted version of them. Etc.

    SO badly designed. The worst thing is that STUFF DISAPPEARS FROM YOUR CART. I assume these items go out of stock after I put them in the cart, but before i order - eg, while waiting for a delivery window to become available. However there's NO notification, so in nearly every order I won't get an item that I was counting on. It is crazy making. Every other online store leaves the unavailable item in your cart, and makes sure you know they are unavailable. But giant Amazon can't manage this??

    Delivery was due between 8pm and 10pm. Amazon waited until 10:06pm then cancelled the order without any notification from the app. It's bad enough that you have to build a cart BEFORE you can check delivery slot availability. Now we find out that placing an order doesn't guarentee delivery. Thankfully, Deliveroo now accept orders for groceries. Stock is accurate and delivery is usually within the hour. Much better.

    I ordered an item two times and got just cancelled by Amazon. I received the notification for the first cancellation and was advised to re-order again. After making the second order, it was just cancelled without even the courtesy of notifying me that it's cancelled. I came to know after checking my order status. I was advised to re-order again! Why can't they just send it as per normal :( It's the first disappointing experience with Amazon. I miss the old superb Amazon where customer satisfaction was the priority.

    The app has recently been updated or changed so as to no longer respect Android privacy settings. In order to schedule curbside pickup the app demands you change your settings to allow Amazon to monitor your location 24x7, even when the app is not in use. Previously it could be set to only get location access when the app was in use. This surveillance is highly disconcerting.

    Unbelievable, so bad for a company like Amazon. The tool is down for 2 days (from both the app and web site) and support keep telling me to reinstall the app. And they haven't communicated it (you find references to this in other websites). I have placed my order with a supermarket directly. Hopefully the main Amazon website will work for black Friday considering they are incapable of fixing this.

    First time using and this is what I have been looking for. I ordered from Whole Foods. Sidebar, the jokes of Whole Foods being expensive are false, everyday things are competitve and better quality, good trade off. I meal plan for a family of 5 and i ordered food before virtually learning with children and cleaning. School is done and house is clean and Im ready to cook. I can get dessert as well, even though I'm making lemon bars today. Enjoy! No bugs here!

    Amazon shoppers regularly confuse herbs from Whole Foods like Thyme for any other herb. Have received Mint, Rosemary, and Dill instead of the Thyme I asked for without any communication from the shopper about a replacement. Seems like Amazon shoppers should have some sort of reading test before they are allowed to shop for customers. Just saying.

    The app is literally unuseable now. your nov 9th update broke the app. and apparently im not the only one with issues. every time i click on something it just says "unable to add to cart" and when i do finally get it to go into the cart after 5 min of clicking on the same item i try to go to my cart to check out and "Amazon prime now appears to be having trouble Please try again" and it gives the option to "return to cart" i work almost 80 hours a week. i dont have time to go to the store

    I miss my Amazon Fresh app. They've been combined and it takes 10 minutes to remove ONE ITEM from the bloody cart. I'm now going into COVID-full Flori'duh stores because your app is now INTOLERABLE. Two days wasted. I would add a video of how slow it is. I've tried deleting and reinstalling. Don't launch something if it's not ready to launch. Don't force it on your customers. 100s of dollars spent weekly with you and zero 🦊 given to customer care. No compassion from corporate monsters.

    3 issues: Crashes upon arrival to store for pickup. Silently removes things from cart if they are no longer available without notice. Rarely any delivery windows available in Cambridge MA, making entire shopping session useless, especially since it doesn't save all cart items (have the app notify in advance if no windows available). Also, why 2 day limit? If no windows available, allow 3+ days. Also, deliveries to an apartment complex are not labeled by order or unit; all bags lumped together.

    Really amateurish annoyances are super grating. 1) Please don't let me add things to my cart that you know are out of stock, and certainly don't offer them to me in "buy it again" lists. I shouldn't have to drill down into the details page of every item to see if you actually have it. 2) Please let me permanently dismiss the "HEY, DID YOU KNOW AMAZON FRESH IS A THING?!" pop up instead of making me click through it *every time* I open the app or go back to the main screen.

