Issues with the Pixel Buds 2 straight out of the box. Going to be replaced. Will the replacements work? Probably not. There are a litany of issues with this hardware going back a year and the fact that Google have never recalled and/or refactored them is an absolute disgrace. My next round of hardware is going to be Apple-everything because Google hardware/software can just no longer be trusted to actually work. I'm starting to wonder if something isn't very, very wrong behind closed doors...

This app provides easy access to my Google Pixel Buds 2 features. It is very easy to use. I like how the app provides access to the new capabilities that were added during the first feature drop. Now my Google Pixel Buds sound even better then when I first got them. I'm looking forward to future improvements with the next feature drop. I'm still liking my buds.

The app is great the problem are the pixel buds. My pixel buds case is discharging fast and I don't know why, only lasting me a few hours from 100%-19% whit out me using them. I tried leaving the pixel buds outside the charging case to see if it was the buds that were causing the problem but when I went back to check the case battery level it went down a huge amount. So there seems to be something wrong whit the charging case. It can be a hardware problem or simply a software one.

I've have a pair off expensive Airpods Pro and another pair of the OG Airpods. The Pixel Buds in my opinion have less connectivity issues than both of those. Mostly use for podcast and calls connected to my Pixel 5. No nose reduction, but also less costly. I own another pair of the Amazon Alexa ear buds. The Pixel Buds are leaps and bounds better in every way. I bought the Orange ones, which are less conspicuous than white or black.:: All updates applied ::

I love the ear buds, but unfortunately I am in a segment that gets updates to the app like 10 days after they are released, so I get the news that there are improvements, only to have to check everyday to see if I can update my app. I contacted Google about it, and they said that I just have to wait and live with the issues until the update rolls out to my account. I'm really tired of having to deal with bugs that there are fixes for simply because I am put in a slow segment.

Google apps won't update on a pixel and they can't fix the problem so you get 1 star until you do. BTW my iphone doesn't have this problem - ever. Edit: the solution provided does not fix my problem and I have already done those troubleshooting steps.

Unbelievable constant connectivity issues. I never encountered this many connectivity issues with any other wireless ear device, even a $20, 5 years old one. Very disappointed given I really like the pixel products.

My 4 year old skullcandy BT headphones never drop, I can walk the entirety of my house with no connection issues. These "premium" buds, you ask? I turn my head to check for traffic crossing the street and they cut out. I have my phone sitting on a treadmill ledge about 3 feet from my head with line of sight to both earbuds.... Can't stay connected. I am on my 3rd pair - I'm a glutton for punishment. I hope I'm refunded.

For the price, Pixel Bud's connection issues are shameful really. Can only hope as this is updated the experience gets better. Tired of hearing things only through one ear, out of sync or just not at all.

Really wish they were better. Connectivity issues constantly. Have had to completely reset them 3 times and connectivity issues persist. Hope the next ones are better. Wish there weren't a disappointment. Had so much potential
