Very easy to use, doesnt take long and can easily slip it in to the day, usually last thing at night after the kids are gone to bed. Only a short enough workout to not get me buzzed up before bedtime but enough to get something out of the workout. Really enjoying this app, especially the reaults after a coyple of weeks in and even with missi g a few days

Very nice app to work your abs. Just two issues: 1) there comes a point about half way in the month where the times are just too much. Too challenging. But we can edit the day's programme with a different exercise if we want. 2) the reminder just won't work consistently. My phone does allow this app's notifications and yet the reminder will only pop up once in a while. I'm glad I'm far enough that I mostly remember to do it (or remember that I forgot!)

I really like this app. The plank exercises are diverse and for different groups of muscles. For me, as someone who is not much into sports, this was a great find. I also like the countdowns that don't let me rest too much when I'm doing my planks and the encouragement to stick to a daily routine. It also has Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced workout plans. I chose the Beginner one and it turned out too easy. But it's fine cause I just do workouts for several days at a time.

Exactly what I've been looking for! Guided workouts, with HIIT. Beginner, Intermediate, and hard options. The plank challenge keeps you motivated. I've been logging in for my plank challenge each day and following it up with the HIITs workout. Excellent explanations and animation for each exercise, so you can easily follow along. I'm so happy I found this app!!

I appreciate that the workout is varied so you don't get bored, and that you can view a video of how to do an exercise correctly. I also like that they tell you how to modify an exercise if you need to - except for the Cobra pose at the end. If you have lower back issues, I would do that on your elbows, and press back into Child's pose when you're done. Great app!

Just what I was looking for. Perfect app and very simple to use.. I just follow the moves and don't have to keep track of the time, which used to be a hassle for me. It also features daily workout reminders. Other than planks, HIIT and Stretching workouts are also available in the library. I particularly liked the sequence of HIIT workouts as they are challenging enough but don't get too overwhelming. There are, however, lot of ads in the app, but I don't really mind.

Good app. I wish music could be played through it. I agree with others, the countdown can be kind of annoying. I don't need to hear my progress every 10 seconds - it would be nice to be able to customize it or just turn it off except for the last 10 seconds. I just completed the beginner level 30 day challenge, and the difficulty increased exponentially. I think it would have been better if it was more linear and the last few workouts weren't so hard. Now to the intermediate level and too easy.

I liked this app. It provides simple exercises with good explanation and timings. It has a reminder and has three levels begginer, intermediate and advanced. I am enjoying using this app. Thanks for making it simple and user friendly.

In general a well working App. I do not like the heavy increasing difficulties through extreme time addition in the skills...not real- life realistic for beginners or intermediate fitness people!! From day 1- 20 it might be all manageable for a start...later it just gets to fast to long... ๐Ÿ˜‘ Orherwise an exellent way to approach your strength-goals in an comfortable and safe way. ๐Ÿ™

It's a good workout app, builds you up gently and gives you proper rest days. It also lets you go back and repeat a day if you need to, or skip if you want. Options to try other workouts are available through a short ad video which I also found to be a nice bonus, instead of having to download another app.
