I had a very bad experience today. Though international trxn facility was activated two months back but bank failed to provide and enable Ecom and POS trxn facility due to which all transaction I had had failed. I contacted help desk to get International transaction facility (Ecom and POS trxn) activated. Not one but 7 executives had conversation with me at different times in two complete days but none of them could resolve the issue. Each one of them insisted to use PNB Genie but could not guide me the 'Path' I should follow to complete required job. In brief they were not aware of the product they have been promoting. Even senior executive too felt sorry when contacted. He too could not guide me and failed to help. Very sad affair. Does Managing Director, Mr. Rao or Divisional Head have answer to my experience and comment. They may go through the email I have posted today to Divisional Head of Credit Card Division. Two days spoiled by these silly executives but no solution and no service provided. Do they know that PNB Genie has no such option for user. What they can serve if they are not aware of the product. Is't it a solid case to approach Ombudsman man. Shame on these executives. Who know just one sentence " maf karna, maffi chahta hun maf kijiyega etc etc.

Not satisfactory. I had given suggetion more than 6 months before. Bank failed to act on it . I was not cummunicated any reasons for not acting. I am a senior citizen and not able to operate IBS. As i do not need it or need it once in a month to pay cr card dues of PNB. I had suggested to make debit card of pnb option so that it will be convienient for making payments of cr card dues. No body is bothered. See now in this lock down days i cannot go the branch for deposing cheque for dues payment.
