What’s air quality like today? Is it the best time to go for a run? When should I go for a walk in the park with my children?

Air Report Global gives you real time pollution levels in your area, and forecasts of how air quality will evolve hour by hour over the next 24 hours—just like a weather forecast.

Our environmental AI gives you customized recommendations on the best time to do your favorite activity without getting overexposed to pollution.

We bring you air quality insights you can act on—73% of our surveyed users say our app helped them make changes in their daily habits to breathe cleaner air.

And now the app works everywhere! After 18 months of hard work, our team of data and atmospheric scientists has built a worldwide air quality forecasting model that uses satellite data to cover air quality in all of the world’s urban areas.

*Global coverage* Know what you breathe, wherever you are. Every urban area on the planet is now covered by real-time air quality data—as well as forecasts for the coming 24 hours.

*Fluid timeline* Slide along the timeline to see historical data. Pinch the screen to change timescales and reveal month by month air quality tracking.

*Detailed data* Tap the Plume cloud to expand the compass and get pollutant by pollutant breakdowns. Use our new Confidence Index to quickly confirm the accuracy of our modelling.

*Easily compare air quality worldwide* Swipe between cities to easily compare air quality. Our universal Plume AQI means you'll quickly see how the air measures up. Prefer your measurements in µg/m3 or a local AQI air quality index? Easily adjust your settings in-app.

*Get the info you need* We've revamped our in-app FAQ and blog to make sure you can get the info you need to understand air quality around you and improve what you breathe.

*UX/UI overhaul* Our design team brought their A game to tweak the app's visuals and streamline user experience.

Awesome app! A must have if you care about your health and city.

Great app one of a kind. Air quality monitoring app in a class of its own

Awesome useful application. And easy to use also.

It helps a lot to know when pollution is high. I always have medical breathing issues that I need to be careful of. Thanks for the help!

Top Notch App! This is really a great app if you or a loved one has respiratory issues or you are just interested in tracking air pollution. There are many features and a lot of ways to look at various pollutants in many major international population areas. I love the various history graphs showing short, medium, and long range views.

HuffingtonPost: “Beat the pollution with the Plume Air app.”

Evening Standard: “Pollution app tells you when it's 'safest' to go outside.”

TechCrunch: “A pragmatical approach to air pollution. Strikes the right balance between providing insightful information about air pollution and not being too complicated.”

VentureBeat: “With air pollution app, Plume Labs wants to prove that big data and open government can save lives.”

Bug fixes? Was it reporting incorrectly? Please take this seriously and itemise the bugs you've addressed. 1. Do you know it drops a digit on the display? Eg Dammam is 475 PM2.5 but this displays in the circle when itemised as 47! You need someone to check your app! 2. Cities sometimes duplicate or triplicate. 3. My tablet displays in landscape, which is awkward to read. Please let me decide orientation.

what was a fantastic app but through updates got worse, used to be able to check historical data up to 6 months back. Now i can barely understand the data provided as it has changed and you can only see a single moment within the previous week rather than the averages it used to provide.

Nice air pollution index reading and informative. Nice indicator (red, amber, green) to indicate safety levels for outdoor activities. Time phased chart is also useful to forecast future readings. Will be great if the time phased graph includes time slots.

App seems to work well. Data appears to correlate reasonably well with I've tried other apps like Air Visual that don't appear to correlate with anything and give nonsensical readings. My only gripe is with the widget. Appears to waste a lot of space (may be different for someone with larger font setting on their phone, my font is set to extra small, so there's a lot of dead space). But seriously, what's with the big stupid ugly cartoon head taking up half the widget real estate?

Awesome app in the playstore right now but you developers of the app need to make it more user friendly with adding more features. You should also add more languages like "Hindi" + which are speaking in the majority of people. A refresh option is must in the app for refreshing data as per user's requirement. A simple idea with a great intellectual property makes more popular anything than a complicated work. So keep it simple with great sense.

Helps me know when to avoid going outside. I have some health issues which make me succeptible to low air quality. I really like the dashboard format. It's quick and easy to get the information I need. The one thing that would make this an all in one app for me would be thr inclusion of pollen counts.

