Wrost process i have ever seen. They require lease agreement for my address proof. That doesn't make sense. Wrost customer support.

Overall new app not bad but a few teething issues to solve. Would be nice to have map as default, maybe some text on the grey empty space to explain what to do would be nice. Clicking 'choose station' should automatically show vehicles. A 'favourite car' option would be great. But nice cars and good customer service!

Popcar has been my go to car share, excellent customer service with reasonable pricing. With the new update the app becomes much easier to use. Just pick the car type, set the time and the apps will show the location of the nearest car that be linked to google maps. However I wish in the future there are more cars available near the cbd area for easier access. Overall very reliable and dependable app/service.

I think the app is quite easy to use. Very easy to book and alter any bookings. However the BP and Shell icons are swapped on the map. Also it would be good if we could see the brand and make of the car on the map as well as the category. Overall, no big issues.

Frustrating app. Freezes and loses my information. Pricing and credit balance are not displayed before booking. I have never booked a hire car without being given the pricing or a quote and I have spent thousands on car rental across the world.

Good new app. Pricing is required to make it easily understood. Also had trouble for booking for 24 hour hire the "reserve now" button disappears even though the car says it's max is 3 days