    On the whole very good.Things j find annoying.... . 1 how do you add to your order like shopping if you miss one thing? I have yet to find it. 2..... it's annoying you dont know the availability until checking out. Originally it was great for same day and next day. I did one the other day and it said earlier slot is 9 days.wpuld be better making you aware before starting an order. Good things....refund process.packaging of goods in brown bags.easy to use app.

    Was skeptical about Amazon Prime as I wasn't a online shopper, I normally prefer to go an get my items. During this pandemic and having amazon prime has totally change my perspective. I can order something I really need and instead of costing me shipping & handle fees with prime it covers that fee and get my items the next day or in a timely manner where I don't have to go to 5 different stores to get what I need.

    When checking in for pickup, app crashes when turning location services on and will not restart. Must reinstall the app to fix. Search doesn't remember filters, which is almost as frustrating as the crash. If I'm shopping whole foods I don't want to be continuously presented w options for Amazon fresh.

    Worst place lately. They put you in a virtual 2 day que but when the 2 days is over they have not texted and it looks like you was never in a que and have to start over. Waited since 15th to order now in my 2nd que. It's clearly broken. No food in and isolating, was expecting this for he 17th latest. Looked last night and it wasnt in the que which everytime I looked in the 16th I was still in. NO text nothing. Stopping using as not trusted for a delivery day like supermarkets are.

    Frequently over books deliveries. On more then one occasion my food was not delivered. I was then told there was not open slots available so my order would be cancelled and I would have to try again. I have never had the same issue when using instacart and recommend that app as it has been more reliable.

    What kind of food delivery app doesn't have the option to edit the order prior to the shopper starting? The communication piece between the customer and shopper is awful. Multiple glitches.... not enough update options for items. This should be a way better app...

    When I click shop whole foods, it comes back with an error message. App is slow to show search results. Previous orders done off the app not shown under my history. Frustrating app. Will opt to continue ordering from the website instead.

    So many bugs, certain isles display wrong product types, milk and bananas in the pet food section etc. For some reason they charge a random extra amount to your card for each order, in case the cost is more but why don't they know the correct cost?

    Poor experience on a tablet now. Can't install Amazon Shopping app, so forced to install Amazon Shopping for tablets app. This doesn't support Prime Now and asks you to install Prime Now app. Prime Now app just opens Amazon desktop website, which is horrible on a tablet.

    not really 2 hour delivery. Why not call it 4 hour delivery and have it delivered befor the 4 hour mark so people are happy instead of calling it 2 hour delivery and having everyone be mad they are getting a refrigerated product thats no longer cold 4 hours later

    We buy groceries through this app about once every two weeks, and we always end up missing items because they are automatically removed from the cart without any record. In that regard, it's less convenient than shopping in person. The paper bags they use disintegrate if the groceries sweat (think anything cold). Half the time, frozen items are not properly insulated. Deliveries are on time. No idea why it let's you add stuff to your cart that is out of stock. So frustrating.

    I can't believe how difficult this app has become. Unable to simply order from AMAZON PRIME without constantly having my cart confused with Whole Foods. I put items in AMAZON but hit cart and all I see is whole foods, no AMAZON cart to be found. Easier to order from Mariano's app. And that's what I've been doing. Get it together Prime.

