I really appreciate amazon prime now but there is currently a bug in the app (android): whenever i am searching for something and filtering down 2 levels (say food category and then veggies), the app restarts every single time. Please fix this issue. It is happening for more than 2 weeks now. I have tried to reinstall with no effect. Regards.


Buggy slow crashes and freezes a LOT. Defaults to Amazon card for payment. Be careful because there's no way to change a payment after you've submitted an order and no way to just directly rerun an order. Yiu have the manually select each item by hand. You can't enter more than 50 unique items. For large orders like a party or holidays it's easier and quicker to just go to your local market often times


I love this app but since the last upgrade it has been crashing and taking way to long for pages to load (viewing the basket as an example). Pls fix the bugs causing the crashes (crashing now when I try and track the delivery) Happy to up my stars as soon as this is resolved


The application is great, and so is the service... When it works. I have had four out of nine of my orders canceled or unable to be delivered. I have contacted customer support and they tell me it's because the order hasn't been picked up yet... This is after the delivery window has already closed. I see the beauty in the idea that is prime now, but right now from my experience it's a s*** show.

Browsing categories are too wide! I clicked on browse then chilled food, and it didn't branch into smaller categories, just a page with over 500 items to scroll. The filter only makes it slightly smaller, by brand, and the search "sandwich filler", for example, brought up anything with the word sandwich or filler in it. Not good enough, and it's the same on the desktop Prime Now, too


I have been getting charged for membership fees months after I had cancelled the membership. I called Amazon and they said it is a "technical problem". I cannot trust Amazon Prime SG with my credit card as I do not know what they will charge me for next.


Terrible app. Dont border yourself with this app if you dont want to tear your hair off. I signed up for the newly launched Singapore site in the app. I then received an sms saying the 30 days free trial is on the Indian site! When I call customer service, was told my account for Singapore was successful and that I should drop them an email to investigate in case there is a fraud. Luckily I am using a prepaid credit card. What a bad experience.


Excellent service for 2 years but no longer delivering to my location and I was not alerted to this until I tried to use it again. No explanation and this is the main reason I have Prime so I may as well cancel my subscription


Literally counted 8 seconds before my search result loaded. This app is extremely slow. I am on fast WiFi too. I'm able to stream YouTube videos with very little delay and no buffering (not at the same time as browsing this app.) I'm only use this app and it's that slow.


First time using this app today and I'm in love! Super easy to navigate and everything I ordered came quickly and neatly packed right to my front door. I'm not sure that I'll step foot into a grocery store anytime soon, except for small things. I love it

Amazon Prime Singapore app just moved their International store to the new app, and I'm finding there is defintely much lesser things to look at via this new app. I have shopped before local and international delivery but now it doesn't seem to be an attractive option to continue the membership.


Cannot track item or access your order as it kept crashing from there.


Clunky app does not allow me to check out with my 9 items from my cart. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still same problem. Tried the call back to customer service and no surprise that the calls didn't go thru either. I give up.


They barely cover Houston but yet we were a launch city. 2019 and still no delivery support. I've been asking for years now and they say "they will look into it". They said in the news they are delivering in Houston for Thanksgiving. Guess what? Still no support for my zip (less than 3 miles from their distribution center). No stars because they have no support at all. Don't ever expect problem resolution. They flat out will ignore you.


November 2019 update. This app has gone in to melt down. Keeps crashing, loosing your basket, items don't get delivered..... Not very good for fresh food. "free 2 hour delivery above $40 spend" is MARKETING speak. You are very rarely able to get in 2 hours.


The app doesn't let me sign in on my Pixel 3a, keeps asking me to enter a zipcode even after I've entered it. It used to work fine, then the new updates came along and now it's unusable. This is very annoying.


When trying to sign in.. After email and password.. You ask for verification again. Then the screen has missing words so much so that I was unable to make selection.


App shuts down every time I click to view an order. Will no longer let me see anything or go to check final details.


Never fail to be amazed by the quality of Amazon's service. Anything cold comes wrapped neatly surrounded by ice packs, items are always fresh and customer service is prompt. Not living nearby a grocery store is no longer an issue!


Keeps asking me to login and rejects known good password at checkout. It knows I'm logged in enough to show me all my personal details and past orders, but won't let me buy anything. Pointless. Used the website instead, which works more than this PoS app. Ugh.


