    apk Wow. That got intense so fast. From thinking meh, this is to easy to gosh I can't feel my arms and dreading what they will put you through tomorrow, and thats only beginners level. I love it! One impressive feature is being able to sync with your account , so even when I had to change phones I never lost my progress. Sadly though there's no synchronisation between the android and Apple app, so anything I did on my iPhone was lost. Oh well still a great workout, definitely getting stronger

    Simple and easy to follow. I love the encouragement and erbal instructions ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After havimg completed the course and repeated several days I am so impressed with the results.     Have been using for more than a year now, and have built a habit of doing planks almost every day, now I can hold a plank for 3:40! Works well for its simplicity, and the voice language is fun to play with. Have yet to complete the advanced training plan but hopefully I will complete it one day...

    You actually feel the burn while using this app. so far I have been using this app for about a week now and I am loving it. I'm not going to lie the workouts are kind of tough. I started using the beginner training plan. But is worth it. no pain no gain. I can see some results so far. The results on that major right now, but I can tell that planking on a daily basis really works.

    I would consider myself a fairly fit person. I've been lifting for 7 years or so, do mountain biking etc. But the progression expected of the user in this app is very essence, I've been unable to progress past a certain point in beginner and intermediate mode. I usually don't write reviews but considering I've paid for premium I thought it was worth a mention. Probably also worth noting the large amount of poorly written, paid (positive) reviews this app has.

    This is a great app overall, I'm doing this in September as my goal. I do not like the new update at all though. The female animations were better for me and I wish they would take off the newest update I don't like it at all :(. Other than that, it's great.

    Day 1-20 was pretty good, had me sweating like crazy an feeling good. Day 20-30 had rediculouse increases in time of minutes added to positions. Around 60 days in, not very impressed with my results for how much planking I've had to do.

    So far so good. I like it. Only running through the beginner stuff and on day 4 but I like it. Diagram of what to do is clear and if you need more instruction you can pause the exercise to see details on how to do the position. Don't get that on other apps I've tried. As standard it uses the Google speech engine, which is not great, but you can download others if needs be. I may do that eventually

    I really enjoyed this app alongside the 30 day splits one. The training is easy enough to become consistent with and effective and challenging enough to see the results. I didn't even notice I was getting stronger and was surprised that eventually could reach the 40s mark. I noticed rest days weren't the same for the different training groups/apps. It would be convenient if it was.

    I've worked my way up to the advanced plank, and I'm loving this app. I have fine from struggling to hold a plank for 30 secunda to bring able to do a three minute plank so far. The advanced level is proving a big challenge though. My only criticism would be that the 10 second gap from cobra to standing bicep stretch is not long enough for me to get up off the floor and walk to the wall and position myself - maybe 15 seconds would be better

    I started beginner plank workout to improve my posture while stitting at a computer all day. I was surprised after just two weeks what a noticable difference I felt on my core and arms. I think form is really important and the app can only do so much. If you have poor form, find someone who can help you fix it, or do the planks in front of a mirror. The app reminders are helpful.

    Great fitness App! To do extra workouts you have to watch an ad but it's only 10 seconds and I just ignore it and it works great for me the workouts are really nice and kind of customized, you can skip any move that's too hard or too easy for you and you can like or dislike the stretches and exercises which I really like.

    I've only just discovered these exercise apps and they are fantastic for keeping me motivated. A bit like having a personal trainer. I love that the routines are varied and gradually progress in difficulty. It makes me feel like I'm actually making progress rather than repeating the same old exercises day after day.

    My only issue with this app is it keeps showing you the next workout after you're done with the previous one despite it encouraging you to redo the workouts you find too hard. Even when you go check out other workouts, as soon as you exit them it shows you the next day's workout you're supposed to be doing.

I'm on my way to get my sexy back 🤗🙏❤. This app started me out with the right amount, some were a little difficult but I did my best and kept up. Only the planks I had to get on my knees 😓 but it'll get better 🙏

    I love this app. It has everything I need and want. I love how anyone can do these workouts. It takes small amounts of time, but you definitely feel it. You can do additional workouts, repeat workouts, etc. And I love how it keeps track of your history. That part I love, because it definitely let's me know how much I've missed. Lol. It motivates me not to. Anyway definitely download this app. It's great. Also I have a bad back and doing the back stretching helps alot. Not so sore after a workout

    On the whole, this is an effective app for increasing tone of your core. I chose to go intermediate level, with a best plank time of around 1min before I started off. The first 5 or 6 days were easy, and then became progressively harder. If I felt the day was a struggle, I would repeat it the following day until I moved on. After 27 workouts, I reached workout 24 which was a huge jump up from 23. I've tried it 3 times now! But I'm upto 2min30 plank and much more tone to my abs, works for me!

    Clean, simple, easy to use, a little countdown to keep you going. It does get quite hard half-way through, so I uninstalled and just started again ;-) Will hopefully do better this time.

    Very good app for those who are not able to excercise regularly and find reason to skip. its a 30 day already planned app and three levels are there ...beginer...intermediate and advanced. for me its good... i loved it...timer is there ...voice assistant is there ....kudos to developers suggestions - if possible explain the benefit of each excercise and muscles involves in it ...and also if possible explain correct posture ....and whom should avoid doing it...

    It's a very clean looking app, that works well. However, the beginner course gets WAY too hard, much too fast. By day four I was shocked by how long I was expected to do. I can lower the times for each move, but not being able to do the Beginner course is pretty demoralizing.

    I think it's a very good app not only plank workouts but you can do fat burner training and loosening things like your back and knees also it's not time consuming most time you will spend doing interval plank workouts is around 5 minutes so you have no excuses

    The recent reviews on Playstore seem to be fake or paid. It is highly doubtful that the same fitness group apps have so many positive ratings on the same consecutive days. Also, no one talks about them losing out on their belly fat or anything which is super weird when you're giving 5 stars and not talking about it at all.

    Good app. I'm doing the beginner program after a long holiday from exercise and think it would be useful to provide modifications (e.g. dropping to knees) so that real beginner-beginners who may not know how to modify their own exercises can do so (better to do lower intensity and maintain form than accidentally do themselves a mischief!)
