I would give this app a big fat ZERO! After downloading, it was taking forever to sign in; stating my account was deactivated (absolutely wrong) and when i went to atleast check out the merchandise as a guest, it took forever to upload. Did not even see stock. Not worth the time, at all. Stupid app.

This app is HORRIBLE just downloaded and go to sign in and tells me my account has been deactivated. Nope wrong because I just logged in on my phone and my account is active. Pet Smart you need a new developer for your app. Maybe have them look at Petco's app.

Quite full of bugs some have been fixed but it claims to be for Canada too but when it comes to include shipping address no province, postal code, or Canadian address options. Canadian customers need to use the web version until it's fixed.

Tried to order my dog's food and treats several times. The first 3 times was fine, More recently it's been an absolute nightmare. Impossible. I've resorted to shopping elsewhere for my dog's food and supplies as I store shopping is not permitted presentlydue to Covid19 policies. Very unfortunate.

I'm having the same problem as many others. Although I've had an online account for years, today the app told me my email address(es) were not recognized. I was able to create a new account, using the exact same login info I'd been using on the website. Now, though, the app has a top banner reading: "THIS IS AN INDIAN APP. As of now we deliver within gurgaon only." I can't change my location to the U.S. Therefore, it's completely unusable.

There is nothing on this app that I would purchase if I went to the store. The app is essentially useless. For example, there is a link to dog collars on the app yet when you choose it there is notice that nothing is available. If I go to the store they have a large selection. Makes no sense. Better to use Chewy to order online.

Petsmart app. 2,stars I'm not surprised at all. RN I'm on my tablet bc my phone is stuck on reorder loading . the app I've had on there for quite a while. And it's not even letting me back out SMH I'll have to restart phone. And here's going on over an hour trying to only reorder. Gets some housework done while waiting to pickup my dogs food. Ugghh I don't understand why PS has very low quality IT. Oppose to ANY other store. ????

It took a while to get my code, then it loaded quickly. However, it shows as being in India somewhere. It didn't give me any way to state where I am or change it. Prices aren't in american currency. It is very aggravating.

Too hard to sign up. I tried 4 times to register snd/or sign up but navigation sent me s "CODE" that I could not get to the page to enter it. I gave up a nd am going to uninstall PET SMART send find another app.( such as CHEWY or PETCO) REGISTER PROCESS NEEDS TO BE USER FRENDLY. GOOD DAY.
