Paid for a full year and my yearly subscription has not expired yet, however, I no longer have access to any premium content. I paid for a "year" worth of service. Videos will not load, not even free ones, nor do any of the external links work that will lead to product support. Edit: customer service elf reached out and fixed two videos. Furthermore, when you pay for a "yearly magic pass" it expires in September of the following year, despite your initial subscription date of purchase.

Customer Service is a joke, It has been charged to my account twice.. I tried to make a video for my son after ordering the 17.99 bundle, And it said that I did not have access..Checked my cc statement charge is on there.. When I contacted them for assistance they told me to contact Google as it was cancelled & reimbursed. I contacted Google they told me it was PNP and that they in fact charged my account twice for the service. So just a fair warning they'll try to scam you

I've paid for the premium pass twice in one year. I paid for a ultimate pass is November of 2020, which should be good for "10 years" and now it tells me " your free trial ended please purchase a pass" HORRIBLE!!

I'm a Premium Member and my children and I love this app! BUT since I re-download it after resetting my phone, the app keeps crashing. Can't stay on it. The Widget countdown keeps from going big to small as well. Please fix this before it get closer to the Holidays.

Bought the ultimate pass in 2019 worked get past 2 years and now all I get is the oops try again later on everything. This last update screwed it up bad do not recommend until it's fixed

Paid for premium and all of a sudden on the app my video's aren't loading, it keeps saying error and on the website it stops the videos half through. I've had this app for years but this year it's not working.

Free video works OK but as soon as you pay no videos work. Always says oops try again later, been trying for 2 weeks now. Don't bother RIP Off!!!!