Then i went to increase the tip amount and all delivery times were suddenly unavailable. Very inconvenient to invest all that time just to be turned away when I already had the time selected.     Prime Now was a godsend in the early parts of the Covid lockdown, being the only food delivery service that would have delivery slots. So they're now my main food delivery service, even with every other supermarket having caught up. It's alright, I guess. I totally agree with the 1-2 star reviews that items silently disappearing from my basket is infuriating, and the main reason this review isn't 5 stars. And the supermarket partners are very insistent on giving me 7+ years cat food for my very young cats, but that's not the app's fault. It would be nice if I could amend my order after placing it, like every other supermarket, but it's not a dealbreaker. They're already trying to replace it with Amazon Fresh, but my one Amazon Fresh order failed at everything it could've failed at, so if they kill Prime Now in lieu of Fresh, I'm switching to full-time Tesco. As it is, there's nothing hugely wrong with Prime Now if you're already invested, but you aren't already using a food delivery service, then... well, I hope you're using a mask in public, for a start... but I'd suggest you deal directly with your supermarket of choice insteadl

    I love Whole Foods, but this app has a lot of glitches. Everytime I add an item, it defaults to 2 so i have to correct everything to 1. When I tap the cart to checkout, the app hangs and throws an error. I have to close the app and reopen to get to my car to checkout, then I have to review my list to make sure it double anything. As big as Amazon is in IT, I expect better from a performance standpoint. It's a very frustrating experience to shop from. I would rather use Instacart.

    The availability of the products at short notice is great as expected from Amazon. Unfortunately the repeated bugs with limiting the search criteria does make it more difficult to use than it should. It has repeatedly crashed on me the 3 times I've used it. The map showing where the driver is takes too long to update and often they're at my door before the app shows that they're nearby. However I appreciate that this is probably because the mobile network isn't very good in my area.

    The only positive experience is that I get whole foods delivered. Every single experience within the app is frustrating, unintuitive, and lacking. There is no list features, or the ability to star anything, so each time you need to go through to find what you are looking for. You can see your previous purchases, but lists or stars would be much easier. Reviews can only have 500 characters, so I can't go into every terrible experience I have with this, but it's terrible

    I placed my first order on Sunday, it went OK but decided to avoid Morrisons next time & stick to Amazon to avoid 2 delivery slots. I went to make a second order, - Not available in your area. What? Contacted Amazon, they could not tell me what was going on then they promised to call me and never did. They replied to emails without explaining then just stopped replying. If they just said look we just don't know why that would be OK but I really don't like being ignored. Very unusual for Amazon!

    As my 1st review was taking down here we go again. So used this twice great but now I can't find the my basic essential favourites like 9 pack toilet rolls kitchen towels or domestos. I mean what is the point of home delivery? So you don't have to carry bulk items home from the supermarket. Yet Amazon in all it's pearls of wisdom have decided they do not want to sell these products anymore, which is ridiculous. I mean this is a sure way to lose customers.

    One thing I would like to see added is where you can pick a replacement for an item that may be out of stock, like Instacart. They don't contact you if something is not available they just pick whatever. That feature would be huge. Certain things that I know for a factor that ar always in the store are never on the app. I don't understand that. I get routing items like every month or so but they have the same items every single month for the past 6 months.

    Generally it offers up quite a good range of products and the 2 hour local delivery is great. But compared to Amazon app, this app is too water down, it does not allow you to make wish list and buggy at times. Echoing another reviewer, there's no review feature or gift card option. Would be great to see more features coming in and would make more sense to lower the minimum for free delivery. But to be fair, I think the app has improved along the way, so I do hope the developers will continue to be adding in more useful features and make the app more stable.

    It needs to take a lesson from other apps like Shipt. They let you add items after order is placed, make notes like "green bananas please". Also the shopper started shopping 4 hours before delivery window, I'm worried about the frozen items. Even in a cooler that's a long time to be out of the freezer! Otherwise I think it's great, no extra delivery/membership fee. - Update, my order arrived on time. The delivery person was sweet and professional. The produce was excellent. The frozen food was still frozen, don't know how they pulled that off, they were in thermal bags. While they were shopping I got a message that an item was out of stock, and offered a replacement, I accepted, very good. However, one item was missing from my order, I went and looked at the online receipt, it said the item was out of stock, but I did not get a text asking me if I wanted a replacement! It was a bag of salad, I had ordered everything else that I wanted to go into my salad, tomato and avocado, but now no salad to put it into! I am not happy, now I have to make another order just for that one item! I'm disabled and unable to go to the store. Had to order over $35 to avoid delivery charges. 😠

