Just installed without any issues on my Note 4 Edge running KitKat 4.4.4 and has already given indications of several apps that I have recently installed that never requested Internet access orginally. Doesn't just tell you if a given app. has the "internet" permission, but all any given app's permissions. It is a little ironic that it reports itself as having the "internet" permission, but the author has explained it needs to to check on other apps to me personally by Google+.

Good idea but the app load is super slow and blocks the UI for several seconds.

It simply detects if an app wants permission to connect to the Internet when you install it. Nothing more. Don't expect an alert when an installed app uses the connect to internet permission.
