This app is getting worse and worse. First, they always delay the sending of payouts. They keep on saying "payouts" will be received every 15th day of the month, but it's not happening. More often it's one month or two months delayed. It's not about the new payment policy. It's been like this for more than 2 years now. Second, after their last upgrade, the money you earned from the payed calls you take won't reflect to your account's balance automatically which should be the standard for any online teaching companies. With this Pop On app, It would take two days before you could see your earnings in your account. How then could the teachers know if they get the right amount of money for their services??? This payment system you're implementing is somehow like a form of CHEATING on your teachers.

Well this is the FIRST time since getting this APP that I can say I had a GOOD experience!! Had a customer service representative talk to me for 15 minutes trying to get information on how to sort out the issues in the APP. They KNOW it's broken BUT they are working on it. I expect this rating to slowly increase over time if they keep on the track they're going on now. Unfortunately the app UPDATE at present still has many bugs so the rating will stay low. The fact they're working on it is good.

I like this pop on app so much. This is one of the friendliest apps I have ever used. I have made 200$ just in my 3 weeks I worked as a tutor and a chatpal. It requires a lot of patience. Especially with picking up the calls. Just keep on accepting the calls and you will talk to them. Dont forget its a general platform so others also ready to pick up the same calls

very buggy, not all instructions are in english, is very invasive with phone permissions, and does not allow you to chat without paying. has the price of a professional premium app account with the quality of something the weird neighbor kid rigged up in his parents basement. do not use. my phone number is probably on a spam call list now because i was stupid enough to enter it in this app.

I just installed the app, been using it for 3 to 4 days now, I just notice that their support group isn't responsive at all.I've tried to reach out thru their in app support chat, email, wechat, facebook for several days but no response.For a new user like me who have yet many inquiries about the app , it is kind of a turn off. I actually like the app content and the platform but I feel that their support team is not at all effective or efficient because nobody really responds to your inquiries.

Maybe is because of me. I try too use tablet for working on popon, but when I accept student it wants me to verify phone number and verification code. I asked Pop on can I use a tablet instead of phone, they said that I can if there is camera. I have camera, but the problem is not solved it again wants me to send phone number and verification code. I send message on facebook they tell me something I can not explain what they answer me. And yes, when I type my verification code, but it says that my captcha has expired. I am asking my self do they read what people ask them. They send me message that verification code is is mandatory based on the Chinese regulations. In order to make sure the user is not an automatic robot, or to avoid the same person with multiple accounts. That is not answer on my question. Now I am asking my self is it worth to write them anything and I can see that many people have a problem with payment. I have information that two months in the past they work correctly and everything was functioned. What is happening now I do not now? Thank you
