Overall the app is alright. The UI is simplistic. Teachers are awesome. But there are a few problems which need to be fixed. 1. There is a glitch which makes the video's audio play twice when reopening the app with paused lectures. 2. A space management option should be added. 3. The chat should be monitored by some personnel for the best use of it. Because of spammers, teachers tend to ignore reading the chats, which makes it difficult to communicate at times of audio problem.

Very Nice App. I just love it. All the teachers are very hardworking and are throughout with their subject's concept (and they are unbelievably funny) which makes you learn and study with enthusiasm. Sometimes you may come across glitches or errors but the technicians do it right. In conclusion, you can go for this app because you get lowest cost batches and test series (sometimes free too) which is enough for your preparation.

Feedback: whenever i download a lecture or pdf, if there's no internet then i cannot access it, which for me is really inconvenient. It would be really helpful for all the students if the PW team would add a feature in which we students can access the app and view the downloaded lectures without internet. I'm noticed that the OTP isn't coming to my phone. Edit: i found out that for some reason the OTP is coming to my old phone and not the recent phone. I wonder whether if its a bug?

The management system is not paying attention to old batch students. As the batch's endline comes near, they start to ignore the students and not solving their issues, I've been suffering from the buffering of videos since the last few weeks and requested them to fix it at least a dozen times but they did not respond to my problem. They don't even understand that almost a week is left for jee advanced and if someone is on their last revision lap and facing such a problem then they should fix it immediately.

Best Ever Teaching app.👍 App interface, video n sound quality, teachers behavior all are just Superb. We got daily classes, & DPP ( questions related to class )after every class n yes, DPP video solution also. The best part is that there are multiple teachers in the same subject. We can send our doubts to teachers, and they reply as soon as they can. So many things in such a low cost. Thanku team PW.

App interface become superb. App start with very good animation . Animation become smoother transition are also good . But Web site interface and experience is not so satisfying and its become a problem for Students who attend class in pc or laptop. Now also website become so smooth. My one opinion for PWwebsite is to give us a download option so that we can download the videos from websites in pc . Thnx for reading my comment. Thnx for PW team.

I am satisfied with the app/website interface. Just one thing I would suggest is that please consider to remove the option of commenting on a video lecture (especially of paid batches). The reason being its more of a spammers' section than lecture reviewers. This more or less distracts a student from the content... Distraction-free interface is where the uniqueness of this app lies! Also, tbh..the content provided by such amazing teachers can't let me go for any other institute other than PW 😇
