I recently switched one of our drivers to use this newer app (Epicor POD 2.0) on their tablet to use with the Proof of Delivery module. Every few days, the app will crash and lose all the signatures that he collected. This has gotten so bad that I have moved him back to the original POD app. I notice the last update for this app was on September 29, 2017. Is there any current work or updates being done on this app to stabilize it? I prefer the brighter interface, but the crashing and losing data is a deal-breaker.

Been Using this App with my company since version 1.0.5 had to switch to 2.1.1137 on IOS because of the latest IOS version 14.5.1 Update. I've not experienced what other folks have experienced (negative comments) but one update needed is there needs to be a box separating the signature area so people don't hit accept before they SIGN like the old version! Otherwise 5 stars for me love the app and how I have a product description now!

Horrible interface for sending pick tickets or invoices to the mobile device. The dispatcher suffers because he has too many steps to send his deliveries to his drivers. We should be able to send to dispatcher on the app and have him assign drivers there and not in P21 itself. Rediculously inefficient and cumbersome and Epicor has deaf ears to this b/c it's not worth improving or working on. We dumped it and are hoping Doclink may be able to help instead.

Everytime I complete a stop, it freezes. Have to close and reopen to complete next stop.
