    This is the worst online payment app ever😠.This was quite good earlier but now a days it is becoming worst gradually .If you try to open phonepe when you are in logged in situation the app tell you to log in again and after writting phone number it will show,"Unable to proceed!" And you cannot make payment through this app .So it is useless now .So I will advise all not to install this app at all . The app is now only covers the storage of your phone without any use .I have a lot of grivence .

    download Please don't install this app. No option to unlink your bank account directly. First you'll raise a ticket to speak to their contact support and when you wait for hours then they'll try to convince you to not delete it. I don't want to use this app anymore but before I go i want to take my bank data from PhonePe which it doesn't let me do.

I have only one complaint to you that in the name of reward what you are giving is useless. 99% people never avail these rewards, just gets expired. Its my request that please don't offer anything. It's like getting fooled. Without such rewards we are happy with this application. Thank you.

    When trying to make a payment, the app has a pattern or fingerprint unlock. The pattern unlock previously was instant. Draw a correct pattern and it unlocks. Now, when we draw a pattern, the screen pauses, with the pattern visible on the screen, and the app waits for user to press Continue. This is BAD. Adds no value, wastes time and is a security risk. Unlock pattern is easily revealed to anyone paying attention to the screen. Is this a phone issue or an app issue? It's driving me away.

    The scanner is not working when I updated the app. I thought the next update will resolve the issue, but I have updated couple of times, but the scanner os still not working. Its very difficult while making payments. Only payment through contact number is working but not the through scan....I don't know what exactly is the problem.

    Finger print lock, phonePe app automatically closed. Bug in this application. When I visited on Google play store trying open.. take 2 to 3 times then I can use properly.. finger print take time and application automatically shutdown.please fix this bug After many try .. now open application but again one more bugs .     The app was updated 2 days ago and after the latest update it's crashing each time I open it. I have clear app data and cache each time I want to use it, hope the problem is fixed soon or I will have to migrate to other apps. Edit: the issue still persists, you can't expect me to clear cache and data each time I want to use the app.

    I can say with confidence that this is the best UPI app with a smooth and easy to understand UI/UX, swift and reliable service, and easy registration. I think the app is quite safe as well. My only suggestion is that Phonepe should give more cash related rewards like Google Pay does. It will make it more tempting to use this app.

    Everything is good except that the buttons shift when their is a banner on top. Why can't you put a placeholder for the image. It is frustrating when you are going to click on something and suddenly that moves down. UX guys at PhonePe should be ashamed of this.

    I had a worst experience.i lost my 850 rupees by this app. I have tried to make a payment of took too much time,i closed the app to cancel. Then I've done payment through another app. when I've checked my balance, payment done by both app. Then i contact merchant.after checking his statement,i came to know that payment from phonepe not reached his account. Till date the amount did not returned.don't trust this app. There is no ' rise a dispute ' option. They have no responsibility.

    Very disappointed to see that the UX has been slowly deteriorating. The UI is overwhelming and even basic tasks like transferring money has become overly complicated. Moreover, I can't find the option to link Airtel Payments Bank, Jio Money, and Freecharge accounts anymore, which was the USP of this app. Hope it improves in the future.

    One of the worst app for customer support. My wallet money got stuck and I was unable to take it out. Phone Pe closed my wallet without returning my money. Then there is no way to contact them. They ask for ticket and other numbers which can't be generated. Absolutely painful experience. Edit: the developer's comment is just proving my point. I already said my PhonePe account is closed without reimbursing my balance. How can I raise a ticket when My account is closed!

    Scanner is not working properly. It takes minutes to scan. Sometimes it won't scan at all. P.S for phone pe team: Don't ask me to send screen shot. Cannot capture this whole process under one screenshot. For some same reviews you've asked to send screenshot which very abrupt. Resolve the issue or you'll loose many users. 1 is for sure if not resolved.

    If you add to send and receive money option in phone pe to other upi apps like Paytm, google pay and so. It very helpfull for us to use. Now a days, we need to maintain dual or multiple upi apps with phone pe like gpay, Paytm and so. If, we visit to some shops there is no phone pe merchandise but other upi apps available so we need to pay cash and some times cash not available in our wallet we need to go ATM for cash withdrawal. I saw Paytm advertising they added scan option to another upi apps.

