To hear the sound the lost headset piece is making, you need to have it in your ear. If it is in your ear, it is not lost. Unless it is like the person who has lost their glasses which are on top of their head. Somewhat useless.

My Voyager 5200 keeps disconnecting from the app. The firmware is up to date, but after being connected for a minute or so, it disconnects and then refuses to reconnect. What is the point of a utilities app if it cannot reliably connect to the headset?

The find my headset feature is pretty nice! It told me it was at my house somewhere and I'll be dammed if I didn't just find it out in the front yard. Oops!!

The send a tone feature is wonderful. Even if your bluetooth has fallen somewhere and not visible, the tone will lead you to it.

I love the Find-MyHeadset feature of the app. This feature works perfect 👍for finding my Voyager 5200. The app doesn't crash. It is a solid app and the Voyager 5200 is a great headset. Better than the Samsung's Galaxy-Wearable app that wants to track everything about you to just activate the app. I just hope the Poly to update itals Voyager 5200s line to a true wireless.

It works properly for 2 is 3 calls. After that it does not tell me who is calling, whether to answer or decline. It does have better talk quality than other devices i have used. A hundred bucks is a little pricy for something that works some of the time. Purchased at Flying J truck stop. Tech support is canned responses from someone who really doesn't care to help. Almost like it's automated.

People that are crying about the app not working with their headset.. Hopefully you considered installing the PC software at some point? But probably not. The app works as intended. Yes it could be better, maybe one day it will be. Until then, try updating the firmware on your headset that you probably didn't even know existed, or maybe you don't know what firmware is. Better yet, read a user manual for once too. THEN try the app again.

Found headset easily with this app, but even though it delivers on that account, it fails to detect the battery, listing it as unknown battery and will not give a reading, no matter what I do

A must-have app for anyone with a Legend / Voyager headset. As a guy who frequently carries them off-ear, I've inadvertently dropped headsets in cars aircraft, garages, under furniture, etc. This app has allowed me to locate them audibly many times when they've fallen where they literally could not be seen at all. The PLT Hub app does seem to occasionally burn extra cell battery time so I dropped it to 4 stars. But it's saved me hundreds of dollars in replacement costs and inconvenience.

IF THIS APP DON'T SHOW YOUR DEVICE IS CONNECTED. OPEN THE APP,, HIT CONNECT THEN TURN YOUR DEVICE OFF AND ON AGAIN RIGHT AWAY DO THIS ONCE MAYBE 2 TIMES AND IT SHOULD CONNECT. DEVELOPERS PLEASE FIX THIS.. (Android 11 Galaxy S21 ultra) If you cant access the voice assistant after update. Go into the Google app, hit reset. Then hit reset Trusted devices.
