I have liked this app from the beginning, but not so much anymore. Our garbage pick up day has been changed from Thursday to Tuesday. I have changed my address so many times thinking it would reset so I could get my notices when I should get them, but again no such luck. Can you possibly change my garbage pick up day from Thursday to Tuesday. Thanks

Update: Reinstalled the app and am giving it another shot. It appears the ability to report city/bylaw issues is back. -----‐---------- This used to be a great app. For some stupid reason, the latest update has removed the ability to report municipal issues like graffiti or property standards from within the app. Also, it used to have the functionality to report parking exemptions and now that's gone too. This has made the app completely useless to me in the city of Waterloo. Will be deleting it.

Good while in one place. Support link does not work. Showed friends how well the app works when visiting them. Now I keep on getting notifications from their municipality. I can't figure out how to stop it and the support link in the app does not work. Am considering uninstalling the app. Update: email to app developer comes back undeliverable. Review downgraded to 1 star. If this was not the app used by my municipality to request parking permits I would uninstall it.

I'm very glad to have this app and think it's great the city is using it. When typing in issues, the keyboard covers the text boxes when they are at the bottom of the form which is awkward. Sometimes when submitting form the app hangs.

The idea of this app is great. Implementation is not that good. If I registered at the beginning with my name and address why I need to provide the same information every time I report the problem? Need ability to add more than one picture

Slow to launch. Web pages full of links (news,have your say) scroll back to the top when you go back. Garbage and recycling link is a dead link into the app store. Only value is ability to report snow issues.

This app is the worst!!! You can't see what you're typing in the required notes field and there is no way to hide a keyboard when you're in the app. I tried three times to upload a picture but it wouldn't let me....it barely works.

Been using the app since 2013, always been handy and worked well. Unfortunately, since the launch of android 11... the app has become buggy, last update was August of 2019.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Unresponsive and slow on multiple devices. Half the time the buttons bring up something else entirely. Wish my town didn't use this terrible app for transit
