One of the worst apps I have ever encountered. The pill reminder is useless. No matter what time you set the reminder for, you get the notification at some random time between 6 pm to 10 pm. This is a supposed to help you with your health!! And it constantly crashes and won't bring up my info. Really shameful. How much can it possibly cost to develop a working app??

Every single time you use this app the pharmacy never has it on file for pick-up and the app updates so you are unable to now see what prescriptions are available for refill. That's fine if you have one but those that take several different medications it is very confusing. This has happen 5 or 6 times and has become bothersome enough that I have switched all my prescriptions over to another pharmacy. 1 star is too high a rating.

This app USED to run so much smoother BUT since the last update it's terrible! So many glitches, it's almost easier to just fill your Rx in person! It's been terrible for the last couple months. I assumed there would be a fix to this by now...?! PLEASE FIX and I'll update my review. Thanks!

Works for filling RX. Can't get the flyer to open/load I keep getting an error. WOULD BE NICE IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO KEEP TYPING IN YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION. Would be nice to see your older RXs. There is no notification of your RX being filled. I used this app to fill 2 RXs, when I picked them up 1 was 8 days early and was not filled. I'm really trying to like this app but so far I don't. Would give it zero stars but it will let you fill a RX.

Registered then tried to log in. USER DOES NOT EXIST so tried again. FAIL email address already registered plse click forgot password. OK logged in as registered user and clicked "forgot password" NO USER FOUND. Can't be existing and no record at same time. Now, months later, and re-downloaded app, tried to renew Rx as "guest" as I have done for months without problem. Entered wife's Rx numbers, personal details, selected pharm where all our drugs are filled CLIENT NOT FOUND FAILED even with Rx

I like I can check how many refills I have but app ordering is not working. Last month ordered them for 10, store got notification AT 10. Yesterday I ordered and the app said they'd be ready for 9:30am. Today app says the Rx had been filled. 12:30 went to pick up and they hadn't been filled yet, store hadn't received notification.

I wanted this to work so bad as I have so many prescriptions that change. Every prescription I uploaded comes up as a black picture on the Pharmacists end and I can't make a profile because nothing happens after scan or type the code. The UX/UI is obviously horrible but I wouldn't care if the bones worked. Thank you for trying though.

I really used to like this app as it would provide me a complete list my prescriptions as well as details of each. Somewhere along the line, this app was changed such that it is no longer compatible with my phone. Seems like my questions to support on this matter were redirected to /dev/null

Server Error message upon login. App is down more than it's up. The server error thing has been an issue for quite some time. It would seem they can't figure out a permanent fix. When it does work, it's pretty good. As is, it's rubbish.
