I have no problem accessing or signing into the app! Very easy to navigate from OTC to reorder on meds or anything! Very simple to read the instructions for where I need to navigate! Thank you Humana for making this so much easier!

This app is much improved by the recent updates. It is far easier to navigate &/or pull up specifics. The most irritating problem, & a total time suck, is that it STILL cannot verify the date a prescription qualifies for refilling. I am worn out acting on Refill Reminders that the Pharmacists have to turn back for being too early. Come on guys, get on the ball. If your I.T. Executive & his/her people need resources then cough it up! Also the monetary benefit on OTC products is small, very small.

UPDATED ON 8 OCT. 2021: NEW UPDATED app is much better. Easier to use; less annoying!! Not getting the messages to refill TOO EARLY; this was my biggest problem with the previous app. Able to navigate without redundant keystrokes. Better overall layout ( in my humble opinion) with more defined sub menus. A good experience; 👍.

I tried to do this online and it was very frustrating and took forever and I was unsuccessful. Almost called. Then downloaded mobile app. It was amazingly easy compared to ordering online. Items came up easily whereas before I had tried putting the product code in and it would not take it. It would NOT let me select more than one if the same item. Humana mobile app ROCKS. Thanks.

This Humana Pharmacy app is better than the last one; it was so glitchy. App-good, product line leaves much to be desired: 1) Items not competitive. Dollar Tree has the same items for A BUCK in many cases. 2) All that B12 but not one is the bio-available methyl cobalamin. Not even 1. 3) Too few quality supplements. 4) "Specifications" as a screenshot of the front label only says you think all your customers are stupid. Manipulation is extending a "benefit" that's not a benefit.

This is a terrible app. I am constantly notified that I'm ready for refills only to be notified that I'm not eligible for refills. And then I'll look at the orders and see the same drug ordered four or five times on the same day. Ordered, cancelled, ordered, cancelled. It make me want to switch all my prescriptions to Walgreens.

When I started using this app about 9 months ago, it was TOTALLY FRUSTRATING!! I use my smart phone as my "computer"; this app kept jumping around while I tried to learn about the items, place my order, etc. Today THIS APP IS WORKING SOOOO SMOOTHLY!! It was a pleasure to search, learn and place my order!! Many thanks to whomever finally got this thing up and going!! Just one more reason that I love being part of Humana!

Easy but wished you could just go by numbers in order instead of having to jump around......I went to use this app this time around it was wonderful no problems at all glad you fixed how you can go to what you need to order without having to look through everything it is so easy now love it thanks again I will use this app everytime when I do my OTC orders

Humana has out done itself with its updates to its website. Thankfully they pretty much reworked the whole site. It works great. No more being thrown back to the beginning every time you add an item to your cart. Now you can click on an item, add it & continue shopping without losing your place. Very smooth process. Thank you IT/Tech people - kudos to you all!!

App contains no product images for OTC items and only a minimal description. Even the brand names are omitted. The website is not great, but is far better than this app. The app does function properly if you don't mind ordering with next-to-no product information.
