The layout looks good but then when you submit a job it's takes weeks to get it completed. When there is a payment issue they cancel job right away instead of giving a chance to fix the issue. It feels like one person created the app and managing it. Waste of my time!

I love the idea of this app, but the implementation leaves much to be desired. They don't seem to have much pull with their providers. They give you all sorts of options to select a specific day and time of day, but then the providers don't come at those times. I also had a job sit there unclaimed for days after it was supposed to be done and the customer service was no help at all.

Poor management and execution. Tried this app for a second time and was quickly reminded why I uninstalled. Constant job reassignment or cancelation due to "provider issues". They recharge you every time the job is reassigned. They do refund the previous charge, but it takes longer to get it back than it does for the new charge. Mind you there's no notice when they do this, so keep enough money in that account for multiple recharges. Better and cheaper talking to local providers directly.

Problems with the App itself, and they exist, are ameliorated by the personal customer service offered by Plowz&Mowz rep., Billy. His earnest efforts by phone solved both my access issues as well as a billing concern. Thanks, Billy! The quality of the landscaping? Five stars!

Terrible service. Tried 3 times to get a company booked to cut my grass. First time in 2019, company came, didn't do that great and ripped my gate from its hinges. They denied it, of course, then Plowz and Mowz wouldn't do anything about it. Summer 2020, got assigned a company to come, they no showed for an entire week, service never completed. This past weekend, tried one more time, 3rd times the charm, right? Nope! Another no show. Canceled request and uninstalled the app.

Service is only as good as the random and untested providers they hook you up with. Realize you're paying an exorbitant amount of money just gambling on your results. Reccomend you use Yelp to find the best provider for you.
