Online payment shows transaction is successfull. Money is credited from the account as well, But in the app it's still in waiting status.. No response on calling the customer care number. No option to lodge a complaint and get the issue addressed. Poor customer service..

Previously it was a very good app...we were getting all nice restaurants that time including mgrill-paragon.Last week we got an update request,and we tried it . Anyhow we reinstalled this app. But now there is no good options for restaurants and marts.Its not working properly.We informed the help service ,they said to try settings in locations etc..buts it's not working....This app is not a good option now.

App has poor design of the interface. Don't know why Potafo is not interested in investing on improving the UI design. Edit (24 July 2021): Rating changed from 1 star to 4.5 star(5) because they have changed the entire app experience. The UI is now great and the app has become more user friendly. Reduced 0.5 stars because there seems to be some bugs. I am unable to set the location when the GPS is in 'Device Only' mode, aka location is solely based on positioning satellites (at outdoors), etc.

This update was very essential. Although Potafo had good services, the App experience was not as expected in the previous versions. But this new update changes everything. A few more bugs, hopefully it will be resolved soon. Good going 👍

The new interface looks good but doesn't work Especially potafo Mart if I try to pick any shop it is always busy. Incase you are able to select then there are no items I don't understand y they updated the app without testing if the app works or not Raised the complaint several times but the issue persists Pathetic and very much disappointed with the service and customer experience

My earlier address is gone, it is now picking up address based on gps..and it has become difficult to add address pertaining to an apartment building as some one else has updated it with its flat number..phone call to help did not solve my problem..

Very poor service. Placed order, paid money (Rs 1453) through UPI and got confirmation mail from Potafo that payment is successful. Even after one hour order is not confirmed. The help desk ( number got after trying for half an hour) say money not received by them! No other provisions to call or lodge a complaint except the help desk which appears to have just one line!

Worst app, I have tried for the first time and the result was horrible, Orderd some item payment done through phonepay , payment confirmation recieved, yet the app doesn't shows any order summary. And when contacted the customer support, they said the amount will be back within 7 days!!...

Its a nice app.almost all restaurants in kozhikode are included....but i m facing some issue for the last one week ..the app is very slow while using via wi-fi network...but there is no problem when using via mobile data....what is the reason for that....? I mostly use wi fi network...

High item rates compared to hotel menu. High delivery charge even for short distances and No offers. Better direct ordering through phone to hotels.
