    Good challenge app, once you start the first exercise, all the others follow without you haven't to interact, and you can play your own music in the background, the voice speaks over it. Highly recommended for those beginning or returning to core exercises after not working out for a while.

    Initial thoughts: • The first workout was achievable. Other apps started with longer holds than I can do (this is why I need to work on my plank!). •The text-to-voice is not my favorite but it's not a deal-breaker, and the app has an option to silence it. • There was no fluff and the ads were unintrusive so the workout was efficient. • The interface makes it easy to visually assess where you are in the workout. I'll keep using this app and update this review if my opinion changes.

    I'm on the 'Intermediary' and although it gradually gets tougher it does it at the right pace for me. If you feel it may be getting a bit harder at times just repeat or restart from a previous day or days. Everyone is different so no one should ever think the sequence of exercises or exercise days is set in stone...just go at your own comfortable pace if it gets a little too hard at times.

    I really like this app. It's simple to use and the workouts are short and sweet, gradually building up as your strength does. (But you also have the option to choose your own adventure in terms of fitness level and time.) There are ads to keep it "free" but you don't get inundated with them while you're trying to work out. They seem to pop up after you've completed a set or are scrolling through the workouts. As much as I hate ads, these are not terrible. Overall great app!

    The voice is a bit robotic but other than that this is simple, effective, and free! You get ads because this is free but they generally float at the top and don't get in the way.

    Five days in and this is a WAY better workout experience than I could have ever imagined from any app. Because I am apparently a masochist, I put it on advanced and by the end of the 9-minute (ish) workout I am pouring sweat. The app has everything... Countdowns, rest times, visuals, tips, videos, schedules, etc...literally everything you could want. The 1 ad per workout is only a few seconds long, but I'm getting the ad-free version just to support the devs. Seriously, my favorite app ever!

    Love it. Not too much, hits the core muscles that I wanted to do and so easy to use! Not a fan of these fitness apps until now. Can feel it working already. Exercises explain why ur doing them, and u can add time for more rest or more exercise. Best thing is, it's free lol. Love it!!!!
