    la app está genial. contiene vídeos de los ejercicios para poder ejecutar la técnica correcta, y una opción q me encanta es la de poder elegir ejercicios alternativos por si hubiera alguno de la rutina de entrenamiento que no puedes hacer. además organiza tu entrenamiento semanal con tanto ejercicios de musculación, cardio, específicos de entrenamiento de moto...y aporta gráficos en los q puedes ver tu progresión. Me ha encantado, es súper completa. Sientes que estás en estupendas manos.