    The app is good, but im concerned with an issue with the login session. The app must be having a pin for logging in instead of Screen lock or Fingerprint. The screen lock is same as that of the whole device and the fingerprint could be easily made accessible while one is in deep sleep. For high security, the admin should come with a high security pin, which could be only accessible by the real owner like that of Yono app of SBi. Hope this concern would be resolved soon

I feel it is a big joke because I purchased gold from the app and next moment my login is not working . Here my amount is struck . When I called up support they say it takes 5 days .     It's a great app and I use it for most of my payments. Although searching for specific transaction in payment history is still difficult. App allows to mention transaction details during a payment, but those details are not visible after payme t is done. Neither can those be changed there after. Also for few transactions requested from other sites or apps app does not allow to mention details. Can this be changed? Rest is great

    They are just making false promise cashback promises to users so that their hard earned money got trapped in phonepe wallet. Very Very Slow and inefficient customer support as compared to Amazon. There is no clear link to terms and conditions so that user can read. Neither clicking on banner nor clicking on the '?' mark near the offer applied takes you to actual terms and conditions page. How is someone supposed to read terms and if you don't provide a clear link for it?

    Everything was really good with it. But nowadays, things are so much wors, that it seems threat to use phonepe. Most of the transactions fail due to server issues. And gold section is more worse. The selling price never increases.

    Bad service and app. Phonepe has no customer support. It took more than 3 days to reply issues and they ignored some complaints too. Also app has otp based login it is very difficult if you are in an out of coverage area with wifi(paytm works even if you dont have same sim). So i have shifted to Paytm. It has no login no otp fast customer support.

    Extremely unsafe. This app doesn't even bother about customer's security despite being a fintech app. Any third party can send you notifications through this app and extort your money. Think twice before installing it or keeping it in your phone. Worse, they are aware of this problem but barely take any proper responsibility.

In it's new version of PhonePay App, when I make payment through my saved Debit Card it automatically read the OTP received on my regd number instead of fill the OTP Manually. This is shocking for me. Kindly tell me how can i change this setting and return to set OTP fill manually? This could be get me in heavy loss. Kindly take it seriously.

    All in all nice app...but if i have more than one phope pe account & i want to delete any phonepe account....,deleting phonepe account is a tough process & also very time taking process....i think deleting phone pe account should be easy process & also it should be done in minutes.     I will definitely recommend not to use this app when you are in emergency because they just got debited your money from account and after 2 working days the amount will be refunded to the account often happens this I have some medical emergency issue but the amount is credited but not debited Google pay is better more than 1000 times then phonepe Don't use this app

    Scanning QR code is absolutely nonsense in this app. Does not even wait till you place the camera in position to scan the QR code. Proceeds with whatever little image it received and does not even proceed to upi pin screen. Have been patient for long time with this nonsense. Gpay never fails in this regard. Had enough....     I'm using Samsung galaxy m31 mobile .When ever I open the app it is asking for pin or fingerprint and if we give the pin or fingerprint it is crashing and even if wait by not giving any pin or fingerprint then also it's crashing. I have tried clearing cache and even reinstalling the app but it worked for one instance and then the problem is repeating again. And it's frustrating as I encountered the problem while doing a payment at the merchant. Please fix this as soon as possible

    Phonepe is very useful and easy to use app. I'm using this app from more than 2 years never face any issues. But th rewards section is one of the worst part of this app, you will never get any senseable / useful rewards you will all get Rummy / MPL / Puma / lensecart etc. Kindly look Into this, it's better to stop this rewards section instead of giving such unusual rewards.

    All about is good in phonepe and i m using this app since three years and i haven't faced any issue regarding money transactions etc.... But earlier the bank details appeared directly but now the new few updates made difficult to check the balance. It's even better than paytm and you can trust on it. It's my warm regard to phonepe customer service to bring out a update in which we can directly view our bank balance.

