This is the WORST application. I am not able to add money to my wallet since 2 weeks. I uninstalled & reinstalled my app, tried everything but it didn't work. I tried to contact the customer service but they don't have the option where you can complain about wallet payment. Called the customer service but their no. is switched off. I'm really tired of all this so I'm switching to some other app. Congrats Paytm! u lost another customer.

I am very disappointed. Helpline is not easily helping me in my case as while login with the same number Paytm has created my new account with the same number and asking me for kyc for it. How this can be possible. I regret that I had this experience as I truly trusted the Paytm service. No service is provided to help in these kind of issues. Looking forward to hear from you.why even there is a possibility to login with same number. I would be glad if this issue is resolved.

Very poor customer support. Paytm is ok to use till you face an issue. In case of any issues, don't expect any help or fixes from the support team. I have not been able to add money to my wallet or make payments & raised a ticket for this. It remained open for more than 72hrs without any resolution. More than a week has passed & I am still unable to use my Paytm app. Also, my ticket was closed even though the issue was not resolved. Not recommended.

Very very worst app i ever used, because i facing an issue of scan and pay , whenever i used this option my transactions failed. This is not the end ,when i want to talk to customer service they always says that all our executive are busy with other customers so please go to chat section of 24×7 help and support........☹️☹️☹️

Cannot add money till this morning. Had already raised a ticket. Now the 24x7 functionality has stopped working. Smart move should I say? Did not expect this poor a speed in resolution. Of course, the app says add INR 7500 to get cashback... I can't even add 1000 rupees then how come 7500 rupees? And how do I change the rating when there has been No Progress AT ALL except exchange of texts and screenshot!

Worst app I have ever used, applied for personal loan and it has been one week but the loan amount is not disbursed in my account and the status shows as we are transferring amount, it is showing the same since one week, no proper response from Paytm team nor a proper response on raising or resolution from there so called 24/7 support also. I have raised n number of requests with regards to this on 24/7 and Paytm team, but still no response Would recommend everyone not to use this pathetic app.

I am facing issues using paytm since last 6 months, I ignored it being patient but it's getting on the nerves now.. I am facing serious troubles transacting through you, my money is getting deducted from my account but neither getting transferred nor adding to the wallet(whenever I chose to). Still my 3k is deducted and didn't reach my paytm wallet.

Transaction in pipeline is worst thing. It has to be either failed or completed within a minute. If it doesn't happen immediately then should never happen later as well. No merchant waits for money if any transaction fails and asks for money again. Worst thing is PayTm tries to make it post 24 hrs. and credits to merchant. How illogical it is.

Looks like bug in train ticket booking, Unable to proceed in booking it, Earlier I booked several times but from past 1 week or 10 days unable to make train ticket booking ( It's just poping up and unable to proceed further). Please fix it as soon as possible.
