- This application lets you create databases on your phone. - You can backup your databases to the cloud. - You can import and export data in CSV format. - The data is stored using a relational database based on the Sqlite format. - App can only import and export CSV from and to the cloud. The default downloads folder if accessible can be used for reading CSV. - On Android 11, app no longer stores the databases in the ProtoDB folder. Instead, the databases are saved in the non accessible internal storage which may be under: Android\data\com.portofarina.portodb\files\PortoDB - Uninstalling the app, will delete all the databases and the local backups. So ensure to backup the databases to the cloud.

can there be option to insert a new column before or after a specific field, as currently we can add new column only at the end of table.. my tables have 100s fields, its troublesome to move new columns at desired place.. thanks..

Testing this app and find it very good. ❤️🥰😍 - for the checkbox option can you change the (x) to the correct sign. But after exporting the data, it will rather tell the opposite of the actuals. - can you also add drop-down list option for the colomn type.

PERFECT DATABASE I have been using PortoDB for years now and have shared it with colleagues at work. It works just fine, no annoying ads, utterly free and secure as the data is stored locally. No need of internet connection. But one thing should be fixed ASAP, and that is the ability to print out the data straight from the app and addition of academic results grade generator. If a school teacher can use it to store the students performance, then let him be able to automatically generate results.

After reviewing I am pleasantly surprised, with a few glitches and a short wishlist. The app is simple to use and allows limited database functions. Editing on column types is simple to non-existent - using a column type 'PHONE' allows any characters displayed on a numeric keypad. I could enter "*0#(),;-+/N/" for a phone number. Wishlist: I would like to copy columns, total numeric columns, have a fixed footer row for totals. Which I believe would conform to a simple DB definition.

It's suite mobile relational databases system. Simple to use, but is not true compatible. I.e. if application installed in mobile device and used to built RDBMS we do not know where or which directory directory / folder saved. So if user wanna copy his/her database done the database frequently no appear on PortoDB folder, the user must convert it to csv file or export all rows to csv format. Eventualy some times csv output / export, can not convert to xls/xlsx format

super incredible! honestly, it's so easy to use. I wanted to switch from excel because of how hard it is to search my spreadsheet for info. this app imported 2109 lines successfully and now I have it all, can search with ease. copy and pasting rows from one table to the next, needed this feature too, and it's here. I can't believe it!!! Thank you!!!!

Worked fine until the last update, now none of my databases are showing, even though they are still in the folder.

SO EASY and 100% Reliable!! I cannot say enough great things about the simple and searchable and savable databases this app allows me to easily create, edit and add data to, and pull up for a quick reference in a split second on the fly!! Started off fine, had a few problems, there appears to be a little querk. It appears that if you make a load of rows first, then add the data after, it won't save properly in the right order .... at least I'm hoping that's the answer to why it wouldn't save ...... other then that, very easy to use, 'does what it says on the tin'. Might be nice if there was a function where you could slide complete rows up or down, other then that, works nicely, worth trying out.
