I am very dispointed with the PayNearby, because I bought IRCTC OTP based agent ID in the month of July, and I want to update my IMEI number, and continuesly try to email as well as make a call to customer care but they only told me please wait. I have been waiting from September 18, but there is no reply of any email and got only one reply after talking to customer care that is please wait. No-one here to help you in PayNearby, and I don't know when my issue will resolve. Very Very Very Worst

Since long time approx last month I had raised a complain that I am unable to load cash through onlinebanking. In third step only bank name shows select or select one but since that time no one resolve the problem and suggest for reinstall. After suggested measure taken the problem is as it is. Very poor customer care sport.....

This is a non trustable app. I was using it last three months.. All the services are poor.. They deduct the balance twice and thrice after doing any transaction.. And when you Will speak to customers care executive they directly refuse to refund your amount.. Very disappointed with the services.. Don't go for it. They're cheaters.

There are a lot of problems which are very irritated. Today I was making tickets but OTP didn't come but money was deducted and it is not refunded yet . Sometimes it is not working properly and I request you to fix all these problems . We never expected this to Bajaj product .

I sent the money from the wallet to the bank account on the 25th, their application is successful, it is showing that the bank has not come yet, talk to their customer care, then they say that the money will come before the end of the day. It has been 6 days today after hearing this but my money did not come in the account. 😌

Very very very worst service in case of failed transactions, you have to beg them literally to get refund, RBI has mandated 24 hours to refund, but they will take 4 working days. Retailer has to face the customer anger for the 4-5 days. Nowadays at least 5-10 failed transactions per month, every week at least two customers are fighting at my shop for claiming refunds. Better pls stop business if you are not able to give quality service rather than putting retailers at risk.

Only 2 star, because the opening process is so much irritating, even after open app again and again. Otherwise this is 5 star app. We r doing 80% transection from spice money due to app not opening..is this a joke. Spice money is very fast. I wish to use paynearby. After a lot updates the result is same..i am so irritated.

Very worsts app, since 15-20 days it's taking lot of time to access balance enquiry, withdrawal. Only buffering and shows too late response time or no response from bank and withdrawal going fail and it's hanging also.

The latest version of PayNearBy that has come is very good.But it has to login again and again.Which I feel very bad.It would be great if you had to log in only once in 1 day.The way login have to be done in Spice Money.? thank you