Very iffy in Manchester. App is OK once you get over the aggravation of choosing between Amazon/Morrisons (don't always have same products or pricing). But delivery is so iffy now. Two deliveries in one week a driver had a breakdown another stuck in traffic & had an accident. Traffic here is crazy but maybe a few more drivers would be good.


Pretty convenient however most of the time it's pointless and expensive as they always have something out of stock or give you the wrong things so I have to go out anyway.

The app needs to improve specially the search system. The best thing about Prime Now that you can do the groceries a sunday, in Barcelona, for a cheaper price than going to your near "pakistani" convenience store. Because the local law forbids shops to open.


I was excited since its urgent and had no convenient way to a store, looking for a basic sewing kit to sew on a button... only one available that's all out for 20$ ugh okay I guess, price jump to 35$ pre tax and tip somehow? Yeah, no. I'll just walk the two miles to the dollar store at that rate.


Great before you switched map provider. Now the map doesn't load making it useless.

Placed my 6th order with them, to the same address and had it confirmed. Arranged to be at home for the delivery. An hour into my delivery window, I checked the app to see how far away my order was; Turns out they had canceled it. No phone call, no notification, just an e-mail buried in my inbox asking me to verify my address and that they will get back to me in 24 hours. Called customer service and was told they can't put me through to the address verification team as they are a separate team.

The availability of the products at short notice is great as expected from Amazon. Unfortunately the repeated bugs with limiting the search criteria does make it more difficult to use than it should. It has repeatedly crashed on me the 3 times I've used it. The map showing where the driver is takes too long to update and often they're at my door before the app shows that they're nearby. However I appreciate that this is probably because the mobile network isn't very good in my area.

Gets job done but frustrating to use. Too difficult to find previously bought items. When items are out if stock it should be easier to add them back into the cart. I don't want to see Amazon items. Is there a way to add items after order has been placed? The drop-off is much better, I like that they bring it to the door step and then leave. But I really miss the user experience of Instacart.


As a working single mom who goes to school, I love this app! Makes getting things so much easier since I dont have to choose between waiting to get a delivery the next day or actually going out to the store. It's a lifesaver. In the dozens of times I've used it, they only messed up half of one of my orders one time and when I reported it, the reimbursed for the missing items within 24 hours.


This app is a pos - constantly glitching, particularly during feedback. It never shows a full list of items that are available and items that it says are available never seem to be in stock when the shopper is at the store. On top of that I absolutely hate shopping at Whole Foods now that Amazon has taken. Nothing is ever in stock and local brands that I loved are gone.


What a rip off, i installed the app and was ready to use for the fiest time with the $10 discount i got but when i got to checkout i found out that i cannot apply the discount, the delivery cost $5 and that the application automatically added $5 tip, buttom line i had to pay $20 more than i planned - I cancel it and am about to uninstall it. Other than that the application is friendly and easy to use it's just that there are unplanned unwanted fees.


Why is there an option to sort by "Average Customer Review" when that is then hidden from the person shopping? I cannot find ACR anywhere on the product pages.


No "favorites" capability. This makes it impossible to mark items for possible future purchases when you aren't ready for them now. Rare, if any, product description, listing of ingredients or nutritional info. In short, unless you know the store offerings from repeated physical visits, it's near impossible to ensure products selected meet your dietary needs.


Works well for amazon shopping but is clunky for groceries through whole foods. Ability to leave notes for the shopper is missing, which is a must as grocery shopping is more nuanced and offen requires more information/guidance above just selecting an item. Whole Foods inventory is out of date and is missing many fundamental items. No option for a custom item not listed. Not to mention packaging for groceries is wasteful and contains way more bags/insulation than necessary.


I just had a baby and installed this app because I cant go anywhere! wow! I love it! love it! love it! I used it for the first time today because my normal grocery delivery service left half the stuff off my order! Prime now delivered in less than 2 hours the items I ordered. and I got a coupon for $5 off first order! sweet!

Great app, fast free delivety, but my issue is with the prime shoppers, they grap any grocery on the counter, they dont check if there is ruined greocery inside the bags, last shopping i threw all the bag of avocado, and the delivey before i got ruined onions, some time ruined strawberry, we need prime to watch the shoppers please, we pay money for the grocery it is NOT free.


Terrible app doesn't work i tried opening it and uninstalled it twice doesn't work all it wants is your dam location but when pressing on the sign in or sign in as guest nothing only freezes doesn't take me anywhere after pressing to login


They removed the ability to see all the Prime deals and sale items in one click. I will be going back to using Fresh Direct, which allows me to sort by sale items so I can get the best deals. Big thumbs down on the decision to remove buttons to see deals.


