    You can't see how many hours you've worked in a pay period. You have to manually add all of the hours yourself. Sometimes there is a card on the main page that tells you how many hours you've worked, but it doesn't update with the time so you can't know if it's accurate. If you close this card, there's no way to get it back until it randomly decides to. Whoever took this info away from the Earnings page should be fired immediately. There is absolutely no excuse for such awful design.

    Everything seemed to work perfectly when signed up for a free trial, elected to purchase a plan and now nothing is working properly. Customer service was pretty much useless - telling someone that their entire employee roster should uninstall and reinstall an app that they only just installed is foolish and an extremely inefficient use of time.

    Very cool tool just to have your schedule on an app on your phone as well as follow employee's and their schedule makes it easy to see who is and isnt working also if need time off to be able to see who you might be able to work something out to cover the shift so manager doesnt have to stress about who is gonna be there or who can cover just all around handy app

    Homebase is TERRIBLE! The app says I am not authorized to update my own mailing address. I have corresponded through email with their "tech support" 13x. The tech support person gave me a customer support phone number that plays an automated message that tells me to email their tech support. This company is a JOKE!

    Whenever I open the app I'm logged out and I have to force close the app and reopen for it to work. the Calander sync never works. I don't know if I have a message until I open the app bcus I'm always logged out, so I often miss messages from coworkers. When I talk to my coworkers they notice the same issues as well as friends who also use homebase for their jobs Update: this app still is the most busted app on my phone.

    Just downloaded the app. Forced me to verify by phone rather than email. Even though it gave me the option to verify by email. Data mining at its finest. It also has a poor layout in my opinion.

    The app completely lost my profile and I can't clock in leaving me to utilize the old system. App won't allow me in, contacted homebase through email and they were just as lost as their app. Zero stars if I could. If remedied, I'll give it an update. *I'm pessimistic about that*