App is good when using their Plume AQI but note that graphics aren't synced with other AQIs and my location has unfortunately a low confidence index 😞 1 small update that would be nice is having the daily notification displays AQI directly at first glance in notification bar instead of having to "click to expand"

Quite good and friendly app but noticed the conversion of the AQI from concentration is not right. The AQI value frequently displays equivalent or the same value as the concentration

I have asthma and this app has helped me immensly as one can't always tell what the quality is by looking

So many bugs, after the 5th one i gave up and deleted this app. Too buggy to use.

I dont understand why i should need to sign in to this app when similar apps do just fine without. Keeping up to date about air quality is not something ehich requires a damn account.

The temperature for London UK shows at the moment -3C and 35km/h is rather warm and no wind. update: thank you for your quick reply, it is indeed showing correct figures now.

The best air quality app I've found. Great design and interface. It's not glitchy. It's simple but it also gives you more data if you need it.

nice looking app, very usefull idea. Sadly not accurate at all. How can in Bandung city -1c°. Will uninstall soon if its not accurate, sorry.

Completely inaccurate. Compare it to your local state's air quality info and you'll see it's way off. I don't know where they're getting the data, but it's wrong.

Please make the widget 1x1, or make it resizeable. I'm being picky, but it's literally 1 number... it doesn't need 2 spaces. Other than that, this app looks like it does everything I wanted!

App looks good but data for Sydney Australia is totally wrong as far as I can tell. PM2.5 is currently 45 micrograms per cubic meter?! I've emailed support but not heard back

Not accurate. When compared with live monitors from air visual, there's a big difference.

I've emphysema. and this app helps me on a daily basis, with regards to air quality and humidity.

Thankful there are no ads to crowd the screen.

Extremely valuable for someone sensitive to bad air and uv rays who would like to live a higher quality life. It's easy to use and super informative.

not sure where this app is getting it's information. it doesn't seem to agree with any other sources. not only that all the choices for activities yield the same results

good app, good to look at this and the monitor for local differences

The text is difficult to read Going to another app because of that.

Totally sucks.....where do you get your world datas from...? Like heavy pollution over west africa..... Afghanistan ??? And if so....what kind of pollutants ?? Second your city search engine only gives a blank page.....waste of time

Useful app for landscape and astrophotography

Excellent app. Tells you what pollution levels are.

very good tool with humidity temp and pollution.

great tool. Accurate and friendly

Pretty accurate information and very intuitive

Great stuff. I can see the air pollution of cities around the world including two that I am going to in coming months

I like it it seems true, HOWEVER how do you measure the pollution?because a phone can't measure air quality. If you state your method i will give it 5 stars.

It's unable to locate where I am which renders the app completely useless!

Good but sometime not correct result!

I'd like it better if it offered info or choices for specific areas of my city. Pollution varies by neighborhood, and one value to represent an entire city just isn't enough.

Its hard to read parts of the app. Im'm legallt blind and there are words over each other. If the print was larger & bolder with outlines it would be much easier to read. Audible sound would be amazing as well with notifications. It's very difficult to program cities of the addresses and locations into the system. You need to have more options when programing locations and there needs to be a setting where you can input your health information and set it up so the app will alert the air quality.

Good app. Strong points are upto the minute data and results for smaller towns. To make it quicker to start using it would be good if you could click on a pollution value and read about it, safe limits and health effects. It is also not clear when certain pollution types are not shown for a certain city if they are missing or just a low reading. i would rather still be able to see them to know what the AQI is based on. Excited to see how App will develop with data from the personal Flow devices

I strongly recommend this app. I look this app every city that I go.

Not bad actually it's good when comparing to other apps.

Very nice, but in a future update maybe a few colour skins...I admit it's silly but I'm fussy about my displays.

For what it is, the app tells you the best estimate of air quality in an environment. Life gets more interesting when you compare this"averaging" approach with the Plume device. The fact is that this app shows how weather, wind and sun follows a sinuous curve throughout each day. So, if you understand its limits, this very informative.

Stale data today January 28, 2019 showing Newport Beach ca data from day before. App needs to show current data. Also, comparison with another app, Air Visual, shows different results causing me to be puzzled. Which to believe? How to reconcile? Possibly due to different data sources, different units of measurement, etc, different reporting times.

