Support is fine. Helped in resetting 2FA. The bots itself are a scam. In particular the infinity bots. The only winner is Pionex cashing in on trading fees on every trade the bots execute. Thus it happens, that if after 6 months of running an infinity bot and the price returns to the entry price, the bot shows a loss. That is not the idea of a grid bot. (Unbelievable that there are even Pionex ambassadors, who promote these bots without doing serious research and testing). Stay away from it.

Nice app if you know how to use it! Reliable crypto transfers in and out! Wish that they will have their own token and an airdrop incoming for users will all the fees they are collecting! Truly a life saver, for somebody who can't always trade, just set up and forget and hope that another market crash won't happen! Thank you Pionex! Watch out for this "licensed exchange" that doesn't allow you to delete your account. Also, you're constantly starting and stopping bots because there's no way to add more funds once you start a bot, or if you want to adjust peramitures. As well as no option to download trade information.

My only complaint is not having a secure log in every time I open the app. All my other apps involving my money have a log in for each time opening the app. That extra security would be a nice peace of mind.

I used Binance for a while as my main platform for trading, now I'm hooked on Piorex and it replaced Binance for a few reasons: Bots and profit/loss statistics tracking. The only downside is that you can't deposit directly to Piorex so I use Binance to transfer funds. Eventually I will move my entire portfolio from Binance to Piorex.

You can't Release Profits unless ur Bot running losse, it's cheating. CC totally useless, i emailed them this issue too many times but till now no response.

Definitely the best trading platform I've used so far. Very low trading fees, tons of coins to invest in, countless bots to create in different scenarios, and excellent tracking of profits. That being said, there is a lot of unrestricted freedom with what you can do. Do your research beforehand. They have manuals available for every type of bot explaining what each parameter means and how you can take advantage of your options. Don't blindly go into this and expect immediate profit.

I'm reading the bad reviews and it's highly comical that people give bad reviews because they have no clue what they are doing. All the information is in the app and on their blog. Doing some simple research before spending money sounds logical to me. Maybe if you can't figure it out, it's a sign you shouldn't be trying to trade crypto. The app is great and does everything it says it does.