I expected more than a shopping cart for Whole Foods..... Every time I tried to do anything else, it went back to the shopping cart and encouraged me to fill it up! Frustrating and a waste of my time!


Virtually unusable on anything but Amazon hardware. Amazon should fire the team that worked on the Google version, as this app works perfectly on Kindles. Ungodly slow on an S8 and often refuses to acknowledge taps. Gave up on placing my order, which is the worst sort of failure for an app like this.


This app has been here for quite a while now, and yet the selection is still so sorely lacking in both selection and accessibility. I've been a fan of Amazon for years, yet this app doesn't even live up to a smidge of the regular Amazon Shopping app


I like this service. I used it a lot. But the problem is the metallic bubble wrap that is sent with every shipment. It is NOT recyclable, at least in my city. Amazon needs to do more to work with municipalities to ensure these items can be recycled. Otherwise this service is an outrageous contribution to waste. This is not right and I will not use the service unless they resolve this.


The app is not available for Indian market. The app opens ask for location through GPs or to insert pincode. It doesn't give an option to change the country. What's the use of being a prime customer and pay yearly when you don't even have access to all services by Amazon Prime. Seems so pathetic


It was working well for a while and now I just keep getting a message that it's unavailable, or something to that effect. I've checked back with it several times in the last month and I still get that same message anytime I try to search for something.

It's too difficult to navigate. You can't make changes without going through jumping hoops


The prime now app doesnt have the level of functionality of the regular Amazon app. You cant create shopping lists, wish lists. You cant search your order history. You can shop based on past purchases however this is only limited to items that are in stock at the very moment you are searching. You may or may not be able to substitute you may or may not get responses from your shopper. if you want consistency on any level this is not the app for you. But it stills offer a measure of convienence


Can't get any products to come up; when I click on produce or anything it basically just says Sorry, there's a problem, we're working on it. I tried last night, and again this morning, I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but I'm still having the exact same problem. Tried a few other links, like Amazon Restaurants, just to see if it was only produce/all the shopping category links that weren't working, but it just left me at a blank screen... pretty disappointed.


The app wouldn't or doesn't work on my phone. I have a galaxy note 4. Even though it's old I've not had a problem with any apps working on my phone. I'd try to search and would get an error message that said there was a problem and they were working on it. Frustrating because I wanted to purchase the echo dot and get the introductory discount through prime now but can't because the app doesn't work.


Generally it offers up quite a good range of products and the 2 hour local delivery is great. But compared to Amazon app, this app is too water down, it does not allow you to make wish list and buggy at times. Echoing another reviewer, there's no review feature or gift card option. Would be great to see more features coming in and would make more sense to lower the minimum for free delivery. But to be fair, I think the app has improved along the way, so I do hope the developers will continue to be adding in more useful features and make the app more stable.


I just installed this app yesterday on my Android phone & it doesn't work. Many people wrote reviews here saying search option doesn't show anything except blank page are right. Click on anything & all I see is blank page. I have been a happy prime member for past 2 years so honestly I did not like writing negative review but it is what it is & when it is fixed, I will review it again. Disappointed for now.


POS! I was finally willing to give this service a try, spent the time to enter my order, only for the stupid app not to accept my Amazon password which I did double check and try on the regular Amazon website and it is certainly my accurate password yet this stupid app will not accept it. I live in Atlanta at firs t absolutely love this app they were very quick everything was fresh and frozen. now that we've had so many people move into this city it takes a drivers longer and Amazon is no longer rapping there Frozen Goods up in there nice insulated bags and double packing them. Therefore I received several items that have been defrosted. I need to work on this I probably won't use them again for anything cold or frozen


Once ordered, I received text updates on the progress and a text when it arrived on my doorstep. The perishables were packaged together in a cold pack and things that might come open were wrapped up in plastic. It was awesome. My dogs are enjoying thier snacks, I've had my deli- sandwich and coffee....life is good!


After being a prime member for over a year, I finally stop my prime membership. Prime app sg is no longer what it used to be. Useless deals items


I've been using Amazon Prime Now ever since it launched and I used to order my groceries from this app about twice a week - that is until Amazon recently stopped packaging perishables in temperature sensitive cooling bags. Two days in a row - my frozen goods arrived thawed, butter and cheeses were melted in the bag, vegetables and fruits arrived dried and withered, and I didn't even want to touch the raw meat. A couple mishaps is fine if they had apologized and explained what went wrong, but even after 4-5 emails and a phone call to customer support, I received NO SUPPORT and no follow-up response from Amazon. Well, that was a couple weeks ago and thanks to Amazon's lack of service, I realized how fun it was to actually visit the local markets and get real, fresh produce and goods. I won't be using this "service" again.

