Very easy to use this app! Easy to upload and edit pictures. Loved the fact that you could change the background for different pages and the style of calendar itself. I would like to see a feature where you can write on your own important dates (a feature which exists on other similar apps!). My only negative though is that the discount code doesn't always work/register.

The experience of adding photos to an Album is very good. But that's where it ends. I cannot find Credits that I have paid for. I cannot start a Creation on my phone, and continue it on my tablet. The web version seems to have disappeared. Customer Service is at best painfully slow, and I have no resolution yet, so cannot comment on it effectiveness.

The most frustrating app I've ever used. I spent several hours creating a photobook, only for the app the get stuck at 97% of uploading the pictures. I tried again. Stuck at 97%. I leave until the morning. Same issue. I tried a further 6/7 times always with the same issue. I log onto my account on desktop to try from there. My creation isn't there. I use chat & speak to a lovely lady who told me that the app and the website don't sync with each other & the app is really glitchy. Waste of time.

This app has wasted hours of my time. Despite reviews and their website assuring the app works brilliantly to create photo books, it does not. I created a whole photobook which would not upload. I tried for 2 days. Customer service told me to wait and try again which I did and still did not work. I followed all the tips which were emailed to me to try and get it to work which resulted in the book being erased. Tried again recreating the book with the same thing happening again! Don't bother.

I spent hours creating a calendar only for it to not upload properly. I can't even see my calendar on the desktop version so it's a waste of time. Especially as the offer will expire today. It just freezes on 98% when you click to buy. The live chat basically told me to check my wifi, and then turn my phone off and back on again - which could lose my work. Also said I might be uploading too many photos - a photo app that can't handle 43 photos for a calendar? The live chat also suggest just remake it on the desktop version (as the app and the desktop aren't linked at the moment!). How do I know it won't happen again? I can't risk another two hours creating something that I was really happy with? Atrocious.

Appalling customer service: took twice the time to arrive despite paying the extra cost for fast delivery. As such it missed the birthday it was intended for. No response to my email. No refund for the delay. Not even a simple apology. Also paid significant for the item to be wrapped as a birthday present and all I got was an festive envelope included in the package... I could have bought that myself from my local supermarket! Will not use again. The product itself is ok, as expected, no more.

I spent ages creating a calendar & lost it all when I added I to the basket. Had to create the whole thing again. Luckily it had saved my photos to a folder so I didn't have to upload them all again. I also only used the app over the website as you could get 10% off, applied the offer to my order but it didn't take any money off my total at all. I didn't like that you couldn't select & upload multiple photos at once.

Don't risk it! This app is easy to use, only one problem...you can't actually buy your 'creation' after spending hours making it. There are loads of issues with this app and when you speak with customer services, they tell you to re-design what you've already spent hours on 'designing' using the web version. Obviously lots of known issues, yet Photobox continues to drive people to use the app in favour of the website. 6/12: App finally allowed me to order calendar, but it arrived blank.

It doesn't work. Like many others who've posted reviews. I spent 2 hours making an album. Then tried multiple times to up load it, it would say its uploaded, and then when I went to the basket, it hadn't worked. Really frustrating and a waste of time. I spoke with the photobox support and thier advice didn't help fix the app issues.

Awful experience. I created a calendar which is quite tricky on a small phone screen. At first it wouldnt upload to my basket to order but eventually it did so I ordered it. When the calendars arrived every page was blank except the front cover even though on the app every page had a picture on it. I was then unable to resolve this issue or reorder the proper version of the calendar due to issues with the app. Ended up having a refund. My advice, dont use the app.
