Tried to link account on mobile: blank page. Tried on PC: Doesn't recognize my SSN. I contacted support: They verbally instructed me to enter somebody ELSE'S SSN. Support never contacted me about my other issue. Never gave confimation email. Never provided the ticket number they called about. Asked me for my case#, which is a synonym for ticket number. My previous review deleted. No ability to view tickets. Timeout ridiculously short and loses your doctor search. No way to search for PCP.

I like how you could just get whatever you have to taking care of like redeterminations and letting them know when you have a change of income it's very convenient

Worst app... Between email links you all send, the app, and the actual web site nothing updates as it should. I can go in change information says update, go back month or 2 later and it's as if I never updated anything. The app will even say I applied for say food benefits ? when I did not apply and you send me a deniel letter also. When you send me a correspondence and I open it to view and I have a PDF viewer downloaded it won't open very frustrating.

I was signing up & screen said I have an account. So I request code to reset password. And code never comes. I have tried to sign up for years & had case managers try to sign me up with no luck. This is first time I'm told I have an account. And now unable to sign in or sign up. I am home bound & having many problems getting my medical supplies & help with my co-pays.

Each time I use the app, I run into an error. Currently, I am unable to get past the inital screen telling me an update is available, though I am unable to perform an update once in the app store. I am also unable to continue using the app without clicking the update link. I have even attempted to uninstall and reinstall only to be stopped with the same "update" cycle as mentioned above.

Every time I go to look up mine or my child's Medicaid #s, I am always needing to update the app and every time it takes 20+ min to even update it.... I never have received a card and have asked several times for them

I've been trying for two weeks to log in and all it says is "Remote access application authorization" when I do. I thought this was supposed to make everything easier, not harder. I can't even get my medicaid number if I needed it in a guru because you're website is already wonky enough, now I can't even access my information or benefits. EDIT: instead of apologizing for it, why don't you actively Terri to make it better? Like, you apologized on the 13th, it's the 21st, its still happening.
