I have been using this app for a year to have HIPPA compliant phone and video services. I like that it is HIPPA compliant and the video component works well. The phone app is very laggy and I often don't even know I have text messages. I often just have to go into the app to see if I have missed anything.

Have to use this for work and I wish I didn't. It drops calls all of the time, and I have had to reinstall it/force quit it multiple times just to get it to work effectively. Maybe it doesn't interface well with a Pixel 3a, but I would not recommend spending any money on this.

5 stars for their customer service. Decent opportunity for toll free #s, vanity numbers and music ring tones. They will beat any competitor pricing due to increasing business from their quality.

Horrible app & service, calls drop, or you cant make calls, just many many issues & they give you generic solutions which still never corrects the issues. I wish I never purchased this service for a year!! Fix your app, your desktop version, your dialer version or refund me my money! Im I am beyond frustrated!!!!

I cannot comment on the high end functions, but as a low-end user, this needs some work. This can interfere with your personal voicemail and some call settings. There should be a notification for idle time of ~15+ mins to log out. Closing it will keep it active without any warning. It is cheap, though. And that's why I don't give it 1 star. But general functionality could use some work still. It's such a hassle that I just uninstall it when I'm not using it- and that's a bad sign.

Every other day something is wrong. Their solution is to install and reinstall or deal with it until they create a fix. I am beyond frustrated with this app and feel tricked into paying for a year service of something that doesn't work. This app is frustrating stay away from this company. The voicemail system is non-functional most of the time and the other half of the time I can't call out from the app. This app SUCKS

This app needs big improvement. It's not so useful and has many bugs. The call logs never works. It always show me old data. When contacted support, all they do is recommending you to uninstall and reinstall. But still didn't work. I will look for other alternative when my contract ends (too bad that I just renewed for another year).

Spotty service, bad app. Even my regular calling is affected. I'm constantly seeing a notification from this app to hang up even when placing a call through my phone normally. Calls don't go through, service is spotty at best, people can't hear me, I can't hear them, voice mail takes forever to load and sometimes doesn't give me a notification that I have one for forever. FIX THIS APP!!!

This app is very unreliable and does not have a user friendly interface. I can not answer calls although I'm pressing the button. The phone does not ring at all at times. I'm switching platforms because it's too unstable to run a business. I've called customer service at least 3 times and told to reinstall the app, which I've done but the problems still exist. Very disappointing.
