Newly update apps is not good so many bugs and errors, better the old one.. And it takes time to buy a load and sometimes i didn't get any notification with the transactions. Pls do fix some issues.. Thanks

After over a year of using their service, I had 4 fraudulent charges with my debit card. Almost 7000 pesos disappeared from my account. Customer service said wait 15 days and the charges will be reversed. It's now 20 days and only 800 pesos has been reimbursed. I'm going to take the loss but I'm going to make sure they lose on their end as I will post about this incident. I hope paymaya chokes on my 6200 pesos.

The app deducted me twice in mobile reload. It happened thrice! Beware of using this app in mobile reloading. There's no refund.

Poorly developed app. Login error even if nothing is wrong with login inputs. Really approved by BSP? Hmmm, you've put so much emphasis on security that logging in correctly still disallows you to get in. Please improve this!

I cannot open my account & always says tgere's an error. I emailed them h replied, followed their instructions but still cant open my account! DISSATISFIED! 😑😩 I changed my rating coz my prob was resolved, but not entirely coz i changed devises in order to open my account. 🤨 But still better than nothing right?
