If you can't afford 20.00 per month for puzzle subscription, you are basically penalized from complete participation. And because I completed all puzzles in arena, I am now locked out of the ability to get coins to get the characters for that arena. Bring back puzzles also. Really starting to hate this game. So close to uninstalling Update of October 7th, now I'm locked out of being able to participate in weekly puzzles because I don't have a stupid randomly given character.

Hate the new update with a passion. The weekly puzzle release was something I got excited for because I could enjoy them in a relaxing way. Now it's just about money and you can't pass a level unless you do certain things (that take longer if you don't pay). It's just stressful now. Also, the instructions for how to pass a level are not clear regardless of what you do. It's extremely frustrating and I really really hate it now. Developers ruined a great game but getting greedy.

Over the last couple of years I have loved this game. But unfortunately the latest upgrade is more like a down grade. It was fun relaxing and simple... New cities would open up once you had completed the free and ad levels but now won't open up until you complete the money levels as well which means that you now have no choice but to play the new games that they added. Developers should learn to leave what works alone. It is doing my head in now and is way too frustrating so I am uninstalling.

Changed to 1 star cause the game is becoming a massive pain now. I just want to be able to build the models with no stress, but the devs have added all this unnecessary stuff to it like the random characters to level up, and now this whole other section of model building where you are forced to level up those random characters otherwise you can't gain a star for a model to have it be set as complete even though you literally just built it. Devs aren't listening to us, don't download the game.

I love the app, just wish that new ones came out faster. I understand why they don't, I just really wish they were faster. (Updated) As of May 26, 2021, it has been 25 days since the last update. I get it. It takes time. But when you say in game "new ones next week" and then 25 days go by with 0 updates... looks bad. (10/07/21) It's better, but still, takes forever to add more.

This game used to be really fun, the whole premise is constructing puzzles in a very unique form. However, in the past year they've added weird complex features that make the gameplay experience frustrating and overall worse. Simple is better.

The new game chapter 'Travel with you' is way too difficult. It's almost impossible to clear a stage at once! But I have to clear it to get house shaped tickets in order to open the new country in 'World is big' chapter!! This is so frustrating and stressful!!! All i want to do is play the game "peacefully" without feeling any pressure to make COMBO! Can you remove the 'travel with you' chapter? Or at least can you lower the standards of score to get damn stars?

Loved this game but since the update its now unplayable. Cant unlock the next level once one is completed without first doing a pointless and repetitive challenge unless you buy a pack. You have ruined it developers, people play free games for a reason so all you have done is make people click the uninstall button ! Gave this one last try today. You can't do anything now without making in game purchases. This is no longer a free game ! Uninstalled now due to greedy developers !!! Don't bother !

24/9/21 Changed from 5☆ to 1.... I really don't like the latest update, the changes to the basis of the game are clunky. It's not relaxing any more, some of it doesn't even make sense. Can we go back to previous version please? Love love love this game! Highly addictive, very good for challenging visuo spatial ability, and also quite educational. I love the detail of the models, and the x-ray views you get on some of them when completed. Brilliant!

I used to defend the game on Facebook when people complained about updates etc and I'm sure I'd previously reviewed it as 5 star... But I can't anymore because the latest update has turned the experience into a nightmare I don't even understand. You've over complicated something beautiful with confusing extras and comps and have made it harder to even complete models because there are now more requirements to unlock cities. I'm incredibly disappointed that my mental health go-to is ruined.