    Great app, HORRENDOUS servers!!! Ever since I got this app, no matter how fast and how high quality my connection is, the app is slow and loads blank pages. The servers can't keep up with the workload. This was not ready for release and despite the fact that this has been an issue for a long long time, they've apparently done nothing to improve it. It's only gotten worse! One time I placed a Whole Foods order but it wouldn't connect with Amazon and load the next screen for almost an hour!

    I love being able to order from Whole Foods and have stuff delivered. But this app and the supporting system is notably inferior to instacart. For one thing, I can't add an item if shopping has started. So if I forgot one thing I have to make a separate order with the delivery fee. And they don't track what the shopper actually buys. If an item is substituted, it just disappears: the shoppers keep sending me cream cheese instead of sour cream with no evidence of what I ordered. Ugh!

    Probably 1 out of 5 times I have items I ordered not delivered and have to go through the refund process, which is now a blank screen so I have to call customer service. My latest order was missing half the items I was charged for despite getting "4 of 4" bags. Notifications for substitutions are not timely and often come too late. Substitutions are very rarely adequate or related items. Customer service is consistently helpful, but I wish I didn't have to know that.

    Terrible. Quality has declined dramatically in just the last months. **Instacart is 100% better." PN ignores replacement requests, can't adjust orders, and their messaging feature is all show; it doesn't do anything because the shoppers don't read it. What's worse is that when they mess up your order, which they always do, they won't fix it by having the correct items delivered ASAP, like Instacart would. Instead, they make u re order. It's sad they have a monopoly on Whole Foods delivery.

    Good service, but the app is very buggy. First of all, most interactions are super slow and laggy. Lately, whenever I click to add an item, it doubles the quantity. If I click to add 1 it adds 2, 4 to 8, etc. I have bought extra items on accident due to this bug. Sometimes when I go to the cart it doesn't show all my items, I have to return to home and then go back to the cart to see everything. Sometimes all that loads is a blank white screen. This app needs serious work.

    Well, I did like this app, but now it keeps fudging on the delivery times by telling me there are none open in my area. Even paying $5 delivery charge for a free delivery doesn't get me an open slot for the same day. And the app stalls and lags. All mishaps are on every device used so it is a technical problem on Amazon's behalf. Fix it, or lose a household of customers. This has been going on for 2 weeks now

It will offer no other delivery days other than the day you order. I called customer service and their system isn't linked to the app so they can't see or help with my cart...Yes, I'm confused too. Time to try Fresh Direct.

    The interface is good, except they completely destroy the user experience by removing items from your cart, sometimes without even telling you what has been removed. They do this because "items are no longer available." Instead of putting them in a "saved for later", like every other shopping cart out there, they make you guess and go find those items again. If you make a cart with the intention of ordering later in the week, all items that go out of stock between now and then are removed

    I love all things Amazon, including this app but...It aggravates me to no end when items in my cart are automatically taken out because of low or no inventory. I could have 23 items in my cart one day and when I go to check out I have 8!!! And I can't remember what was originally there bc its not saved anywhere! I would just wait until another day and try my luck getting a delivery. Am I the only one frustrated by this?

    No longer delivers quickly. Can now often not even get same day delivery. No longer has any value over direct supermarket delivery, and you can't book your slot before shopping, so I just wasted my time selecting shopping only to find that the sole delivery slot available to me is for tomorrow when I am at work. If you are in a hurry try chop chop, belivery, or Uber eats. For anything else I would recommend a supermarkets own delivery service. Shame, I used to like prime now in the good old days

    The application is great, and so is the service... When it works. I have had four out of nine of my orders canceled or unable to be delivered. I have contacted customer support and they tell me it's because the order hasn't been picked up yet... This is after the delivery window has already closed. I see the beauty in the idea that is prime now, but right now from my experience it's a s*** show.