    I am using this application since long.. You should give your customers cashback on their transactions.. Not cashback vouchers or coupons of games or shopping, bcoz they are unusable for most of the customers. That's the only reason I am thinking about quitting the app. Kindly give us cashback who use your app regularly for payments so that we can use that cash. We are unable to use those coupons. Hope you understand. And if this will continue to happens for long.. We have an other option PAYTM

    The worst app I have seen. Before I can transfer money from wallet to account. And also I could scan and pay in the shop from wallet.But now the service is stopped, and there is a huge amount in my wallet. Which is too much for recharge and bill pay. I can't withdraw it.

    First Time Installed PhonePe, There is a bug. Whenever I am trying To Go in My money option for payment section, it is bringing me to home option again and again. Please fix it soon. Edit - I deleted all the data in cache and log in one more time. Now the problem is solved. And • Adding One more star for quick reply.

    The rewards with coupon code is a big hoax. When we tried to apply, most of them report not applicable. Phone pe should stop these and respect time of customer. Pls don't give any such coupon and unnecessary notification. While this app is servicing is purpose, such filthy coupons are tarnishing the brand of phone pe. At least pls stop such nonsense to me.     Very bad experience of Phonepe. It debited my mobile phone Balance by INR 1.50/- at each attempt for 10 tries of registration, however msg not received nor my phonepe got activated, however lost mobile phone Balance. Even now a days losts of fraud happening through phonepe. My real rating to phonepe is '0'.

    I am using this app from last 6 months.. Earlier it was not charging extra amount on electricity bill via card.. But now it is asking for extra 20 rs.. This is the strategy, Phone pay was free earlier, once customer have spend some time and now we have habbit of this app, they are charging us the extra amount via credit card payment.. This is forcing me to uninstall this app..

    Very bad experience with phonepay while paying to merchant account, my account gets debited and the merchant does not receives the payment. How could the merchant give me service without money, transactions get pending very often. It is not suggested to use. Very disappointing, i have not received refund of my debited amount until now..

    It's worst application not response customer request .very bad experience with phonepe while paying to merchant account my account gets debited and the merchant does not receives the payment . How could the merchant give me service without money. Transaction failed often it is not suggested to use. Very dissapointing. I have not received refund of my debited amount until now..........

    I need to login 5 time, one with my finger print then enter the password and then face scanner and this continues more than twice. It's especially annoying when u r in queue. Worst is the reward, they are giving Ace and rummy Cupoun... Which is completely useless for me atleast other app give cash back and useful voucher.

    I will never recommend Phonepay app to anyone, they leak personal information to third party, personal contact numbers and payment details to third party which is not required I guess. They leak information how much and how many times I do the transactions daily and to whom. There is every possibilities that they can do fraud and can withdraw my money easily this app is not at trust worthy. So better give rewards as money not any products discount need bcz middle class and local vendors not have ability to use that some kind of coupons it like kidding with them. This was just launched at the right time where people where struggling with the Google Pay app which is a waste as we cannot send or receive money.     Pathetic. Shows device verification needed. I have tried multiple times to verify my device. Each time it sends a sms from my registered number and deducts the balance but gives an error message showing something went wrong. I have lost approx 20 rupees trying to verify my device again and again. I will have to uninstall this and use some other upi apps.

    This is a very bad application. No customer support. One of my transaction was sucessfull, but not updated in billers site. After 6 days my money refunded. But now I've to pay late fee for this situation. Why should I pay late fee for phonepe's fault? PhonePe customer care is not even responding. This is really bad. If they are not going to change the customer care service or upgrade the paymeny process then I am going to uninstall this app. Other people also uninstall this app.

    Nice and easy one to make payments, i like the notification it shows about the banking name which makes you comfortable that we are sending to the right person.. wasn't using it a year back that frequently but now am using a lot as compared to other UPI options. Can do better on the rewards program though..😀

    This app working all right but my screen is conjugate completely the password screen is compact the screen no number properly visible and no password can visible. When I set font size in extra small then it is visible but in extra small how can It is possible to view the screen only that problem suggest me to uninstall the services with phone pe. I logged out and trying to login again using the password which I used earlier but it's not working and also OTP is not auto filling from SMS even though all the permission are allowed. Tried Contacting the support but it always asks for last transaction details and not even connect to customer support.

    The payment option doesn't work properly. Even though there is money in phone pe account, payment is made via bank transfer. Option for payment doesn't appear. There is no sense in keeping the money in phone pe wallet. Paytm is better in this regard.

