There is no option to schedule online video consultations outside your physical OPD time. So my OPD is from 6 to 8.. there will be one patient at 6pm, 2nd patient at 6.15 and 3rd will be video consultation at 6.30 then again next patient at 6.45 and may be another video consultation at 7. In-person (physical) OPD times varies at patient frequently get late or consult for longer time or come back after doing xray etc. And online appt starts 5 mins before scheduled time.. it's difficult to manage

Same patient booking with multiple numbers n prime balance getting reduced with the same old patient who is using different numbers each time he is booking through app. Online practo consult the worst I see compared to other platforms, u don't support doctor neither give any priorities to doctor, the worst customer care service people. Kindly all health care seeking patients go to google n search for Ur speciality n book with direct in clinic numbers .

Practo assistance team is good for nothing I have raised a query on 15 th of this month and it is still unaddressed.Every time I contact the team, I am being told that it will be addressed within 24-48 hours ,4 days have passed and it is still unaddressed. Pathetic experiance.

This is a horrible app for doctors. They verified my account after almost a month with so many formalities which are not specified on the app so you have to call the service center multiple times. Even after the account is verified you don't get online consultation unless you buy practo Ray or prime which again is not disclosed any where. The app is amazingly glitchy and the serive center who you call are not sincere. Only install the app if you want constant headache and anxiety. Pathetic

App needs refreshing for every consultation, too much of connectivity issue,both for audio and video, prescription writing is not well organised, ..

Completed 30000 consultations on the app. One fine day the practo decided to ban doctors who have not responded to follow ups. Here s how annoying they get. Most of the patients have thanked for the consultation. So the final msg Is 'thank you sir'. But all the bright minds at practo aren't happy, they want us to respond further and keep replying till the msgs are exhausted. Great going practo.

Useless service. The staff cannot speak national language Hindi and hence couldn't take down a complaint ..They close service requests on their own without resolving..Their feedback section is just a blackmailing space for patients. They don't even fairly verify if patient's review is fair or just to blackmail.

Excellent app.... most of my patients reviewed my feedbacks and then consulted, from all over the country, as they totally relied on the varified information. And they were not disappointed. Best thing I liked is the Uploading of the prescription as a proof. Please keep it up.

Hello... I have taken practo prime. The clinic timings in my profile on practo are feeded incorrect and now after writing so many mail no one is bothered to handle and correct by problem. And the practo executive miss vatsalya was about to take care of my problems but now she is not receiving my calls too.