Very good user interface! 👍 Potential for comercial or other exploitaion of user personal data ☹️, but that is the price for the free service. Data unpredictable and possibly inaccurate because it had been altered by the app. Potential for intentional inaccurate modification of data to selectively favour or disservice certain locations ☹️ I appreciate the cutrent intend behind altering the data is that the developers think it is better for the users. No argument about your belief. Suggest you provide a very simple option in addition. Provide the raw data you got at the last query and the data retrieval time stamp for a specific queried location. As per your belief, it may be worse for we users to see that, fully appreciate that line of thinking. But if they choose that option let them have the raw data. If you truly feel sorry for the stupidity of those choosing that bad option, you can even get them to sign an agreement that we users understand we may be selecting a stupid option . Thank you very much for providing this tree service 🙏🙏🙏.

Not good for me in Canada. We use a scale from 1 - 10 and 10+ (which is Very High Risk) and you cannot select that scale measurement in the settings for it isn't available. Otherwise a decent app.

The app is good. The UI is smooth and responsive. But I don't know where it pulls its data from. I have a hand-held Pollution meter and it rarely ever matches the value shown on this. I carried it around to different places in the city the meter always showed a lower value by about 50-100 units AQI.

Helps me plan for day with information about air quality😊

the app looks good but lacks more information: what are the numbers or thresholds the WHO considers as problematic and why? which gas has which effect on the human body? where are the metering stations located? today for example, the indicated weather on plume says 'cloudy with 7°C' but It is sunny and warmer than 7°... this is not accurate. also, it lacks explanations when a same caqi rate gives different recommendations. please keep improving the tool + thanks for your work done already done

Not accurate, fake data. When I put in different rural small towns where I know the air quality is excellent it says the same as Los Angeles air.

Perfect interface but for my home city the data is not correct at all. I have compared the AQI with another sources for Sofia, BG and while they were between 100 and 250 your app was respectivelly 20-50. Please check where are you pulling the data because I cannot trust you even to open my window. I hope you are not collecting data from air purifiers as i have such at home and your AQI seems like this.

It's a very good in showing the reports instantly. One thing I would like to suggest as my personal opinion that it should show the exact location AQI so that we can use it more easily. Overall loved it . Thanks for the team who worked and evolved it. Thanks again

Great app and love the display and the recent integration of government supplied monitoring data, however the air quality forecast seems way off for Abu Dhabi. The app (your model) is always predicting that AQ will improve dramatically over the next few hours, however this never seems to be the case.

I installed this app while in Santa Cruz during the Camp Fires. While the EPA's Airnow site was reporting 180 AQI and then dropping to 99 in the evening, this app reported an AQI US of ~260 (!) all day long. My nose definitely agrees with the US Govt on this one, the smell of burnt wood noticeable deceased during the day. I don't know what data source they use, but at least in the US it isn't a good one.

Great app. Love the notifications. Nice UI. One draw back is the accuracy of the AQI. It doesn't tie up with airnow, not sure where the data is coming from. For a few days the app AQI has been a lot lower than airnow readings for where I am (Los Angeles) . Not sure I trust it.

This app does not seem to be able to provide accurate real-time air q data for Abu Dhabi. Since its launch, it has been almost invariably reporting better ratings that then get revised towards much worse levels after 24 h have passed. Not useful and mostly misleading.

Informative, user-friendly, operates smoothly without glitches.Love that it allows you to track air quality in multiple locations. Very helpful for monitoring air quality in this time of wildfires and dangerous levels of pollution in California.

Great app, smooth interface, useful data and it's great to have a pollution meter right in your hands. Only tip I would give: add a button to bring the chart back to "Now" in the time line. Apart from that, 5 fully deserved stars ;)

Really excellent app. It educates me about air quality, and motivates me to exercise when the air is "fresh". Unfortunately the updates for Beijing (where I am living right now) stalled, so I don't know when i need to wear my mask anymore.

Job well done.. can you make the switch between the different air quality measurement easier by placing it on the main screen. It saves the troubles of having to go to the setting each time one wants to make comparisons

Averall acurate and helpful, I like the option of sharing the status on social media. Cons - it takes sometime to refresh the status and it could be a bit more specific (eg. gives the air quality in a specifoc district, not only for a city)

Needed this for my worsening breathing problems. Live in middle of large city. Going out can cause me big problems with breathing. Looking for more info on quality, comfortable masks and other tips as we are all being exposed to worsening pollution. Would love to see something like that added or a site suggested. Don't want to be a prisoner in my house. Thank you

User friendly, gives a good overview of the air quality. 5th star is missing because for the same level of air pollution, outside sport is considered dangerous in France and ok to do in Italy... Need a bit more transparency on this.

