I installed this on an Ipad, two mac's and one Android. My goal was to have two cameras and two people can watch them. Unfortunately, the app restricts you too having only one transmitter and one receiver. So we decided to create a second account, but unfortunately they register devices to each account, so to change from one pet cam account to another requires you to call them... I'm sorry, but this is a really terrible experience and I'm going to move on to another app.

its literally up to the app on any given day if it's actually going to let me connect or not. so dumb. says "cant connect" even though I'm on wifi. try on data, still wont work. I literally have to reset the app to get it back to the set up process that asks if I have an account. then and only then will it work again. so unreliable and I'm using the paid version

6/10 update: After the app continued to revert back to basic, and rude language addressed to me in emails from the people at PetCam, I decided to just buy a physical Pet Cam. This app does not function. It's great when it works. Again today I tried to use it from work and it told me I only had the basic plan, though I pay monthly and have already been charged for next month. This needs to be fixed. And yes, I am exiting out of the program correctly, before the developer starts in.

This is a great app in the sense that I get to keep an eye on my pet when Im at work, BUT that is WHEN the app works. I paid for the full version and ever since I am having more problems than when I had the free trial. Constantly reconnecting, or unable to connect or the connection just loads and loads. Hoping for some improvement if Im going to keep the subscription.

session began hanging once i picked receiver to connect to my petstation; it never actually received video and i couldnt click any buttons so i was stuck logged in! normally this wouldnt be a problem, a restart of the phone, or clearing app/cache data would resolve this. but somehow the session remained active such that i could not stop being a receiver which is a real bummer. since the receiver option didnt work on my device i have to kill the petstation to fix defeating the purpose of the app!

This was a good app, until it limited streaming to 10 seconds and then takes 20 seconds to reconnect - if it doesn't crash. It says if you pay to upgrade it will improve, but then the page to upgrade doesn't work and won't let you click on anything. Now worse than pointless.

I liked it and was ready to upgrade but when I press the button it doesn't connect to a link to purchase. Also recommending to update doesnt help if there is no update download button visible anywhere. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling and contacting customer support- so far no luck. I see another having same issue and your response was no one else is having a problem. Well I am having the same problem.

Changing my review. I signed up and paid for the subscription last month and I've been charged again this month, yet the app tells me I've only got 10sec streaming left (like with the free trial). Update: The same happened no for a second time, I paid but the license has not been added to my account. Haven't received a reply yet.- The app serves its purpose. Really quite sensitive to sound though, so no washing machine on in the house and tv on or you'll get notifications on your phone.
