Die Identifizierungsverfahren sind rechtskonform, sicher und funktionieren in nur wenigen Schritten. Geben Sie einfach die Vorgangsnummer ein, die Sie entweder von unserem Partnerunternehmen oder von uns erhalten haben. Die App führt Sie anschließend durch den Vorgang. The app is extremely slow (blank screens, eternal loading) and constantly gives "network connection errors" even though I am stably connected to the internet. When I finally managed to get to the point where I could take a picture of my ID card, it didn't recognize it, forcing me to go back to start. I didn't manage to identify myself because I wasted an hour on this app and never got to the point where they do the video identification because of this reason. Worthless app.

I understand that it's important to have a good quality picture for identification, but the problem here is the camera inside the app itself. The picture quality is so bad, and there is a lag when taking a picture. You also can only use camera and can not upload the picture from galery. So I tried to upload countless times and failed every time. Anyway, what a bad experience.

When using the back camera to take pictures of documents, it freezes for a second while processing and throws you back to taking the picture. If you switch to the front camera it works but the quality is miserable and it's mirrored... Can't verify myself this way.

Absolutely awful app and customer experience. I must have tried to get to an English speaking agent at least 10 times. All of them say to call again as they cannot speak English. You need to vet your agents better. It seems a lot of them lied on their English ability. The app seems to crash a lot. The camera freezes. Whether I'm on Wifi or phone data, I seem to get disconnected often. There was even a time the agent could not hear me at all even though they can see me. Terrible.

Differently from other people on the comments I had a great experience. The first person I spoke did not speak English, but on my second try, after waiting 10 minutes I was connected with a very nice guy who spoke English perfectly. We did the verification via video in around 5 minutes :)

Worst app ever. Only accepts German passports and it doesn't even upload the images it takes (yes, I have internet)

The worst app that I ever used. Dhl left my packet in the packet station but did not give me a information card which needs to be scanned at the station. Then, i need to register with id check by this app, taking photos and video=failed bad pic or video quality, try again, cant upload, again, cant upload, again, failed bad quality, again cant upload, check my phone to s20+, bad pic quality, again, cant upload, chenged back to my xiaomi, cant upload, cant upload....after many times trying, fkoff