I have COPD, and since downloading the app, I am able to plan my daily outdoor activity carefully. It is simple to use, and updates frequently during the daytime. I give it 6 out of 5!

Excellent. Exactly what I've been looking for to track air quality in my home town and when I travel. Great user friendly interface. Useful widget on my main screen

One of the best air quality apps.. the only faults I have with it is first the visual map does not center on your location and the display cuts off words due to the screen resolution.. not helpful for the visually impaired..

It is great to have a tool.that gives you instant perspective locally on the air we breathe. I am glad I get the Plume Air Report and look forward to continue using it regularly.

accuracy in doubt as its saying the temp is currently -1C in the caribbean

Love the app! Guys for the air polution alert please put your own icon on the notification! Would be nice to have a feature like : let me know around 8 o'clock when the air is pure so i can do my jogging Good luck and keep up the good work

Interesting app but not sure how accurate it is when comparing to other websites as well as my personal sensor. For instance it says the air quality is 105 but my sensor says 25.

This app seem to be the most accurate out of all the other apps I used in the last two weeks. I'm not quite sure how to really use it beyond just the basics but it really helped during this pollution crisis.

Very helpful for anyone with breathing issues. Great guide for determining when is the best time to exercise or do strenuous activity outdoors.

Neat app, but I would like to see a live or an average annual pollution level of cities such as London as an overlay on Google Maps so that I can pin places to live.

really this is very very good app.

Really liked the user interface and the user friendly nature of this app.special thanks to the team.with a simple action I now can see any city of the easy..thanks..

Convenient, but is it accurate? It tends to agree with The Weather Channel, but not Weatherbug.

Great idea but not at all accurate. CA wildfires raging a few miles away from me, sky here is orange at 3pm from all the smoke and my throat is burning from the nasty air outside but the app says only moderate pollution? No way.

Nice app but needs to understand that England isn't a city. I want London as my primary location but it insists on England which I want to delete. Very frustrating

This app is amazing but when i get notifications from plume it shows me the android developer icon instead of the plume logo purely consmetic but a little annoying and I wish it supported IFTTT but this app is still great

Excellent app and is the only one that is consistently accurate . I Use it daily in Vietnam, thank you :)

Very good app. Helps me as a cyclist. Could do with some more info on the dofferent pollution metrics.

Great app. Pointless as people still need to go outside and live there lives but still fun to know how quickly you'll develop cancer.

Nice and easy to use, enjoy the info every morning what to expect when I had out.

Used to work fine. But now my local city reading no longer works (Liverpool) - only gives me England.

This is a great tool for everyone that is health conscious and especially anyone that has any respiration problems.

really useful and interesting. found some surprisingly fresh cities, amongst the average that are not as fresh as expected. an important app for today

This app can be helped monitoring of polution and contamination air for outdoor workout that's good, so it's nice.

It allows me to decide whether I should workout outside or not. This app is great and I like the fact that it notifies you in the morning

Simple, clean, effective interface to show air quality.

This is a great app with all the info you need for daily air quality checks.

This is the best app for AQI I ised. I wish the weather info is expanded.

very helpful app when traveling in SE Asia, especially Vietnam, knowing in advance about the often unhealthy high airpollution

acurate location specific

Works fine, very useful to compare air in cities I travel to.

I have health issues and this app can let me know when I can go for a walk. Accurate and keeps up to date.

It says the curret temperature in London is -1. The actual temperature is 10c. Makes you wonder how accurate they are!

Nice app, it would be good to see the info source for the selected city.

The app is very useful and helps me to be certain that the air is clean enough to go outside.

I love that you can get current conditions as well as a short history and forecast.

What sensors do you rely on in Bucharest because i'm getting different readings from different apps I just installed your's and the map does not read anything. Thanks.

>.< I used to love this app but now it keeps saying "data unavailable" for my city in Shijiazhuang China!

Not an accurate indicator of up to date air quality readings.
