I've been using this app for many years but lately whenever I go to check my balances I have to fix a couple of the accounts. It takes just as much time to do that as login to the accounts individually. It's just not convenient anymore. Also rather pissed to get a call from a financial planner. Don't ever cold call me.

Great concept, but have constantly had issues since downloading about a year ago and it seems to be getting worse. Mortgage doesn't update payments despite showing no issue with the linked account, zestimates have stopped updating, certain accounts still show errors after verifying all info (ie security code, password). Most recently, an error caused my net worth to reflect a -$14m balance so the graph is useless now as it has expanded so far that the actual changes in NW are unnoticeable.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart. I have been using PC for over 10 years. In that time I have had some problems, because the underlying customer data extraction process is HARD. It requires constant vigilance to keep ahead of changes. But for most of that time, PC has tried hard to stay caught up. But something has changed. I have problems with Fidelity, Fundrise, M1 Finance, and Betterment. I can no longer trust their accuracy. Which means cool features don't matter.

The app is becoming increasingly difficult to use. Duplicates my investment accounts. I have to continually fix (login with code) one of my bank accounts everytime I log in. Default page is now notifications when it should be on net worth. Not a big fan of all the calls from financial planners. Also it would be nice if the investment category under monitoring had a subdivision for retirement accounts. Please make a date take category called "last year", that shows 1 year graph from current date.

I noticed there is a change they made. The previous missed transactions through Zelle and Paypal are shown. However, it goes totally to the other direction. Now every transaction in "Transfer" category was counted into cashflow, including credit card payments. It totally makes worse because when you looked at your income and expense, it is almost doubled because of those transfer transactions. It is not showing the actual income and expense. The performance is not getting better. Freeze often.

New to the app. So far is very straight forward and easy to setup and configure. Good detail tracking so far. Good basic info and financial picture at a glance and nice add with the sorting account types visually and graphing to quickly illustrate the big picture! Will update in a few weeks if any reason to change rating.

Latest update: I'm effectively locked out of my accounts. My phone app crashes on startup. Website dashboard broken. I cannot even edit my own data. BEWARE! Their customer service is not good. I've been having issues for month and they're saying they cannot help me so what is reflected in my app isn't real thanks to several glitches. Beware that adding an account could lock you out of your dashboard and that PC doesn't have the power to remove the account that caused the glitch.

It's a great concept and for a long time it seemed to work well but over the last year or so it seems to have a really hard time connecting to my banks/etc. so it's hardly ever current and accurate. It's a shame because I really loved the app when it worked well consistently.

This is a 4-star app, that is now only worth 2-stars. App has begun hanging and freezing on phone for last 3 months. It's still somewhat usable, but the constant freezing is unbearable. I don't believe this is a phone issue as it doesn't happen with other apps, (phone specs: 1.8Ghz CPU, 6Gb memory)

App no longer allows user to log in. Says "verifying your browser" and refuses to proceed. Might as well use a browser to log in if they haven't even built the infrastructure for their own "app".