    I am really surprised by so low quality of the app from Amazon. It has usability on the level of a student's homework: web-forms resetting all fields once you made a mistake, a product page full of useless information ("Date First Available", a customer review block without customer reviews), poor navigation (try to go somewhere from product page), no "same brand"/similar recommendations on a product page. If you want to message to customer service regarding an order, you should go to your the order page and _write the order number down_ somewhere, because copy function doesn't work. And be ready to see a white screen in 20% cases when you open your cart. Ironically, this app is the only option Amazon provides in Singapore for grocery as the web version doesn't work here. I am curious, what Amazon Leadership Principle is used here? Definitely not "Customer obsession" and "Insist on the highest standards". On the bright side, this is the only grocery delivery service providing 2-hours delivery in Singapore.

    Reasonable delivery times - often same day. However, I'm not using again for anything damageable (bags are not always packed with care) or with a short shelf life (who wants meat that expires within a few hours of delivery?) Unlike Amazon fresh (which they VERY ANNOYINGLY dropped support for in my area whilst I was actually in the app, placing an order), goods are only allocated as they are packed, so it's not uncommon for things to be missed from your order.

There's days I place an order a day ahead of time...and hours later I remember more items. If my shopper didn't start I should be able to add items easily. Instacart had that feature.     I have been using this app for many months. Everytime I click on a past order for more information it takes me to a map. Ridiculous. This month the app has been freezing and repeatedly showing a blank screen. I currently am missing an item from my order but I can't open the contact us tab and even if I could, I can't get my past order number to give to customer service because when I click on a previous order, it only takes me to a map. Again. Ridiculous.

    3 star is me being kind. Why would Amazon choose to lose customer base & $$$ over simple bug fixes? Pissed away minutes waiting for my cart. And news flash, on the big ole WWW, you can accurately reflect the inventory - real time!! $35 minimum and driver tip. I often have to either order another $35 + driver tip or drive to the store. Drivers shouldn't be penalized for your apathy. Reloading app because I want my past purchases but I have little hope that you've done the simple fixes necessary.

    Placed my 6th order with them, to the same address and had it confirmed. Arranged to be at home for the delivery. An hour into my delivery window, I checked the app to see how far away my order was; Turns out they had canceled it. No phone call, no notification, just an e-mail buried in my inbox asking me to verify my address and that they will get back to me in 24 hours. Called customer service and was told they can't put me through to the address verification team as they are a separate team.

    The app wouldn't or doesn't work on my phone. I have a galaxy note 4. Even though it's old I've not had a problem with any apps working on my phone. I'd try to search and would get an error message that said there was a problem and they were working on it. Frustrating because I wanted to purchase the echo dot and get the introductory discount through prime now but can't because the app doesn't work.

    I like this service. I used it a lot. But the problem is the metallic bubble wrap that is sent with every shipment. It is NOT recyclable, at least in my city. Amazon needs to do more to work with municipalities to ensure these items can be recycled. Otherwise this service is an outrageous contribution to waste. This is not right and I will not use the service unless they resolve this.

    I've ordered many times and I've had enough. It's rare something doesn't go wrong, or some key ingredients are out of stock, forcing me to run out to the supermarket, or some nonsensical substitution is made (boiled beets in place of fresh figs, really?). Ordering from Whole Foods via Prime Now is nothing but a hassle. If you live in NYC, use FreshDirect instead. I've found they are actually good at this.

    Terrible experience, terrible app. A lot of menus don't work, like contacting the driver or contacting customer support just show a blank screen, the map doesn't update unless you exit the map screen and re-enter it, and it just feels old, which is simply unacceptable coming from a company like Amazon. I also had a lot of issues with deliveries lately, where items are constantly missing and the drivers are late, so I will no longer be using it
