Bugged Out On one page alone I counted 5 different buttons that wouldn't work. Avoid Pleo and Soldo (which somehow manages to be even worse) and get a Tide account with staff cards. Patronising support team is the icing on the cake.

Edit: It seems as though they have updated the app and it's working alot better. It still occasionally won't upload a photo for no reason but it is alot better. Thank you! I'll change my rating to 4 stars. The android app is terrible. It is unbelievably slow and laggy. It probably takes me 5 minutes to upload a reciept and the details, and that is if I don't give up half way through. The app works great on iOS but it seems like they have neglected android unfortunately. I can't recommend it.

In so many ways, this app could be perfect - but the developer who decided you can't upload PDFs as receipts decided it was not to be. Why go for great when you can settle for mediocre? And the workaround they came up with - sharing a file from another app - is hit and miss at best. I haven't been able to use the app for a good while now, as my receipts are in PDF form normally. Edit: the "share to" is the bad workaround, which half the time doesn't even show up.

Monthly fee getting too high even wheen not using the card (compared to before) so we had to delete multiple cards. The UI/UX is basic and some features are poorly made. Ex: when adding a payment with my own money, I can only upload an image even though my invoice is a PDF (which is supported on the web). It means I have to take a screenshot of a PDF... Can't even add cards to Google Pay. It's only because our company has decided to use this that I have it. We were beeter suited with Spendesk

I used the app and the card working as a Sales Representative for Graduateland. It is really convenient and easy to use. Spending much less time on reporting my expenses and much happier that I don't need to pay with my private money. Also gave me a sense of trust to be able to have a company card for the first time!

Before when uploading a screen shot on my phone it was a simple step of tapping the add button and it would take me to the screenshots section of my gallery and i select my screenshot and done. Now i have to select the app from where i am uploading from, then find screenshot folder, select screenshot and then upload. Doing that for alot of receipts gets annoying. Can we go back to the way it was or allow us to choose a default location to upload from.

- monthly price keeps increasing: free -> 4 -> 6 -> 7.20 -> 7.50 - they keep charging me VAT, even though I provided VAT registration details - despite their claims, does not export to FreeAgent correctly AND - 'Cancel subscription' link on the website does nothing - 'Chat' link on the website does nothing