    While transferring the Amount, can we get an option to add decimal value. Currently when we add the amount gets converted into text which is incorrect. Take this as a suggestion and implement the feature once it's feasible. This is a required field.

    These days using phonepay makes u frustrated, In my experience I struggled alot in emergency situations payment failed and it'll credit back after 2 days. Comparing with phonepay(very slow,hang), Googlepay is fast. So who using phonepay please keep money handy all the time also use Googlepay as primary payment option.

    Other than wallet problem it's amazing ( worth 5 stars). If you are looking for a trouble free UPI app PhonePe is best. But please take my sincere advice and stay away from its wallet, investment options are quite decent and this app is a whole lot better than Google pay in my opinion.

Phonepe says they are only a platform and they are not involved in the fund flow. So they are not responsible for my loss of money

    Once I did the payment by scanning the barcode & money detected from my account but it did not receive to receiver, and the notification was like " Your payment is done but due to some reason the payment will take 2-3 days to complete & the money will refund you or will go to the receiver's account, I mean seriously, that Shopkeeper is not my MAMA to wait for the payment or if I will do the cash payment then what about my money that stuck in the phone pe, this was the worst experience 😣

    Lost payment of Rs.170 and no phone or call center support and you have to wait 30 days for any resolution. Imagine any big amount not credited to merchant account and it is debited from your account. Always trust credit card or cash and any online payment app in india having lot of challanges due to multiple server involved for transaction with poor internet connectivity and interface.

    I just casually opened phonepe app yesterday and discovered that my account is closed with no reason whatsoever. I had my effort earnings money over there and when it was the time to spare them at need I came across to know that my account is closed. They say that they are not able to log me in with no valid reason concerned.     Hey please help me out, i am not able to reach phonepe support. The thing is, i don't know if its a new update, but phonepe switch is missing and no swiggy,zomato, dominos or ola, uber is found anymore in the app. Hate this update if this is one.

    Phonepe I request you to add a split the bill system in your app. It is highly needed because when we go out with friends for eating or something else, always one guy pays the bill and all other friend divide the whole bill (whole amount) and later on all friends sends their respective share of bill to the person who has payed the whole bill.

    App is not working so told me that transaction has been failed but the money was debited from my account twice the same amount..I came to know it when the messages on my phone started. Hope you will take a look at it 🙂

    Can't check balance. During the time of checking screen show unable to fetch account. I delete all data and catches and uninstall the app then reinstalled , but the problem are same.

    Overall good experience.. smooth running but reward system is the worst you doesn't give even a single penny as reward you should change that and start giving cash as reward instead of vouchers.

    Best app for online transaction, but some time the amount is deducted and transaction are not successful, that time there is no direct customer care number or service is available, they have only virtual AI based ticket system. But this AI is not give sufficient satisfaction so i request to phone pay please solve this problem .

    i have paid an electicity bill of KSEB and still after 48hours, the transaction is still pending. When I paid another bill through paytm, the transaction is completed within a minute. Still my issue is not resolved and is still pending. I preffer paytm for payment of KSEB electricity bills.

    My problem is with the upi pin, when I need to transfer money from my account to another it needs upi pin and I don't know how it shows that dye to some techniqual issue the transaction can't be completed and asks me to wait for some time and I try again and again but same problem occurs, I know it's a very good app for transaction, etc... But please reply for my problem phonepe team, vande mataram keep it up

    Very good and useful. It would be better if we have an option to move/group home screen, as many of them are useless as of now. Also the its great that we are getting rewards, make it useful

    It's very convenient to use and I have a smile every time when I complete my transaction successfully. That green colour Mark is like wow.. 😄 And one thing that sometimes app seems to be stucked! So plz vanish this spot. Otherwise it is well & good obviously! 👍✨

    App is very good for Transactions but very poor at Rewards ,Rewards are totally fake . Either provide real reward or remove permenatly reward option from phonepe . Very useless rewards got on every transaction,like play Rummy,lenscart,coolwinks,lakme etc . So phonepe kindly change that fake reward option .

    It was very helpful to use phonepe gift card while recharging, bill I can't recharge my phone using this gift card balance..... Don't know why? ( It's validity is not over)
