Paid to have adds removed and now the game is all glitchy and certain parts don't work at all. Sucks. Wish I could get my money back. Edit: Sent the email as requested. Waiting on a response.

Awful game. Even on the lowest difficulty setting, I only win like once every 7 or more rounds. I'm extremely good at rummy so I know the algorithm is designed to make me lose to get me to use all my bonuses so I'll buy more. I've been playing the game for about 30 minutes and have only won like 3 times. Tell me why in other rummy games I win a lot but in this one I almost always lose... Immediate uninstall.

I uninstalled after like 30mins. Playing with 3 other computers makes it nearly impossible to get your sets complete before someone deals out. Playing with just one other player is less annoying but didnt seem to be an option. Not to mention ads between every game. I get ads keep in free, but after every hand is over? I'd rather play phase 10, and I'm not even keen on that one.

The new update is absolutely awful. The players turns are so fast, even on the lowest setting. There's no option to turn off their speech bubbles. You HAVE to wait the 5 seconds to not reshuffle your hand, which is annoying, as you were previously able to back out of it. The graphics have improved dramatically, it's more polished but I loved the retro feel of the old version better. The new "modern" look and feel is unnecessary, as this is an old game, I think an older look and feel suited better. Very disappointed, considering uninstalling as the fun has been 'updated' out of it.

1. intro is very annoying for someone who just wants to play the game. 2. Animations are extremely annoying. Phase 10 should be a quick simple game but with all the clicks you have to do between each round makes it really annoying! 3. Finally, the AI contestants are rude. I can get a real person being rude from time to time but do we have to make AI rude too? I couldn't even finish a full game. I got too annoyed with it. uninstalling.

Easy mode is far from Easy!!! I love this game, I play it all the time with friends in real life. I even win....but on here it's impossible. So i set the opponents to easy thinking that might help....but it doesn't! out of the 20+ ish times I've played on here I've only ever one once maybe twice. I don't expect to win every time but damn through a dog a bone.

This app used to be so much better, I used it to play against my friends. Now they have removed the option to play irl friends, you play only against computers! The, 'sleek new look' is just a way to get you to pay for stuff like coins to unlock new card backs and pets! Yes pets, why do I need a pet for phase 10? I don't, no one does. This app has turned into a money grab with micro transactions.

The game characters almost always get multiple skip cards in a row. If you try to use a power up good luck getting it. I will click to use a power up and get "charged" for it but it never is dealt to me. Sometimes the opportunity to get a wild card by watching an ad appears, good luck getting that too. I've pressed the button multiple times but it won't work.

Even on easy this game is nearly impossible to win a match. Games can end without even playing a card. You can only play two sets, runs, or same colors, unlike the real game. It's too easy to forget to hit the confirm button when laying down a phase, thereby putting you behind. Too many things need fixing to make this an enjoyable, and winnable, game.

Starting a new game with new players is always a pain. The game doesn't show up on the other player's start page and we always end up with a gazillion advertisements before we can actually figure out how to get it started. After that it runs smoothly mostly. It has crashed a few times and the game shows up again after a day. Which can become frustrating. However, when one forgets to bring the physical cards, then this is the best substitute. Great family game!