I'm not sure why but everything I've tried searching on the app returns a 'Sorry there's a problem with this page right now. We're working on fixing it.' PLEASE! The page's been having a problem for many days and the problem is STILL NOT fixed yet. Will you people buck up and doing something about it?


Items purchased through this app are not listed on the main Amazon Prime app. Moreover, promo codes which are accepted by this app are not accepted on the Amzon Prime app. You need to synchronize the apps databases. Also what's the point of having to separate apps for the same company?

Ive been using Prime Now for a few years and it works fine on Google Pixel 2 and Samsung Note 4. Never had an issue with it. The range is surprisingly decent for what you can get sent to you in a 1 or 2 hour window and being able to track the driver live is really useful. Ofcouse it doesnt have the whole Amazon range on there obviously, but as you're on prime most stuff you get next day through Amazon anyway.


Doesn't work! I just downloaded it so I can use my earned credits from Amazon, and nothing populates beyond the first page. I tried searching in the searchbar and from the main page. Neither worked. I tried restarting the app, and that also didnt help. I'm hoping this gets fixed soon, because I want to use my credits!


Every category that i browse says "there's a problem right now, we're working on a fix" , even when i use the search nothing comes up. However, if i sign in with my wife's prime account (on the same phone) search items show up just fine, and the categories are showing products. What's happening Amazon SG?


the app works when using on iPhone or any other Apple device, seems to be a problem downloading to Google/android devices but that being said , it's a great way to shop online if your unable to get out to shops, items delivered very fast and I got most products cheaper from here than I would my local supermarket.. don't understand why anyone would complain about paying delivery? any other food website I've ordered from has charged same amount delivery


I just installed it and only used it for my grandsons babyshower gifts. I got the items I purchased very quickly and the items I ordered were exactly as they were described. My husband is also a ""PRIME" member and we use his account to watch movies. The only FRUSTRATION with watching movies on "PRIME" is the "GOOD" movies we search for from "back in the 80's (the good 'ole days lol) we have to rent or buy. Even some from recent times that have been out for the past 1-2 years. I think that if we PAY for a PRIME membership and are offered to watch movies with our memberships- THEY SHOULD BE FREE! There's NO DOUBLE DIPPING AMAZON PRIME! I think it's all about getting more $ from your clients just to build your EMPIRE even bigger for you & that's all you care about!! Sometimes I think about cancelling both our memberships because YOU (AMAZON) ARE DOUBLE DIPPING FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS & STEALING MONEY FROM US LEFT & RIGHT! Some people will say shut up & move on. But my voice has to be heard! If someone doesn't speak up about it then we ALL WILL JUST KEEP GETTING SCREWED BY BIG CORPORATIONS & run away with our tails tucked between our legs! That's what's wrong with Corporate America today! Stand up & let YOUR VOICES BE HEARD!


Much worse than Instacart. The app freezes up frequently, is missing tons of items that we found to be in stock in the store, and unlike instacart, once you place an order you have to cancel the entire order to add anything new. Delivery times are extremely hard to get, so if you want anything delivered on the weekend you better order the day prior! Also won't let you default to a certain store so you're going to end up with 3 different shopping carts.


so far been great! love than delivery is so quick. one problem though. on my s10+ I sometimes do not load the main page properly, all I get is the top and bottom navigation and white screen in the middle. can you guys find out how to fix this problem? I've tried restarting the app, and restarting the phone but the problem is still there.


App is great and I love the convenience of having groceries delivered. However on 3 separate occasions I have had issues. What I needed was unavailable in the app, out of stock, or received an incorrect item. I think that might just be whoever is bagging the order doesn't know where the items are in the store. The app said I had to return to store but Amazon refunded me anyway. So Amazon thank you for making it right.

Allows the app to record audio with the microphone. This permission allows the app to record audio at any time without your confirmation.

Allows the app to request authentication tokens.

Allows the app to prevent the phone from going to sleep.

receive data from Internet
Allows apps to accept cloud to device messages sent by the app's service. Using this service will incur data usage. Malicious apps could cause excess data usage.

activity recognition
Allows an app to receive periodic updates of your activity level from Google, for example, if you are walking, driving, cycling, or stationary.
