It's definitely a pretty game, but unfortunately full of glitches and bugs. It keeps freezing up on me, or throwing me off the level I'm on, into a room with hexagonal patterned walls on all sides by myself and the only option is to suit the game and restart it, losing whatever progress you had made. It happened 3 times to me in a matter of 10 minutes after hazing only been able to play the game for 15 minutes at that. To top it off, your in game "guide" is an over sexualized "soldier" girl

I was on level 11 when the most recent upgrade was done. The upgrade changed the whole layout of my area. Game slowed down to a crawl. Can't upgrade anything now. Just takes resources for upgrade of building. Was a great game before upgrades. Now I'm uninstalling the game.

I like the game but there are many glitches, like when events start bosses don't spawn for days after it starts. The resources needed at higher lvls are ridiculous. The game has huge potential and I would give it 5 stars if the developers would just take the time to fix the issues.

Customer Service is non existent to mediocre at best! You have to figure things out for yourself because there is No guidance! Thank God for the Chat Feed because players will be the biggest help.

Good so far let's keep it at a survival game and not let other players attack you when you are not online to play I like the game and it would be a shame to have to delete it and write a bad review for that reason.

After start up narration is over, game went dark on me. You could hear the music, but no picture/interaction is able to be done.

I played alot on server 11..then it updated, sooo many issues that it became unplayable.. bookmarks, power/stamina icons,base placement, adv.city port fails,no lvl.2 or lvl.3 pillagers on entire server, constant freezing, Android chat box is way to tiny to see at bottom, and the list goes on..your update is a hot mess..I abandoned hundreds of hours of building my base and reinstalled on server 12 with old version that works well..no $ on packs this time..you got me once, never again

At firts as it begins loading it took to long & it say that there were problems with the server on & off. later as I play the puzzle stages the screen is totally black,there's this green circles appearing on & on & a flame shooting at nothing,a clock timing something don't know what cause there's nothing on screen & I dont what to do.

Used to love the game. Unlinking accounts is too easy however. Did it in the past and was relinked via Play receipts. Had it happen again and they say that my same receipts do not link to that account? Glad that a *very* high paid user gets shafted when I have proof of everything I've spent.
