About the training options in this app:

Just Run:
Choose this option to run without coaching; just track & map your route, your time, distance, pace, calories, etc.. Great for maintaining your fitness or as a tracker and running log.

4 Weeks to 1 Mile Training Program:
Designed for beginners, this program starts out slow, mostly walking, and gradually increases the intensity until you’re running 1 mile without any breaks. Each week consists of 3 days of training, each with a warm-up & cool-down period for a total of 20 minutes each day.

8 Weeks to 5K Training Program:
Easier and more effective than other 5K programs you'll find, this program consists of running and walking intervals that gradually increase in intensity until you’re running 5km without any breaks by the end of the program. There are 3 training days per week, each lasting 30-40 minutes.

8 Weeks to 10K Training Program:
This 8 week program consists of interval workouts, tempo runs and long runs. There are 4 training days per week ranging in length from 30 to 70 minutes. It is designed for runners who can already run 3 miles. 

10 Weeks to Half-Marathon Training Program:
This program is designed for runners already capable of running 3-6 miles and who are ready to move on to longer distances. Three workout days per week develop your speed, endurance and pace and will have you running a comfortable half-marathon in just 10 weeks.

16 Weeks to Marathon Training Program:
This 16 week program consists of 3-4 training days per week and is designed for runners already capable of running 6-10 miles. Some workouts focus on speed, others endurance, others pace, and have the cumulative effect of preparing you to run 26.2 miles by the end of the program.

    I have paid for this app and there are two problems that make it unusable at the moment. 1. The Contact Us page doesn't work or do anything so I cant get help on the following issue. 2. The app isn't logging my location correctly and as a result none of the stats are correct. At the end of each run I have to log the km that my garmin has saved just so it makes sense. This app will say I've run 0.2km and the map shows barely any movement, when I have actually run 3k. Very disappointing!

    Will never use any other running trainer, EVER! If you're looking for a great running trainer app this one is it. Don't waste your money on any other training programs. Awesome promps, sincs to your play lists, progress reports throughout your run. It looks good, too. I have used this app after having each of my babies and have experienced success with 5K and 10K training apps. Looking forward to using the others in the future. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!

    Just tried the trial and really enjoyed it, however, just purchased all the plans and can't access the plan. I have emailed the company so let's see how long it will until they reply So, I have just changed my rating to 5 as the developers sorted out the problem within a few hours. Great support, really looking forward to running with this app 😊

    I purchased the pro and i am not using it. The workouts are boring and progress very quickly. I am at the point when i am not able to complete the workout. I ended up downloading another app and i am pretty happy with it, it's even free. And i am now able to run 5 min straight with 5k speed

    Loved this app until latest version 4.0 came along. Suddenly the regular stat announcements randomly stopped during a run, maps didn't load, I wasn't able to access run details after a run, and I wasn't able to get out of lock screen mode. Contacted tech almost two weeks ago but no help so far.

    Can't purchase anything in the app, just says transaction declined every time, also the contact page in the app doesn't work at all. Only the first run of the beginner program is free, after that you have to buy it. Except it seems like you can't buy it at all

    Love the coaching and that I can play my own music. The tracking is horrible so I wonder if my milage is correct. However I'm just happy I'm running and told when you start and stop.

    plans are good,easy to follow and plan my week around but the crashes when I go into my run history to check my split times, ,during your run the voice coach just stops working sometimes and my profile details won't save in the app.. too many glitches for me to be able to recommend it to anyone

    Just started using this app again, but I would like to know why you can't choose the songs that play, like playlists for example.it gets a bit boring hearing the same songs and having to skip through them to get too songs you haven't heard for a while while running

    Had some issues initially with the unlock. However it worked after logging back in. Been using this for a few months now on and off as time allows and it's been great for building stamina and overall fitness.
